My girlfriend recently came here from Brazil. She needed a very dependable car. At other places, language barrier and trying to finance was an issue. Not at AutoMax! Pablo (and team) were awesome. They have people that speak fluent Portuguese (and of course English), so it was very easy to communicate, and for her to tell them what she wanted. They have an awesome selection of cars, and while she was in Marlborough, she actually found one at their Attleboro business. Pablo personally drove her down there, and they were already waiting for her to show up when she arrived. She drove the car, loved it, and without even asking, told her what specific things there were going to take care of (brakes, tires, a couple scratches). They did a great job financing, and showed her specifically what the terms were, and what she'd be paying. She picked up the car at the Marlborogh location, all registered, insurance taken care of, and cleaned up and ready! I can't thank Pablo and AutoMax enough for taking care of her!

2025 Lexus NX 350 review
I got the option to test drive a hybrid NX. And after driving it I can honestly say I'm much happier driving my NX350 gas version (I have a 2025 NX 350 Luxury). First I notice the hybrid felt under power, and then I realize that my gas version has a stronger engine with the turbo. Second the sound that the hybrid makes like a droning noise, did not like that. The driving experience on my gas feels great compare to the hybrid version. Now I did not do a road test with the plug in, but from everything I have heard that is the one to get. At this moment don't have a house, so gas is the best option for me. But after we buy our house then i feel like the plug in is the way to go, especially with the bigger horse power. And yes I understand the save in gas of a hybrid but I'm spending big money on NX and I want to enjoy the drive. If i want to save money then I will go for Toyota and save a lot more on gas. (the 350h is for people who want to save money on their gas bill and 200hp is enough as they want luxury from A to B and don't need it to be fun). So that for me is not a factor, for me is the drive and the comfortable of a luxury product. And yes I get it Lexus luxury ain't what it used to be many years ago, but in 2024 it's better then a Toyota luxury. Example RAV 4 limited vs NX luxury, I prefer to spend more money on the NX for the luxury level in todays market of 2024. So Luxury with a good driving experience are it for me...and of course the reliability of Toyota/Lexus makes it all the better then any other brand for me.

2022 Lexus NX 350 review
I traded in my Mercedes ML350 for this. Mainly because gas prices are exploding and wanted something safe and more affordable. The NX250 does not require prem. gas and drives amazing. If you are looking, I would check out the Mazda as well, but you get a lot for the Lexus base model minus a moonroof which should be standard. I have had a 2003 RX and 2009 RX both same size as the 2022 NX. Love the new touch screens, but you will find that with every other car brand for much less. If you want luxury, this is the car to buy. Beautiful.

2022 Lexus NX 350 review
I like that the new model is a little bigger. It drives like the luxury vehicle that it is and handles very well. Hugs tight turns and accelerates very quickly. Interior is very comfortable. Yes it’s true that the new technology had a few kinks but I believe that’s been fixed. As far as your car not recognizing you when you get in, it has to be in park to load. Simply hit settings on your display and touch your name. Although the cost increased considerably for the 2022’s so has everything else increased in price. I do love the paint and new design . In the sun it looks like a sparkly gold pearl. I have had it for only 4 weeks but loving it. I also can’t begin to say enough about the amazing customer service at Germain Lexus of Naples. Every staff member is friendly and happy and so ready to help. From my sales person, Paul to the technology tech Tyler, my service advisors Rick and Lori, and finance guy Steve. The absolute best!!!!

As someone who works in the automotive space, buying a car was honestly the last thing I felt like doing this month. I have plenty of manufacturer connections on the West Coast, but here in Boston, I really didn’t know who to call other than my friend Ernie Boch Jr. Now, considering Ernie uses Ferraris and Lamborghinis as daily drivers, I wasn’t exactly expecting him to become my Toyota referral source. But when I asked him where I could go for a straightforward, professional experience without the usual dealership run-around, his answer was immediate: “Go see Imperial Toyota. They’re awesome.” Boy, was he right. I recently purchased a new Highlander Hybrid from Imperial Toyota, and the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. Imperial is clearly selling a lot of vehicles, but not once during the process did I feel like just another customer. Everyone I worked with took the time to make sure things were handled properly, communicated clearly, and followed through on every detail. Michael Penner, Bob Baillargeon, Doug Prew, and Hany Arian all worked together seamlessly, but I especially want to recognize Doug Prew for truly going above and beyond. Doug’s attention to detail was unmatched. From the first walk-through of the vehicle to patiently explaining all of the technology and features, he made sure I understood everything and felt completely comfortable before leaving the dealership. Nothing ever felt rushed or overly sales-driven. You could tell he genuinely cared about delivering a great experience, not just completing a transaction. Hany Arian also made the financing process smooth, professional, and straightforward, which I really appreciated. What stood out most to me was the consistency and professionalism of the entire team. That usually says a lot about the culture of an organization. The Highlander Hybrid itself has been fantastic, but the experience surrounding the purchase is what really left the lasting impression. 2022 Lexus NX 350 review
With reservations: The car looks great and drives well. I think it is overpriced compared to other cars with similar features. I was given written information on licensing that was incorrect and required a significant amount of time to correct. Additionally, the infotainment LCD is not always intuitive and can't always provide the features I'd prefer.

Recently bought truck here. One key fob did not function. Service department promptly diagnosed problem. Gave me new fob, plus showed where old one was broken. Staff was very professional, polite. Great experience.
2022 Lexus NX 350 review
August 14, 2022 The only things that I am disappointed with the 2022 NX 350 are: 1) Software issues with CarPlay. 2) Luggage racks that came three months after purchase. 3) Purchase of tow package with car but no tow hitch accessory available through Lexus. The latter is most offensive in that Lexus built in a tow package, with an associated cost, into my car but there is not a tow hitch available to use. If a tow package is offered, and is purchased, Lexus should assure the customer that they can attach a tow hitch!

I bought a 2022_NX 350. Rides great. Seats are really comfortable. My only complaint is that it requires premium gas and I've asked why many times. I've learned most of what I know on my own.

2023 Lexus NX 350 review
Nice vehicle. Great electronics. Very comfortable to drive. Severely lacks power as a turbo 4. Lacks pep that I expected when I purchased. A 6 cylinder would be a great fit. Small gas take makes for excessive trips to the gas station .
