It is unique to have those three characteristics in one vehicle. Reliability: I had 11 years RX350 with zero problems. Just regular maintenance. This was a reason I purchased a new one. Luxury: It is very quiet and comfortable ride, perfect ergonomic seats and suspension, really luxury filling. Spacious front and rear seats, adequate cargo volume and driving assist features. 4-cylinder engine is maybe loud above 2000 rpm, but normal drive do not reach this number. Fuel Efficiency: Car computer was showing 45 MPG for city driving, but brochure shows 37MPG. i decided to check this discrepancy in reality by counting mileages and fuel gallons on gas station. Results were 46.02MPG! I checked milage accuracy comparing to navsat and gallons with weight method. Both measurements were accurate. I even reached 50MPG with city drive, slow acceleration, long braking distances and gliding ride! Conclusion: I lost refinement of V6 but increase fuel efficiency for 100% and earned many features that absolutely make sense to get this car. It is not for someone who ask for sporty style driving, but has sufficient power to easy overtake any vehicle on highway.

There’s a few things about this car that I don’t like first I wish I would’ve had the option for a six-cylinder. The car is a little too noisy. I wish they would do away with that car stop at a light or stop saying. Third, I wish they would seal the door a little better at the bottom. All sorts of debris gets in on all doors. Other than that the car is OK. and I’m still waiting for my extra key fob.

I love the car, I dislike the dealership I got it from. I definitely recommend the car but you need to watch out where you get it from and watch the sales people they will try to rip you off if you let them, I will write a separate review for the dealership.

My sales experience with Mike Roberts was great. He was easy to work with and accommodating to a few of my request. Doing my paperwork with finance person, Devin McCullough was excellent. He made it easy and transparent. He wasn't pushy about anything. I'm happy with my IS350 although I want another IS500. Guess I'll find one. Anyways, my overall experience was good with the guys i worked with, including sales manager Nick. Due to the winter weather, I'm just waiting on an IOU for my window tint, which is not the dealership fault. That's my only disappointment.

Rides great high priced vehicle not worth 70,000 maybe 45,000 other than price runs great looks great after a year.would recommend Toyota quit price gauging your gonna lose customers for this.

This car is perfect and makes sense in every way. Quality, style, luxury, safety, beautiful mpgs, and so much more. The suspension is a dream (I’m coming from a Volvo xc90). Don’t waste money on the upgraded sound system the base system is better than any car I ever had. Premium + gets you a customization feature of choosing interior color illumination. This car has everything so happy with this ride.

Purchase the car a month ago and already has 850miles. Car feel great in regard,power and maneuverability. Only one major this Miles/gallon. My longest trip was between San Diego and Phoenix and back. On the way there I got max 36.5 m/g. On the way back 35.00. I hardly made it to San Diego. Tank is only 12 gal. so 36/84 m/g ....not true not even 50 miles per gal. Dealer did not explain how to drive, what to do to get maximum miles per gallon. Will take another trip probably 800 miles back and forth, will let you know in my next review

downsized from previous generation RX350 to NX350h. little smaller but performance is in par with the V6 but double the MPG. Safety system is definitely improved and 14 inch screen is plenty large and easy to use. wireless Android/CarPlay works seamlessly. ride with 18 inch wheels and firm/soft suspension provides good long distance comfort. overall a solid value compared to GV70 and GLC300 we were cross-shopping.

Joseph Rossman did a wonderful job at explaining and demonstrating multiple features of my new Forester. From showing me where everything is "under the hood" to setting options for my husband when he drives, to radio stations to try. I just recently leased a 2021 RC 350 F Sport Black Line Edition and I find it to be an amazing car. I’ve now owned it for a month. The car is really beautiful both inside and out. It’s quiet, unless you’re pounding the throttle, which sounds fantastic. It’s very well-built, the interior is extremely bespoke with rich materials (this was very important to me). Performance is perfectly fine for me, but I have the V6. It moves quickly and will do what you want it to do, but it’s not the most powerful car I’ve ever driven. I say this in comparison the the RC 200T that I traded since that had the base four cylinder and really lacked power off the line where the V6 does not. Still, it’s not as quick as you’d expect, but it’ll do you just fine for daily driving. Mine is fully loaded with all options. I find it roomy enough for me, but the rear seat is horribly tight. The trunk is fine and I’d say spacious enough. Only one thing bothers me about this car, and it’s not the notorious infotainment system which doesn’t bother me at all—it’s the fuel economy. The car has some of the worst economy of any vehicle I’ve ever owned. I’ve owned Buick’s, both V8 and V6, that got far higher MPGs. It doesn’t help that the gas tank is small and the engine requires premium fuel. Outside of that, the car looks stunning, feels very rich, and is surprisingly satisfying to drive. I look forward to every day I’m able to get behind the wheel of it. I would recommend without reservation if MPGs are not a concern for you and if price is not an object—the car (fully loaded) is not cheap, and hardly a bargain—but still worth it.

I went to this location after totaling my brand new car and I was in need of a used car. I went in and enjoyed the process from start to finish. After meeting with a salesman for a little bit, I was able to walk around and check out the lot without someone hovering over my shoulder. Once I decided on my choice, all of the paperwork from start to finish was run right in front of me without any disappearing to a back room or talking to the manager. When I am in need of another used vehicle, this will definitely be my first stop!!

I wanted a smaller car and a hybrid after years of wonderful ES350s. I have no longer need to haul large amounts of stuff, dogs or children, so this is a perfect fit- fast, highly manueravable and fun to drive, and double the gas mileage. What's not to love!

I have had this car for 6 months now and overall I am happy with my purchase. I have not driven it in snow yet- my previous car was a Subaru crosstrek that did well in the snow, I got the AWD UX but it is lower to the ground so we’ll see how it does in comparison. The cup holder/controls situation is annoying. The cup holders are directly in front of the buttons so if you put a cup in there your moving it around to get to the control buttons- annoying. The remote start through the app is spotty for me. It at times takes multiple attempts to connect to get it to start- and not just when im in an area of bad service. The wireless charging which I thought would be useful is not. With CarPlay you have to have your phone plugged into the USB for it to connect. So there’s no point in using the wireless charging. Which also charges very slow. The interior is small and was an adjustment compared to previous cars because I feel the windshield visibility was lower. So far this hasn’t been a problem because there is so many safety features- blind spot, lane keep, cross traffic monitoring. Because of all these my insurance only went up by a few dollars a month when switching. I do not mind the track pad but a touchscreen would be a nice upgrade in the future, and I do agree that the analog clock on the dash is dumb. I did recently hit a trash can that knocked my mirror off. Due to all the special things the mirror had this is estimated nearly $1,000 to fix. Which I think is a lot for a mirror and something that could easily happen. Some models have auto retract mirrors- also would be a nice upgrade in the future. I will say I had a friend replace the mirror and when he disabled it to replace it I got a call from Lexus stating they were alerted there was an issue with my mirror. That kind of prompt service is nice. No spare tire as the car has run flats- I haven’t had any issue yet but we’ll see how annoying that is when the time comes. I do drive a lot but I feel they are frequently calling me saying I need to rotate the tires. I’m not sure if this is a run flat thing or a Lexus thing. But it’s just annoying to schedule every couple months.

I have been a customer of Johnson Volvo for years. My experience with everyone has been always positive. Recently we purchased an XC 60 Ultra plug in hybrid after owning an XC 90 plug in hybrid and an XC 40, both purchased at Johnson. Both cars were virtually trouble free over 5 years. My new car did have a minor issue (not related to Johnson). and the dealership promptly resolved it, in fact going further than required. Special thank you to Paulino M. and and Technician Jennifer. Love this SUV! It's futuristic exterior design caught my attention! Purchased brand new currently has 78,000. PROS: Extremely reliable and comfortable, quick, well-built, faux leather seats (much easier to take care of than leather), Sleek and sporty design, modern - NO wood interior! In 2015 Lexus accomplished what no other car maker ever did - All of their cars received the highest reliability rating! Had many cars and the NX is by far is the best! CONS: Touchy & frustrating mouse pad - jumps all over the place, display screen too small, requires premium gas, old and out of place analog clock.
