Edwin, assistant service manager, from beginning to end was very accommodating, helpful and informative. He worked with me in scheduling a date and time that worked perfectly for me knowing I travelled from Brooklyn! Even after the car was washed, he saw some water spots on the vehicle and went in and came out with a rag to wipe down the vehicle. Great service and with a genuine smile!!!

Dealt with salesman Jeff Gonzalez, and then closer/finance person Michelle Gonzalez. Jeff was very pleasant and low key. Michelle got us a great rate from our preferred bank. Paperwork was already typed up when we arrived. The sales and finance contract were all on one document. The whole process required only 5 or 6 signatures, and took less than 10 minutes! The easiest car buying experience I have ever had, and the most professionally run dealership. Tech guy, Matt, then spent about a half hour with us synching our phones, showing us how the radio, climate control, keyless entry and navigation all worked, as well as all the features of the vehicle. I can't say enough good things about the whole team and the experience. I can't imagine how it could be any better.

Rallye Lexus has done it again, or should I say their top-notch Sales Rep Kevin Losee! I am generally not a car person, but when I find what I want, I want it. Not a car ?like it?, or similar to, but the exact vehicle. Kevin listened and obliged immediately. I walked away with my second Lexus purchase and with the exact vehicle I wanted. I am BIG on customer service, not once did I feel ?pressured? or ?taken for a ride? by him or any of the other associates I met with. Kevin stayed in contact with me from the time he told me the car I wanted would be available, until he put my keychain on my new set of keys, and switched out my plates. I knew again I made the right decision to stay! The entire experience was absolutely flawless. Time is something I really do not have a lot of, especially on a very busy Saturday afternoon (not to mention I wasn?t feeling very well), and Kevin and his team were very respectful of that. I didn?t sit in any office for hours- I literally came in, deal was done, came back the next day and drove off. ALL vehicle purchases should be that way. I also need to share that I live on the South Shore of Long Island and there are two other Lexus Dealerships much closer to me than Rallye ? which is located on the North Shore. I say that because this goes to show the level of professionalism and courtesy given not just to me but all of their customers and I would rather give my business here than with anyone else. I have gone to both of the other two dealerships and they do not compare to the ?kid glove? experience received at Rallye. What a GREAT experience!!! After a NIGHTMARE dealing with DarCar Lexus of Englewood in NJ, I went right over to Orange County Lexus and am so glad I did!! He is very friendly & knowledgeable, making this experience a true pleasure. The whole environment is positive and the rest of the staff are all so friendly and helpful as well. The gentlemen who handles the finance paperwork is also wonderful to work with and I am very thankful to him & Tyler for making this happen. Like i said - the experience at Darcar in Englewood was horrible - Lexus of Orange County was able to erase the negativity felt walking out of that location and provide me with a feeling of complete satisfaction - very pleased with my decision to go here and purchase a vehicle from them.
