2018 Lincoln MKX review
At 86000 miles my vehicle quick shifting, therefore something is wrong with transmission. I had it towed to a transmission repair shop and found out the fluid was burnt and there were metal shaving in the transmission. Now on this 2018 Lincoln MKX Reserve has a sealed transmission is this normal or has anyone else had this experience. I did not received any warning from my computer system until the day this happen

Previously, my wife owned a 2011 Kia Soul. Even though she had searched about 3 months for another Soul, she was open to other makes/models. However, a sunroof was required, a deal breaker! We had found one earlier in July; long story short, it fall through the same day we decided to check out a 2016 Soul at Capitol City Ford. Dan Pribble provided generous details about the vehicle, no sales pressure, and great to work with. The Soul had a few issues, Dan and team were fair and reasonable with resolutions including the sunroof! A strong recommendation that you consider Capitol City for your next ride. I think it will be worth the drive, about an hour for us!

So far haven’t had any more problems. Very hard to find service after the sale like that, he told us they were there for us and they were.John is a stand up guy.
2024 Lincoln Navigator review
I purchased 2024 Lincoln Navigator few weeks ago. After researching the Mercedes GLS 450, BMW X7, Audi Q7, my intention was to purchase the Mercedes GLS 450. On the day to make a decision, I decided to test drive the Lincoln Navigator. Once inside the Navigator, the interior space, materials, and comfort immediately put the brakes on the Mercedes. The seats for the driver and passenger were the most comfortable I'd sat in (30 way adjustable). The amount for wood detail, gave the cabin a rich feel. Lincoln's decision to keep buttons and nobs to control basic functions like climate control, music volume and seat comfort like heating and ventilation were a real plus. The trend recently is for auto makers to use larger digital touch screens to control many if not all the functions in the car. ( Range Rover sport, Telsa SUV's). The second row captain chairs with the center consul felt more like a lounge area, plenty of room. The main difference between the cars I evaluated was the ride. I found that I liked the higher and larger driving presence on the road. I will say the Mercedes GLS had a smoother ride and the BMW had a more agile driving experience. However , the independent suspension system with road anticipation technology in the Navigator provided a smooth and comfortable ride. The technology on board the Navigator make driving this full size SUV very easy. At the end of the day, I realized, I wanted a comfortable, spacious, well appointed SUV, and Lincoln Navigator "checked" all the boxes.

2020 Lincoln Aviator review
Well, first thing is first. This is a great American luxury suv, problem, just that. We Americans worry too much about things we don't need and forgo things we do and thus you have most American companies especially auto manufacturers. Charge a lot but receive very little in durability but ague that it's offered at least. Precisely why the Japanese and recently the German luxury manufacturers do it better. They are not just trying to make a xxxx load of money, they actually care that their products are what they are being hyped as and stand the test of time regardless of the deepness of their customers pockets. So does the Lincoln produce a great product, Yes and No and that's a problem in this class as their asking price. For $60+k the vehicle shouldn't have any negative reviews let alone quality issues. The American car makers are an unfortunate mixed bag and leave me always expecting more. Maybe the true intent after all, planned obsolescence. Non the less I'd recommend a good extended warranty because when things fail outside of warranty, most likely it will cost more then the vehicle in the 1st place.

2016 Lincoln MKC review
This car met my HAVE TO HAVE LIST and more. My previous car was a MKX. This car is peppier and doesn't drive as heavy as the mkx. Although it is slightly smaller I haven't noticed it. The electronics are very user friendly. Only thing missing was Matthew McConaughey in the driver's seat. I would have paid more for that model.

I had a very positive experience working with Justin on the purchase of my new Honda CR-V. I had been searching for quite a while and this dealership was the only one that had exactly what I was looking for, with two vehicles that matched my criteria. Since I live about an hour away, Justin took the time to FaceTime me and walk me through both vehicles, giving me an honest look at each one and answering my questions without any pressure. That gave me the confidence to make the drive to Anderson, and he held the vehicle until I arrived. Once I got there, we drove both CR-Vs. Even though they were the same model and equipped very similarly, they each had their own feel. Justin listened to what I was noticing during the test drives and reinforced my own impressions rather than trying to steer me toward one. He gave me the information I needed to make the decision that was right for me, and I never felt pressured. The dealership also matched a very competitive trade-in offer I had received elsewhere, which I really appreciated. The paperwork process was not as enjoyable because of the expected presentation of extended warranties and other add-on products, but that was only a small part of the overall experience. I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and I can honestly say Justin's approach ranks among the best sales experiences I've had. If you are in the market for a Honda, I highly recommend asking for Justin. His honesty, professionalism, and customer-focused approach made what is often a stressful process much easier. I am very happy with my new CR-V.

2023 Lincoln Nautilus review
I’ve been driving a Lincoln since 1999 but always a sedan. My last sedan was the 2017 Continental. It’s unfortunate that model is no longer made and sold in the U.S. I decided to trade in my high mileage 2017 for a new small SUV and decided on the Nautilus. It’s perfect for me as I don’t like driving a huge truck like vehicle! It has all the options I like and I truly enjoy driving it. I’ve had it for two weeks and I’m truly impressed with its handling and performance! The Revel sound system is awesome! Well done Lincoln!

Comfortable seats, quiet cabin, and above average passenger and cargo space in its class. Although it's not intended to be a "sporty" car, it actually has better than expected performance on the road as it's very smooth, responsive and agile.

2018 Lincoln MKX review
At 86000 miles my vehicle quick shifting, therefore something is wrong with transmission. I had it towed to a transmission repair shop and found out the fluid was burnt and there were metal shaving in the transmission. Now on this 2018 Lincoln MKX Reserve has a sealed transmission is this normal or has anyone else had this experience. I did not received any warning from my computer system until the day this happen

2022 Lincoln Corsair review
Purchased a 2022 Grand touring (PHEV) Lincoln Corsair and so far it has been fantastic. Averaging 35 miles on battery (pure electric) and have recently acquired 40 miles on electric. Have most options and ride is outstanding for the smallest Lincoln. Another option is Heads Ups Display which keeps you focused on the road. Also have 24 way adjustable seats with massage and they are so comfortable.

Wonderful vehicle. Have had MKCs, MKXs, and MKZs in the past and the Corsair compares very favorably with these other vehicles. Have about a year and absolutely no problems at all. Very comfortable, great performance and certainly gorgeous styling inside and out. Love it.

2019 Lincoln MKC review
We bought a 2019 Lincoln MKC reserve, with 54,000 miles on it. The car is most impressive. The only drawback that I would even mention at this point, is a tight backseat as far as roominess, and a shortly smaller cargo area. I have gotten well over 20 miles per gallon around town, and 27.5 on a trip. The seats are incredibly comfortable, both cooled and heated. The entertainment system works flawlessly. The vehicle is solid, stable, and exceptionally quiet. It may turn out to be one of the better vehicles we have ever had.

2022 Lincoln Corsair review
After leasing an MKC, and MKX, we have been truly pleased with the Lincoln products. We wanted an updated look that resembled the Navigator and Aviator and the Corsair achieves that look perfectly. With the reserve model, we are Very pleased with the reliability, handling and classy interior and exterior of the Corsair. The sleek panoramic roofline gives it an extra touch of class that has earned many compliments from onlookers who are the not familiar with the Lincoln lineup. Truly pleased with our local dealer and the service that Lincoln provides to clients. It is quick, nimble and easy to maneuver in, in and out of stop and go traffic. Will never go anywhere else. I’ve had it with “bait and switch” at new car dealerships, where you go into a shop and all the cars are at least $10k more than advertised and still have hidden fees. Only CarMax offers full refunds for like 10 days after purchase. Jon Kay and Cua Thow provided great customer service for me at the Carmel store. I regret that I didn’t get the salesman’s name at Greenwood store (I remember he said he was an EMT). He was also fantastic and helped me find the truck in Carmel that I wanted. Everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. It is hard to believe that you can get such great service from people not working for commission. My new truck has less than $6k miles, looks brand new and was a fair reasonable price.
2022 Lincoln Corsair review
Going on 23months with the Corsair. First the bad. Have had the backup camera replaced twice(common issue from what I hear). Slightly overpriced when you add options. Sunglass holder broke(button snapped off) so won’t stay closed. I’m expecting it to be fixed free next oil change. Also. This SUV needs TLC to look its best and to maintain interior. I’m a detail car nut. So I keep everything like new as best I can. However? The interior of this vehicle, because of all the piano black gloss, MUST be cleaned and I would suggest, ceramic protected, to look it’s best. That includes the outside. I ceramic myself and is easy to do with many choice products online. If you have little kids or teenagers though? The interior is gonna get trashed, scuffed or something broken. When kept clean and shiny, inside and out, this little SUV is stunning to look at and sit in. The stock stereo is not the best however. Not bad, but not great. If you really love your music. Pay for the upgrade. The difference is huge. Luckily I test drove both before realizing I wanted the better stereo. But? If you just like your music at normal levels and don’t want a thumping subwoofer. The base system is fine. The good. Pure American style, old school, luxury/comfort. Unique and Art-Deco inspired interior. Very quiet vehicle at all speeds and more then enough power for fast driving when needed. This vehicle may be the smallest Lincoln, but it has gusto. Gas mileage is perfectly exceptable for the class and I average about 29-30mpg on highway, which is where I do most of my driving. I like understated luxury. All the German interior bling is way to much for my taste and Lincoln fits my lifestyle/personality better. No mechanical issues as of yet and the engine and transmission seem to get good reviews for longevity. I generally keep my vehicles for 100,000 to 150,000 miles or 8-9 years. I did purchase through Lincoln the extended Warranty, which covers most issues up to 100.000 miles. My Volvo, Lexus, never had any major issues. My Volvo XC 60 gave me 175k miles without major problems. Sold it for 3k and my 2016 Lexus NX has 125k and still runs like new with just brakes, tires, oil and spark plug changes. Am I excpecting that kind of reliability with a Ford product? We shall see. All in all? My first American car in decades and as of now very happy with choice., 4-5 years of ownership is going to be the telling point however, so hoping for NO headaches.

2017 Lincoln Continental review
Inherited a loaded 2017 Lincon Reserve from my uncle. 20 Inch rims, 3.0 bi-turbo, upgraded Revel sound system...the works. I own an Audi A8L which IMO sets the bar for interior design and ergonomics and this is the only area where the Lincoln trails the Audi. The options, ride and feeling of driving a luxury vehicle is comparable to the Audi as well. I some areas even superior. The Lincoln has been trouble-free for a year whereas the Audi, being overengineered, is prone to reliability issues. I love the outside doorhandles to the Lincoln and its profile but I'm still trying to love the rear end design. To me this is the shortcoming from a design perspective. Other than this, a great car!

2017 Lincoln Continental review
We bought our 2017, AWD 3.7L Select 3 years ago, an off lease car with 31,000 miles on it and we now have just shy of 50,000 miles on it. A coolant leak repaired under warranty within the first week of ownership, last year (year 2) a defective rear door latch button (interior) replaced and the automatic trunk needed a repair later in the year. All told $500 out of pocket in repairs. The fit, finish and interior are outstanding (I traded in a 2005, 3 series BMW for this car, and the Continental’s materials build quality is equal or better). Judge for yourself- but the critical reviews of others simply not justified in my opinion. The ride of this car is not up to 1960s luxury car standards (Lincoln or Cadillac), nor is the noise isolation. The 3.7L V-6 in our car is the same used in previous generations of Mustangs and it shows. I grew up with those ‘60s and ‘70s American luxury cars and I drove them as a teenager (my parents’ and grandparents’ cars). On the other hand, no car currently made can equal the quiet soft ride of those cars. This Continental, however, is close enough it took me back in time. Someone at Lincoln did their homework. The trade off here is exceptional (comparative) acceleration out of a normally aspirated V-6; working harder than a big block V-8 of the ‘60s, but scooting the substantial weight of this car faster than anything of its like made in the ‘60s. The car also out handles those old boats. A fair trade off. I actually love this car. It doesn’t pretend to be anything but 100% American. We actually bought it over a Mercedes S class after driving the Mercedes. A shame Lincoln saw fit to discontinue it, the Continental represents the end of an era (at least so long as Cadillac insists on mimicking a BMW). Nothing is perfect, my complaints are few. The transmission as others have noted can give a rough downshift from time to time at lower speeds. But overall it is well behaved. Similarly, ice can collect around the folded mirrors and should be removed before starting the car. Ice tends to collect in the door handles’ inner hoops and may need to be chipped away. Our car with a winter package, supposedly has heated windshield wipers, nowhere in evidence. Gas mileage isn’t as bad as some report. Our car has exceeded the EPA mpg estimates. We average close to 19 mpg in town and 26 mpg on the highway on regular.
