Impex Auto Sales review
My experience with Impex auto sales was absolutely fantastic. Rick Lanier, my salesperson, was so easy to work with. Very responsive and took care of any and all questions I had. The process from start to finish with delivery of my vehicle was extremely smooth. First time customer with this dealer, if I were to purchase another car, I would definitely use them again.

Johnson Lexus of Durham review
Johnson Lexus service is 1st class. Everyone is always helpful and courteous. Keep up the good work
2024 Lexus RX 350 review
Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

CarMax Raleigh review
Taylor Lynch made my wife me feel comfortable when searching for a good used Honda. He did not attack us like wolves do in the brand name dealerships . He was Honest, professional, knowledgeable about his profession. I would definitely recommend Taylor Lynch and the Carmax on Glenwood Ave. to all of my friends and family. I would recommend Carmax to anyone searching for a car. No hassles, no pressure, just good honest to goodness salemanship.

Johnson Lexus of Raleigh review
Andreas' customer service is top notch! He's prompt and makes me feel appreciated whenever I'm in for maintaining my 2025 Lexus NX 250. He keeps me informed as to what is going on with my vehicle including texts, video updates and when my vehicle is ready which I never got before working with him. He always makes sure my questions are answered. I am glad to have him as my go to person at Johnson Lexus because my initial experience with my prior go to person was not good. I almost felt invisible back then with this person who apparently was not interested in making my experience a positive one.(Veronica) I began to dread coming for car maintenance which took so long just for me to leave my vehicle and pick up a requested loaner. I live an hour and a half away so time is always of the essence when I come to Johnson Lexus. However, this is not the case with Andreas; he is always on point! Thanks Andreas!!! Keep up the good work!!! Kudos!!!
2024 Lexus RX 350 review
I’ve had my 2024 RX 350 Premium AWD 5-door SUV (4x4) for a month now, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The sleek black finish and luxurious interior give it a premium feel that matches its smooth ride. The AWD handles all road conditions like a dream, and the cabin is quiet, comfortable, and spacious. Lexus has really nailed the balance between performance and luxury with this model. Every feature feels well thought out, making drives enjoyable and hassle-free. Highly recommend this SUV to anyone looking for comfort, style, and capability!

Johnson Lexus of Raleigh review
The customer service at Johnson Lexus of Raleigh is second to none. From the purchase to maintenance visits, service is top notch. Craig Harris was my most recent salesperson. I previously worked with Shevar Hayes. I am on my third Lexus and each experience Every contact feels personal, down to maintenance. I recently had a service visit which was overseen by Javier, my personal service coordinator. At every turn I feel I am appreciated and important and I can’t see myself doing business anywhere else.

I had a fantastic experience working with Matt Boettcher at Porsche Cary to purchase my 2023 Macan T. His attention to even the tiniest details showed a level of care and customer service that were extraordinary. His follow-up and responsiveness to any questions or minor issues has made my ownership experience a pleasure.
