I found the car online called them and set up a test drive. They gave me some money for my clunker of a car which I was going to junk. They found me a better interest rate than the one my bank had. Overall good experience. I bought a certified used car. I was disappointed to see the gas tank at empty when I picked it up. I was told they did not fill certified used cars only new cars when purchased. I had to come back for my second set of keys and get it created. That gave me an opportunity to use their service center right away. The service center lady was very nice and they took care of me pretty quick.
Friendly, professional service that started with Barry when I dropped the car off and continued with Kelli, the service consultant, who kept me updated on progress. This dealership really goes the extra mile to make the task of having your car serviced a pleasant one.
Brought our 03 LS 430 in for a health check. The car had been sitting a while and driven minimally over the past year. Laura was our service tech, and provided cogent recommendations to repair the vehicle. Her customer service and knowledge of the repairs was exemplary. I Highly recommend this dealership and service department.
Service was done as expeditiously as possible to return my car to me next day. Josh does a great job communicating status throughout the serice/repair process. Always happy with my experience...I keep coming back because I trust the team, and they treat me right!
Have been shopping for a truck for a week. Though I did not ultimately purchase a vehicle at Neat, my experience with Louis made this dealership my top pick among the 7 or 8 that I visited.
I had narrowed my purchase down to two very different options - a higher mileage 4 cylinder at Neat and a lower miles 6 cylinder in a higher price point at another dealership. Louis sat down with me to look at both options, and encouraged me that the other vehicle appeared to be a great deal. He talked through the potential trade-offs without any pressure, and even after it became clear that I was leaning toward the V6 he continued to spend time to help me understand the complications with the Tacoma frame recall which affected both purchases. He also gave me a number of references for folks who could help out with my purchase of the other vehicle, for modifications I was interested in making.
Louis is knowledgable, generous and clearly puts his customer first. Neat will be my first stop for my next purchase.
Great dealership. Worked with Charles Pithis to purchase a Golf . He was knowledgable and friendly. No high pressure sales at this dealership. Full transparency from start to finish. Other VW dealerships in Eastern MA were less friendly and kept switching the numbers around. Would highly recommend visiting this dealership. Kevin M
Sales Manager Eric Rosberg responded to my online inquiry quickly to get the process started and 72 hours later I picked up my new Cayenne.
No pomp and circumstance / great fanfare - just a solid, past paced negotiation that led to a great purchase experience
thank you Eric
Best place to purchase a high end car. You handle none of the details or running around. Scotty does it all. You tell him what you are looking for and he gets you what you need and better. Highly recommend
Needed to get a new car for my mother - Griffith made the experience easy, no hassles, fully explained all options and left the dealership with a new vehicle and felt no pressure the entire time. Highly recommend working with Griffith. GG
Super Awesome very first Lexus of Watertown experience!!! I worked with the salesperson Tony Viveiros. He was patient, thorough, considerate and easily accessible to all my questions and calls. I highly recommend Tony Viveiros and this dealership for the very best overall support in purchasing a car.
My experience with the sales person Chris was excellent. The finance people however changed the price I agreed to. I signed a paper on the floor, but when the papers were presented to sign the price was much higher. I noticed it and complained. They said there was a ???mistake??? on the previous quote. Well if there was a mistake they should have been open about it. I think it was a bait and switch The paperwork is confusing and they clearly changed the numbers by $6000 between what they agreed to on the floor and what they presented in the office to sign.
