Service at North Olmsted Nissan is and has always been very positive. They don???t try to sell you unnecessary service. They are always very helpful to my whole family. I have dealt with a lot of salesman in my time and I have to say Ed made this process totally effortless. He went above and beyond by finding the right SUV for me and knowing everything about it. He was so nice. He went out of his way to get me what I wanted for my trade. He even gave me a gift just because. I have never left a dealership by hugging my salesman but I just had to do it! Ask for Ed if you visit Lincoln of Ganley. You won't be diaappointed. I may stop in just to say hi. When do you say that? Loved my whole experience.

Mike Bass Ford was recommended to me by several family members and friends. After my great experience with Mike Bass Ford, I was able to understand why so many people I know recommended taking my car to this service center. Before taking my car into Mike Bass Ford, I had taken my car in many times for service to a different dealership and had to call the dealership after several days to receive any updates. I dropped my car off to Mike Bass Ford on a Tuesday evening and was pleasantly surprised when I received a call the next morning from Jon to discuss the findings. Jon was very friendly and professional from our very first conversation. He discussed and explained the plan to me and made it a point to make sure I had a complete understanding. Jon took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with the plan. After talking with Jon I immediately felt confident that I had made the right choice by choosing Mike Bass Ford. Jon made it a point to make sure he provided me with any updates on the service. As a I mentioned before, I have had unsatisfactory experiences with a different dealership, even to the point where I was uncertain if I would ever buy a ford vehicle in the future. But Jon made for a GREAT experience. He was professional, friendly and very caring. He went above and beyond to make sure that that I was satisfied with the service I had received. Jon is a true asset to his company. Prior to taking my car in for service to Mike Bass Ford I had decided that in the future I would not purchase another Ford vehicle due to bad experiences at other dealerships but after my wonderful experience at Mike Bass Ford, due to Jon’s professionalism and caring personality, I will return to Mike Bass Ford for any service and also feel confident purchasing another Ford vehicle in the future.
My husband and I have relocated to the Columbus area, but I plan all my maintenance on my vehicles around when I am visiting my parents back in Sheffield. Kevin Nail and Glenn Lyons are who I always request when I need work done. They do an awesome job every time!!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Received excellent care during my first visit at Liberty Ford in Brunswick. Craig johnson was very proffessional and took his time answering my questions and the entire staff was friendly. my car is back to normal and i feel comfortable and confident recommending them if you are considering them for your next repair.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
My experience here was amazing! I was initially going to buy a Nissan Rogue on Mayfield Rd but when I came to New Line to compare I was blown away. From the second I walked in everybody was incredible! Dave, the salesman I worked with, was AMAZING. He was friendly, passionate, and worked with me to give me the best deal possible on a new car. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Ask for Dave if you come here! You won’t regret it. The other finance manager I worked with, Brian was equally as amazing and was very helpful!.
