Bought this used in December, 2022. Since then, put on 20K miles, average 40 MPG. I predominately drive in ECO mode, but when I go to Normal or Sport, plenty of power when needed. Many complements on the Interior (Saddle Color) of the car, far more than I ever had on my Acura RLX. Definitely going to get another to replace this 5+ years from now.

I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021. It had 18K miles on it and was Lexus Certified. It now has 30K miles on it and has been a good car for me. I love this car and would buy it all over again. It is a smooth running car and has been reliable. It is a comfortable car with great looks. The only downside is the "unusual" user interface center console control. This model year did not have a touch screen. I have adapted to the big square button used to manipulate the display screen and it's not so bad. Other than that, no complaints so far. I hope Lexus continues to offer the ES350 in the future. It is a classy, reliable car that I intend on keeping for quite some time.

The entire staff who helped in the process including Bob, Alex and David were extremely professional and easy to work with. They all handled their areas of expertise flawlessly and made the process of buying with them very smooth and comfortable.

We are a Lexus family because the cars are graceful and reliable. We will never drive anything else. We have a 2006 Rx 330 with 300,000 miles and it’s still going strong. Never a problem…just the usual-brakes, tires and oil changes, batteries. I drive a 2011 ES 350 sedan that I bought used. 2 years old. Now has 110,000 miles. Still shiny and fresh looking. So nice to have a dependable vehicle. I think my drivers side seat is a little broken down and I am not a heavy person. I use a special cushion for comfort. I realize newer cars have more bells and whistles..but what’s the point of trading a great car for a bigger cup holder? We are older. When we are ready to go down to one car we will trade them both for another Lexus!!!!! Best car on the road! My son has been a top rated auto mechanic for 26 years-not American made-and he concurs. Love our cars!

Gregor Van Sise was my advisor. He was absolutely amazing. I have never bought a BMW before. I will only buy a BMW going forward. He made the experience. He is BMW. Every bone in my body dreaded buying a car. He was kind, thoughtful, and caring. We have owned Mercedes and Audi's prior to coming to Princetown BMW. I will never go back to them. Kristina Melendy was our finance consultant. She was unbelievable. She listened to what our needs were. She asked a lot of questions and was extremely knowledgeable. The dealership was very busy. However, I never felt rushed. Both of your employees took the time to help us in any way they can. Many dealerships can learn a lesson from both of these outstanding human beings. Kristina talked about how much she loves working at BMW and how honored she feels to work in such a positive environment. Gregor talked about all the training and support he gets from an unbelievable company. I have worked at Gap Inc and was the director of stores for 11 years. I understand customer service at its core. You are a very lucky company to have employees like both of these. You also have a customer for life with this wonderful adventure. This is my second one and I like it more than the first. Very comfortable, great ride, interior luxurious. Electronics a little more complicated than my 2013 but learning them. Gas mileage excellent. Overall great car.

This car rocks. It plays two roles. If can be a Nice riding car in economy and in sport plus it handles well. I am on my second Gs F sport and sadly it’s dead on the vine from Lexus. To much emphasis on suvs in the world and the declining sales killed this car. But i put it up against any European car for its value and reliability

Easy to make a service appointment and car was ready when promised. Video of the car being serviced is a good idea. Megan Dolce is great at the Service Desk and keeps me aware of the status of the car. Good experience.

The only thing is not making it perfect. Whenever I turn the engine off, everything is shut down, and to play my music, I have to turn it on to put the engine in suspension.

Im a married guy with no kids. The car is unbelievably well, drives so smooth and fantastic in all seasons. DEFINITELY go for this instead of the German or American competitors. Unbelievably gorgeous exterior with great interior, however the german counterparts do have better interior. The engine sounds amazing and it is a Naturally Aspirated Engine. It does consume a ton of fuel, thats the negative I would add.

Bought the car used from my current dealer and I can't say enough good things about it, mine is an IS300 f sport AWD with the 3.5 v6. Driving, the car is very comfortable, the v6 has more then enough power with the added benefit of being fuel efficient. There are 2 main flaws with the vehicle which are very minor in my opinion, 1 is front tire wear, it can be easily fixed but upgrading the lower control arm bushings, and Secondly the infotainment screen, no Apple caraway or android auto for the year, but can be easily upgraded! All in all this is the perfect mix of reliability and performance you'd expect from toyota, would recommend this car to anyone

I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.
