2018 Lexus LS 500 review
Excellent quality materials and build for the price makes this car an excellent value. Excellent reliability. Does not have the flash of competitors. Interior feels somewhat cramped for the car's size. Infotainment system is clunky, but interaction is not often required for things like seat heat which can operate automatically based upon climate control settings.

2018 Lexus RX 350 review
My 2nd RX350. My 2019 RX350 was very nice, but my seat was uncomfortable. I purchased a used 2018 RX350 F Sport - so happy with this car! All the great upgrades and very comfy leather seats. Heater and fanned seats, heated steering wheel, great power, amazing handling, awesome stereo, use my Spotify on cell through bluetooth. So happy with this dependable SUV!

2024 Lexus RX 350 review
Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

2025 Lexus RX 350 review
I had the absolute best experience buying my RX350 from Hendricks Lexus of Pleasanton. Absolutely no pressure, and my sales person was so knowledgeable. To be fair, he sells a great product which makes it easier but he still put in 100% effort and I sox months later I absolutely love my car. I have had it serviced and the experience has extended to that as well with caring, obviously happy staff that treat customers as family. They even videoed my service appointment to show me how everything was going! My RX350 is a space ship! It is so comfortable, so luxurious and feels so safe with so many features. It handles so well, has great pick up and the seats are incredibly comfortable. Features like camera rear view mirrors, heated steering wheel and the assisted driving are things I just didnt expect but am spoiled to enjoy!

2025 Lexus NX 350h review
All I needed was a test drive to be convinced that the NX350 was the car for my family. Since taking the car home a few weeks ago, I haven't been able to find a single fault with it. Nicely designed, very comfortable, Luxury plus model has fantastic features. Some plastic interiors could be improved. Solid in nature, great visibility from inside, panoramic roof is very nice. The fact that Lexus has really designed it to fit inside a standard US garage is great!. Love the coolbox. Also the rear glass door opening is a big hit. '3rd row going under ground' without sacrificing space for spare tire is excellent. More inside storage space world be a plus

2015 Lexus CT 200h review
I had this car for the 4 months now. The acceleration is amazing on Sport Mode. It becomes a sports car, not a Prius. I caught up easily to a Tesla Model 3 on the freeway. The gas engine and the electric engine team up and creates a lot of torque when you are full throttle. The overall design of the 2015 Lexus CT200h is truly a timeless design. Very aerodynamic, aggressive and yet a classy design. Today's Hyundai and Kia car designs looks like they are trying too hard, and it comes across cheap and doesn't look good. The Lexus team did a great job for the 2015 Lexus CT 200h- "CT" stands for Creative Touring. Sporty and Luxury!

2018 Lexus IS 300 review
Bought the car used from my current dealer and I can't say enough good things about it, mine is an IS300 f sport AWD with the 3.5 v6. Driving, the car is very comfortable, the v6 has more then enough power with the added benefit of being fuel efficient. There are 2 main flaws with the vehicle which are very minor in my opinion, 1 is front tire wear, it can be easily fixed but upgrading the lower control arm bushings, and Secondly the infotainment screen, no Apple caraway or android auto for the year, but can be easily upgraded! Initially my wife and I had just planned on purchasing a car for her since the lease on her current vehicle was due to expire. Chris Warr was the sales consultant who helped us when we arrived to test drive a few different models. My wife wasn?t really sure if she wanted an SUv or a truck. Chris was patient and friendly. He made us feel comfortable and not rushed to make a decision. He even went as far to take us to see a model that was being displayed for a car show so my wife could see all of her options. Ultimately she purchased a 2026 Terrain AT4. Every one we encountered was friendly, helpful and answered our questions and made the process of purchasing a car simple and as stress free as possible. I would like to mention Ben Gallegos for helping us with the additional accessories my wife wanted. Marian Ciubotaru for walking us through the financial side, he answered all of our questions and took the time to make sure we were clear on the paperwork and pricing. Frank Pereira was our initial contact when we scheduled our appointment. He was friendly, listened to our needs and stayed in contact through the entire process. We are definitely happy with our interactions, so much that I had an appointment the following day to purchase a Ford Bronco for myself and ended up canceling my appointment and purchasing a Canyon AT4X the following day. So 2 car sales in 2 days. All due to the treatment we received and to be clear feeling comfortable and not being bombarded with a heavy hand to make a decision until we were ready. We also believe we received a fair deal. In addition, I was not happy with the rims on the truck which was almost a deal breaker for me. Purely because I had a vision of what I wanted. Ben, Frank and Chris worked to find me options and Ben found the exact rims I was looking to purchase. We are taking both cars in on Friday for the accessories and they even made sure we have a car to drive while our new cars are being completed. We are grateful and not only will we be buyers in the future we will be sure to share our experience with our friends and family.
2016 Lexus GX 460 review
Had my 2016 gx for a year and a half now got it wit 50,000 miles 2 previous owners drove it across the country twice has a 113,000 miles now and hasnt given me one problem just regular service and maintenance. I highly recommend this vehicle. Switched to lexus from GM and its the best decision I ever made.

10/10 recommend!! Mark Raleigh and Tara Castillo were phenomenal in executing my out of state purchase. Mark was kind enough to do a virtual tour of the vehicle for me and hold a deposit so we didn’t lose the vehicle due to being out of state. They were zero pressure and followed up every step of the way. Tara was quick with documents and even resending a few updates. They offered their personal contacts for after hours if needed as well. We elected to fly in to pick up the vehicle vs shipping it, and Mark was there to pick us up at the airport and take us to the dealership where the car was waiting with a gorgeous bow! The vehicle was in perfect condition, gas tank full and even gave us a load of snacks and water for the drive. Tara came out to introduce herself and made the final processing seamless. In under an hour we were in on the road with our new car! Mark followed up to ensure we made it back safely to Colorado, and that we had no issues along the way. Highly recommend for both in state and out of state purchases.

You more than likely caused the head issue because you overheated it after loosing to much coolant. Radiators always fail with mileage. It’s always easy to blame dealers for your own stupidity. Secured is great and the 2 that own it are awesome. I’ve lost count of how many cars we’ve bought from them. Out of those 1 car has had multiple issues. Guess what..... that’s the chance you take buying a used car. Don’t listen to the one bad review. These guys ALWAYS get me the very best interest rates and they bend over backwards to make me happy. 2017 Lexus GX 460 review
Fantastic SUV. Swiss Army Knife of SUVs. Snow, towing, hauling, groceries, and going to a nice dinner, this SUV does it all. Mine is 2017 Luxury with Driver Assist package fully loaded with tow package and captain's chairs. It is my 8th Lexus (my wife has her 3rd RX 350, my daughter has IS 250, and I have had an LS 460L ($104K car!) and two GX 350s, all loaded. All perfect and zero issues. I live in Ohio and I run Blizzak snow tires in winter. The traction is amazing. The sound system is better than in my LS and it is quieter than the LS. I hated my LS due to tiny trunk and is the only Lexus that did not suit my needs and taste, FWIW. I am 59 and retired aerospace engineer, and will drive my GX until it no longer runs, I no longer run, or there is no more gas to buy. I have been a Toyota/Lexus fanboy for 20+ years. The GX does everything that I want it to do and it does it very well. I enjoy it that much.

2013 Lexus LX 570 review
Timeless reliability and power when you need it as these trucks get older, you realize how well they are made. They only really need basic maintenance and every hundred thousand miles replace the plugs, the belts and all the juices and it will keep going as smooth as butter the only thing you wanna keep an eye on is the suspension however it is not a dealbreaker it can be dealt with with a proper technician. They will be going for another 50 years for sure.
