Lexus of Tampa Bay review
The entire purchase process was easy and free from surprises. We had all the details (to include the price) worked out via text and phone. All we had to do was go into the dealership and complete the paperwork! The new car was already waiting in the delivery bay washed and shiny. The Lexus ES 350h is an elegant vehicle. We highly recommend checking out Lexus of Tampa Bay, Edwin (the salesperson) and this amazing Lexus model. There is a white one available!
2024 Lexus NX 250 review
There’s a few things about this car that I don’t like first I wish I would’ve had the option for a six-cylinder. The car is a little too noisy. I wish they would do away with that car stop at a light or stop saying. Third, I wish they would seal the door a little better at the bottom. All sorts of debris gets in on all doors. Other than that the car is OK. and I’m still waiting for my extra key fob.

Lexus of Clearwater review
I recently had my vehicle serviced at Lexus of Clearwater. My visit was not what I expected, so I replied to their survey the following day. My concern had to do with the service representative and not the service to my vehicle. A few days later, I received a call from their customer service representative who was very apologetic and explained that my issue was addressed should not occur again. As a Lexus customer I was very pleased and impressed by the immediate actions taken by their customer service representative. No one is perfect and know people have bad days, regardless I was very satisfied how Lexus handled my issue. I respect the fact that they dealt with this concern in a professional manner. That is why I love Lexus.

2026 Lexus RZ 350e review
I'm satisfied with this car - it's very comfortable and economical. I'm tracking my kWhs and comparing the cost to what it would cost to drive the same number of miles with gas at 20MPG. It's a lot less. It's the lower level of the three RZ models, and it's all I need. It has just one motor and front wheel drive. If you live in snow country, you probably should get the RZ450e which has four wheel drive. For where I live - no snow - one motor and front wheel drive is quite sufficient. It's the same as I had with my previous ICE car. While the RZ550e has a lot of HP and can do zero to 60 in a very short time, those things are useless in everyday use. There is one thing to consider and that's how many S/W options the car has (I assume modern ICE cars have as many). It takes some time and study of the owner's manuals to really learn the vehicle and what you can do with it. From an options point of view, it's an iPhone on wheels. The only thing I regret is I didn't get the "package" that gives me digital keys. And Lexus doesn't have "Dog Mode" or self-parking. I wish automobile manufacturers would stop the performance push and advertise how comfortable the car is, and all the many S/W features the car has. It's much less expensive to put S/W features in a car than another motor. The Chinese cars have a lot more S/W features and the car is simpler and lower priced. That attracts a lot more customers than raging HP. Given the choices we have in EVs in the US, this one is a winner. I hope Lexus will, over time, provide S/W updates to give us additional features (Dog Mode being one).

Ford of Port Richey review
Before I walked in the door, I was greeted by Mike Black, a very friendly and personable guy. He asked me all the right questions and readily answered mine. He knew everything I needed to know about the F-150 XLT I bought. The finance team, Kevin and Michelle, made the buying part of the deal as painless as they could. Thank you, Ford of Port Richey, for a great experience.

2025 Lexus GX 550 review
Nicely designed, very comfortable, Luxury plus model has fantastic features. Some plastic interiors could be improved. Solid in nature, great visibility from inside, panoramic roof is very nice. The fact that Lexus has really designed it to fit inside a standard US garage is great!. Love the coolbox. Also the rear glass door opening is a big hit. '3rd row going under ground' without sacrificing space for spare tire is excellent. More inside storage space world be a plus

2024 Lexus RX 350 review
Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

My advisor always listens to my concerns and actually does what I need for my car. My tech was awesome as well he showed me the work and explained what he did. That?s quality in a dealership.

We worked with Greg and he was excellent at communicating with us and Lexus of Tampa had the exact car I wanted! The buying process was easy! We drove from Fort Myers to purchase our new Lexus ES350h. We are so happy with our car and the team from Lexus of Tampa have done great follow up!
2024 Lexus GX 550 review
The car is great. It is extremely roomy, but it handles very well. My only negative is that it has a small gas tank and gets so few miles to the gallon so you feel like you are filling it up all the time if you drive a lot like I do. Otherwise it is an amazing car Lexus out did themselves with this one!

I love the truck capability combined with first class comfort. My GX has everything I need, and nothing I don’t. Long term value, combined with old school charm is hard to beat. Where else can you find a school bus mirror combined with sun glass holder? My third Lexus and will not be my last.

I had my car picked up at my home and returned. Everything was fine?the only concern I had was trying to get my account credited for a few items. It eventually got resolved after I got involved.
2015 Lexus GX 460 review
Very comfortable ride and seats, reliable, and great visibility. Love the Mark Levinson sound system, it is excellent! We bought it 10 months ago with 53,000 miles on it and still looks and drives like brand new. I love how whisper quiet it is, no road noise, and there is not a squeak or rattle anywhere in the vehicle. Lexus is definitely in a class of it's own. It is so easy to keep it showroom clean, which makes it still look brand new. When seeing it, no one believes it is 9yrs old.

I wish to thank Mike Gillespie for helping me set up my recall for my Honda pilot carbrator replacement. And Mr Mike introduced me to Dominic Neglio sales leader to help my wife and I to talk about a car for my wife. Then Dominic introduced us to Mr. Kaleb Clarke . Mr Kaleb showed us two cars that we liked. 2024 new Accord. very nice. Then he said we just got a new 2025 accord in today that I think you will like. He was correct. My wife loves it so much.I won’t to thank all the staff for their professionalism. A early Christmas for my wife. Thanks Westshore Honda. You’re the best. Thanks Mr. Jeff an Jean Hulec

I purchased my 2nd IS350 F Sport in mid October specifically from Lexus of Clearwater because their service and professionalism is exceptional. Their transparency and ease make the process seamless and reassuring. I will continue to stay with them in the future and couldn’t be happier.

2024 Lexus NX 350h review
I love my Lexus NX350h! I previously had the UX350h. This one is slightly bigger, so it is a perfect fit! The ride is smooth going up steep hills. The user interface is pretty simple, but usually use Android auto. Gas mileage is decent especially with those steep hills that I have to drive daily. I definitely recommend this car to anyone looking for a compact SUV.

INFINITI of Tampa review
Daniel Yebra was my car salesman and he was the best. The Manager and the financial rep were also fantastic. Told them what I wanted and didn?t have time to haggle. They got the deal done quickly and to my satisfaction. Daniel even delivered my SUV to my job and has continued to be of service when I?ve had a question after the fact. Top notch customer service at Infinity of Tampa.
2024 Lexus IS 350 review
The 2024 Lexus is350 is an absolute pleasure to drive with it's NA V6 engine. Exterior styling is eye-catching with its sleek lines . Some say the interior is dated, but I absolutely love it for its classic look and gauge clusters. The 8-inch is a touchscreen, and there is a track pad you can use, but I hardly mess with it. There are a lot of safety features as well such as lane departure assist, backup camera, and blindspot monitoring.

I had a great time at Lexus; Joesph Minster and I looked for a good car for me and voila, we found the car in never knew I needed. Joesph was very patient with me even though I was being very indecisive. Had a great visit and coming back soon.

AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park review
I have been buying cars from this dealership since 2018. Once I found the best employees in the place life has been great! Buba’s the best guy in service always going above and beyond! Trey is the best in sales! Making sure everything is as it’s supposed to be! And Christie when you need a service advisor she is the best person in the whole dealership.
2024 Lexus NX 350 review
2024 NX 350 F Sport has some great options I didn't know I'd ever need. Being able to customize just about everything is great. The Lexus system itself is easy to use but takes getting used to coming from a 2019 Jeep Compass Sport. Heads-up display, the large display screen is great, although I will say the climate controls are a bit awkward to use. It's easy enough to turn off, but turning it on is another issue. The safety features are awesome, from not being able to open the driver door if traffic is coming from behind to the lane assist, I am super happy with it. The F Sport has some giddy-up that is no joke, there are settings you can utilize; Eco, Normal, Sport, and Sport +. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages, but all are top-notch. The interior has a beautiful, sleek design that screams luxury. The only thing it is missing is the panoramic sunroof I am used to. That being said, I am very happy with my purchase.

2025 Lexus NX 250 review
downsized from previous generation RX350 to NX350h. little smaller but performance is in par with the V6 but double the MPG. Safety system is definitely improved and 14 inch screen is plenty large and easy to use. wireless Android/CarPlay works seamlessly. ride with 18 inch wheels and firm/soft suspension provides good long distance comfort. overall a solid value compared to GV70 and GLC300 we were cross-shopping.

Love this car! I’m a 60 year old female , I lease this Lexus and it’s so much fun to drive! Love the sleek look, the sport mode, the radio rocks! Not one complaint… I looked around… decided on the V6, IS 350, and it’s a pure joy to drive! You won’t regret it!

Overall, I love this car. However, I have yet to figure out how the intermittent wipers work. Why did they put a cheesy clock that doesn't work in such an other wise fine car?
