Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly HillsReviews
Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills review
Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had! AREZU (AZ) is truly amazing! I've been having a very difficult time finding a GX 460 in a specific trim and color locally in the SF Bay Area. I found the one I've been looking for, only issue it was at BH Lexus, 400 miles away...turns out, not an issue at all!! AZ went above and beyond to earn my business and make it very easy. I filled out the credit application online at noon, AZ had the car delivered to me in San Francisco at 7pm! Talk about service! Talk about going above and beyond.. I've been to most of the Lexus dealerships in the Bay Area and not one has come close to the level of professionalism and customer service I've received from Jim Falk Lexus Of Beverly Hills. Aleem drove up to deliver the car and flew back to Los Angeles! He was more than helpful and patient walking me through the paperwork and going over the features of the car. A true class act. Thank you AZ and Aleem!

Lexus Santa MonicaReviews
Lexus Santa Monica review
I have leased and financed a few cars in my life and I have to say how absolutely grateful and happy I am that I decided to go to Lexus Santa Monica to lease my new 2019 Lexus NX300H. From beginning to end it was the best experience I have ever had. I was helped by sales person Nima Behnia. He was very well informed about the vehicles I was test driving and answered all my questions, and boy did I hit him with a hundred questions. This was the quickest vehicle purchase ever. I think I was in and out within 3 hours. Finance dept was also great. took care of my contract quick and everything was straight forward. I didn't feel like there was any hidden anything. My new car was detailed, filled up with gas and off I went. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Go GET a LEXUS!

South County Lexus review
A couple of weeks ago we acquired a 2023 Lexus RZ 450e at South County Lexus at Mission Viejo. We are so happy with the car. Our salesman, Enzo Impagliazzo did a super job selling us on the car and helping us through the whole process of acquiring it. Enzo put no pressure on us to make a decision re: purchasing the vehicle Rather, he let the vehicle sell itself, With his real title as Guest Experience Manager, he proved his worth to South County Lexus in a big way In the process of helping us in our purchase, Enzo became more than an employee of South County Lexus He became a friend A good man indeed. Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills review
I was reached out by Edgard against my query for a quote. From the get go he was super helpful and clear. He gave me a great deal and spent some 1.5 hour on the phone to go over all the numbers for the lease. Once I had all the numbers laid in front of me ( like MSRP, sale price, cap cost, adj cap cost, base rent, tax and final monthly premium) I knew I was getting a great deal. Next day I went in and he along with his manager assisted me with professionalism and I came out a happy customer. Will definitely recommend these guys.

Al Khan Wad my dealer at south country lexus branch. just from talking to him on the phone I felt his honesty and dedicated care. I drove 2 hours to buy the car since he manage to give me a very good price and a great service. Al is one of the best , he drove my car to LA , walked me through all the steps to connect my phone to the car and more , he offered to be available for me with any future questions . He offered to drive back the next day on his day off from work to help me with paper work on selling my old car . Al fallowed up with me for 2 days to make sure I am all being taking care . South Bay LexusReviews
South Bay Lexus review
I recently purchased my first NX with the assistance of Chang. He applied his expertise with ease and clarity, ensuring I selected the best vehicle for my needs and interests. Vehicle shopping can often feel intimidating for women, but both Chang and Kevin in finance were professional throughout the entire process. I look forward to being a long-term South Bay Lexus customer and will gladly recommend my friends and family.

Everyone especially Summer Curry was extremely helpful. I am a senior citizen and am not computer savvy. So, Summer helped me through all the paperwork.

Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills review
I always bring my Lexus to this dealer for service. I find the service managers with whom I have worked over the last few years at the Olympic Blvd. location to be very helpful, reliably communicative, attentive to my concerns, and a pleasure with whom to deal. I have had the pleasure to work with Eddie, Freddie, and most recently, Angel, who inspired me to write this review.

Superstition Springs LexusReviews
Superstition Springs Lexus review
James and Lin were great. Night and day difference between this dealership and another I had gone too. It was my first time buying a car and I had already had Earnhardt Toyota nearby rope a dope me around for 5 hours with bs. I went in and they were able to get me the car I wanted at the price I could afford. This is stress relieving as I am a college student that works full time. They had me in and out in less than 3hours and they were easy to work with, were very straightforward, and had very little bs to drag you around and keep you there forever. Overall, great experience buying my first car.
