My experience with Lee Auto Group was unforgettable! They treated me like a part of the family and showed me they were ONLY looking out for my best interest, as oppose to merely trying to make a sale. They are great business folk, and I would recommend anyone to go there for a thorough, fervent, affable, and professional experience. Don’t let the looks fool you!
A Very Nice Luxury SUV

I own a rare 2004 Lincoln Aviator CS (California Edition) that I bought used with 45k in 2017 and have been very happy with the purchase. It is near perfect with a few things that could be improved.
Pros: Great interior and exterior styling...I think it looks better than many current SUVs on the market. Roof rails, chrome steps, heated/cooled seats, rear DVD player, rear side airbags, are some higlights. It’s not built on a unibody so it can tow more and is beefier. Very smooth ride (Lincoln trait), and the V8 is from the Mustang Bulitt. It has been reliable and performs well for an H-frame truck. Oil guard to protect undercarriage and prevent spray (now that’s luxury : ) not found on the same era Explorers. Footwell and puddle lights. (CS) Dual Borla exhaust. Seats 7; Wood grip on steering wheel; sturdier suspension than Explorer; Reliable thus far!
Some Cons: Could have better MPG but better than the Navigator. Safety relay can get stuck to release shifter from Park normally when brake pedal is depressed; I just disabled it. Transmission must be babied but with a good additive and an extra second pause between PR and D, or a solenoid changeout, the first sign of hard shifting, the transmission is good and if its like my Explorer, will last a long time. The same passenger side speaker like my Explorer goes out but can be easily replaced.
All in all, this is one of the best vehicles I have ever purchased! I really enjoy driving it!
Has been a very reliable car. Plenty of room. I live on a small island and it is perfect to take the family and the pedal boards to the beach. Has great air condition in the front and the rear and the children always enjoyed being able to function the radio from the second seat.
On August 18, 2018 I purchased a new Kia Niro from Andrew Thornberry. At the completion of the purchase he informed me that the parts department was closed so he would send my second key to me through the mail. Three months, several phone calls, four emails and one letter later, l still don't have my second key. This is not a simple process of having a key cut, because my car is push to start, the key has to be programmed, and the key itself is a $150 investment plus the programming cost.

Exactly what I needed and will serve me well for many years to come. Love it and it is very clean. Looked for a long time to find the right car.
Take a look around you. This is truly an amazing place. A car dealer and service center that really cares about its customers. The thousands of pictures that line these walls is a testament to how well customers here are treated. The vast majority of all these people are repeat buyers. They continue to come back because they realize that they are getting a high quality vehicle at a very fair price with excellent service that’s provided for the life of the car.
My family has been doing business with Saccucci’s of Schaumburg for 17 years. During that time we have purchased a total of 8 cars and had all of our service work done here. We trust them explicitly. It is like having a member of your family in the car business. We can’t count the number of times over the years that Bill has help us out during an unforeseen incident. Bill and his stall take great care to make sure that you are treated properly and with great respect. They really care about their customers.
It always amazes us how much joy Bill gets when you come to pick up your new car. He is just so enthused to take your picture and share in the excitement of you getting your new car. We most highly recommend Saccussi’s of Schaumburg for all your automotive needs. They are definitely are not your average car dealer.
With thanks and admiration,

Aviator gave me the step up from my Explorer experience I was looking for in a used SUV. No problem there! However, after three years and 30,000 more miles, this ride is looking a little prematurely outdated. I have to admit a similar year Explorer Limited or Eddie Bauer if far more handsome even now in 2017. Front end suspension rotted out and parts were a challenge to find now. The limited 3 year run of this model is now a drawback. Premium fuel is a drawback; Ford should have engineered without that requirement. Shifter problems: read blogs on this noted defect for all Aviators. Over-rated V8 in my opinion, Ford's 4.0 V6 just as good. Fair resale value, but not a workhorse lux truck that is worthy of continually investing in ongoing repairs after 130k miles.
Jay Black has gone above and beyond each time we have purchased a vehicle from Pruitt Ford. This will be the third time and its still a charm!
Best car I ever had

I owned cars from all 3 big American manufacturers in the last 25 years. I had 3 Fords, 5 GMs and one Chrysler product. This one is by far the most luxurious, comfortable and well-built car I had. I bought it used with 70k miles. IT is now at 101k and running like a champ. It is a shame that Ford decided not to make them anymore.
We were frustrated trying to find a reliable and budget friendly car for our teenaged son until we found L & B. Honest, straight forward, let us take car to be checked out by our mechanic who promptly tod us to , BUY IT! The work they said they did was done and done well. Very kind, professional and even loaned us a big red bow so we could give it to our son as graduation gift. Just go. Now!
Can't Beat the Performance and Comfort

I purchased this Aviator in 2007 with 11,000 miles on it. The truck now has 56,000 miles and I haven't had any mechanical problems with it to date. Just changed tires and brakes so far. My only complaint is the painted plastic trim panel on the rear window. I had pulled the truck into my garage on a cold day and the temperature change cracked the panel for no reason. I did an internet search and found that this is a common problem with many 2003-2005 Explorers,Mountaineers and Aviators. There is currently a class action law suit against Ford regarding this problem. This has been my only issue. Of course gas mileage and the requirement of premium fuel are a negative but, thats the trade off for its detuned Mustang Cobra engine's great performance. This truck can blow some doors off !
Best design and power for the money for a 2005 SUV

I was looking for a "pretty" suv that could tow a trailer and after test driving 2 GMC Envoys, a Jeep Grand Cherokee, and an Eddie Baurer Explorer(probably the best bang for the buck but the interior was not pretty to me) I felt the very pretty and comfortable Aviator was the one for me within 100' of the test drive. The mpg will be the only downer but this is the price I will pay to enjoy this nice ride as will my dog. I cannot comment on reliability since I've only had it for 2 weeks. And I cannot comment on all the bells and whistles(there are A LOT) since I haven't figured them all out yet and my Aviator did not come with an owner's manual. To me it's kinda like a sports car/suv. I like the way it sits up higher and that was something I was seeking. I like the stance of the driver's seat and how it's positioned for visibility this is in direct contrast to the Jeep in which I just could not get comfortable - didn't like the driver's seat stance in Jeep nor the positioning of the ac vents which here in FL is of great importance. The Envoy's ride was nice but the interior felt cramped and jumbled . The aviator trumped them all and I'm enjoying my pretty ride but my mechanic has cautioned me that it will be more expensive to fix than my previous Ford Ranger which I traded. Again this is the price I'll pay:) It's shorter than it's sister Navigator which to me is a plus for ease of handling. It's got a uni-body which is good for towing as opposed to the Explorer which does not. The Avi. does not come with air shocks like the Navi. which again to me is a plus for the cost of maintenance is lower in fact I've seen it recommended that Navi. owners change out the air shock system because of the high cost. To me the Avi. interior is the best looking of any other SUV that I looked at and the comfort is there with some power to back it up. +++ + Gotta go for a drive...
Great people at this dealership. Just wished they took car of their cars more. Bought a 2007 Jeep Liberty and in 4 days my powersteering went out. Now within a month now i have something going on in my reer. Constant sqeaking and Scrapping sounds. These cars sit for a long time and dont get moved very often. So they just catch rust.

I am very happy with this SUV! I was pleasantly surprised at the ease and stability in its handling; its interior is very comfortable, even with the wear it has sustained; and overall I have found it a real joy to drive.
Jake was fantastic! Excellent communication. He did what he said he would do, which is rare these days. The entire team was great, but if you’re going to buy a Jeep make sure you ask for Jake in sales!

This car is excellent for the price. It rides well and is reliable which is a plus as the last 2 used expeditions we had were newer but problematic. It looks great. The only problem I have is the heated seats don't work but it is 15 years old & an easy fix with heated seat cushions.
Very competitive prices and stand behind their promises to serve you after the sales with any issues that may arise. Family owned with pride. Would recommend them to my Friends. Wayne is a good guy.

I purchased this vehicle when as a Cub Scout Leader I needed more room for gear and Scouts than an automobile had to offer, and needed towing capacity to haul a unit trailer. Aviator has been great, and fellow scouters now call me the "redneck with class" when I show up with it at camping events. Safely and comfortably hauls six scouts and two adults to and from events, and has no problem towing 8 x 10 enclosed trailer loaded with gear to and from camp sites. Currently have @ 120,000 miles on the SUV, and with standard maintenance have had no major problems. Look forward to driving this vehicle until it just won't go any more!
My last two cars prior to buying my first Hyundai in 2008 were BMW's. I bought this, a Santa Fe, to help with our move into our new home. I kept this car for over 7 years, and still enjoy driving it. No one problem. Although I did have to buy a battery a few years ago. I also bought a car for my daughter at this dealership and just ordered a 2016 Tuscon for myself. They are honest, they don't play games with prices. I wish my Lexus dealer ( wife's car ) were half as good

Love the Aviator as a smaller option to the Navigator. Similar to Ford Explore but with more bells and whistles. Enjoy the comfort of the truck and its horse power. Definitely a vehicle that can get up and go!
Ms Rose Marie and Winston are awesome people they worked with me when I didn't have full payment great used n new cars I recommen anyone to this place never experience this kind of respect and courtesy from all they deserve all stars

Wow! I bought a 2004 Lincoln Aviator from a dealership in Bensenville, IL. Talk about great service, exceptional response time, etc. The truck was as listed, if not better. I have most of the features that I desired, except for the DVD. I have no complaints, and my truck is a constant HEAD TURNER!!! Thank you to Robbie, Brian, Juan, and Evan. I drove over four hours to purchase my truck, and I will be doing business with these guys again.
I traveled from out of state to purchase this vehicle. I could NOT be happier with how I was treated! Pete & Justin are the Dynamic Duo of car sales! The vehicle was EVERYTHING they said it was and MORE! Their knowledge, experience and genuine focus on customer satisfaction is exceptional! If your looking for a dealership that under promises and OVER delivers; THIS is IT!

Nathan (Salesman) and Donna (Internet Saleswoman) were stars, but every one I encountered was courteous and nice, which made the nerve racking experience of buying a used car as easy as possible. The car itself was the best deal in 200 miles (I checked) there was no pressure and no haggle and I got a great value for my trade in. Best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Highly recommended!
