We appreciated how Alex went to bat for us and definitely earned our business. He worked with sales manager Chris and clarified our questions and negotiated a fair price for our trade in. Finance manager Jim explained warranty options and was gracious about adjusting the bill after we added the new vehicle and compared notes with our insurance. Overall, Napleton staff appear to value each other and customers, resulting in a extraordinary family friendly environment and surprisingly pleasant experience. Genuinely caring people! The vanishing deductible on our extended warranty was icing on the cake!
My son and I were looking for a reliable, newer car and were very satisfied with the assistance given by the salesperson I contacted over the phone about one of the cars listed for sale by Champion Auto. The process took 2 days to complete as I asked the salesperson to drive the car and inspect the car again as I asked for specific conditions about the interior/exterior of the car. They were very accommodating with all my requests. I bought the car over the phone and we picked it up 2 days later. The car was as explained and the paperwork was done quickly! I needed an oil change bad but could not wait. I cant beleive they gave me a loner vehicle and even came and picked it up after it was done at my work. I have even had work done in the past that was more major and they did great. Never an issue.
I went to there parts department to get couple gaskets for my pickup. They found the gaskets right away. Before they could ring me up, the power started going on and off from the storm. Thought I was stuck there for a while. The power finally stayed on but their computer was slow to boot up. He said will just use the computer at the from desk. That booted up much faster. We were done after about 15 minutes. I asked if I could put my part in a bag as they are very small and easy to lose. Said sure thing. He was very polite and I'm glad I went to this dealership i. Would put 5 stars, but I only delt with the parts department and didn't want to give the dealership itself too much credit.
Ryan was amazing and very personable. He is very passionate about his job and 4runners especially. I had asked a couple sales associates about the night shade 4 runner that I was looking for and Ryan was the only one who knew about the new edition. I have since recommended him to my friends. Our whole two days experience with the Lexus team, including Matt Jensen, Chris Beto and Ben Bleed was exceptional. They were professional, courteous and patient. They took the time to explain all the different financial options. I strongly recommend this dealership.
Chris Beto made my purchase of a new SUV a pleasant and exciting experience. He handled the transaction to our mutual satisfaction. His clear explanations, his willingness to give extra help concerning digital changes and upgrades, and his availability to answer questions as they arose allowed me to made a smooth transition from my older Lexus sedan to my new SUV. When my friends and family ask me how I like my sporty new Lexus, I tell them to give my dealership a try, and to be sure to ask for Chris Beto.
