CarMax Sacramento South review
I have good experience with this dealership. Pro and cons: Pro: excellent customer service. Thank you Valerie Naval. She helped me and explained everything I asked her. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .

We worked with Everd to purchase a used vehicle. He was great to work with and even helped to resolve an issue with the vehicle after our purchase. When we had scheduling conflicts because of work, he and this dealership went above and beyond to deliver the paperwork and vehicle to us. What is usually a horrible experience (based on past purchases with other dealers), was made easy. Definitely recommend this dealership.

One of the best dealerships experiences we have had!!!! Randy our salesman was transparent and extremely friendly!!! He made sure we were comfortable and kept us informed throughout the process! David the sales manager was definitely TOP NOTCH SERVICE! They were both easy to work with and we did not feel pressured! They went the extra mile to make sure we felt valued as a customer and extremely taken care of! Lenny the finance manager, also went above and beyond! He patiently walked us through the various options and did not try to push things onto our deal that did not make sense to our situation. Overall, absolutely blown away at the high level of customer service this dealership showed us at each step of the way!

Tracy Volkswagen review
I had such a great experience leasing my new car at Tracy Volkswagen! From the beginning, Dean was so patient, kind, and positive. He never made me feel pressured and always treated me with respect. He really went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted, and I truly appreciate everything he did to make it happen. The Sales Manager was also amazing. He was very patient, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with everything. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better car-buying experience! If you’re looking for a new car, definitely stop by Tracy Volkswagen and ask for Dean. You’ll be in good hands! 🚗❤️
