This is a 5 Star dealer- if they have what you're looking for - your search ends here. I drove 3.5 hours away from NY, and it was well worth my time. My salesman Chris Eppley was a very down to earth, awesome person. He wasn't your typical pushy salesman, he was honest and straightforward. He even kept in touch with me for about 2 weeks until the title came in and they even held the car for me until I took the trip(trust me they could have sold it to someone else, but they honored the deal we agreed upon and waited). In this car market right now(i've purchased many vehicles) this is very rare and simply shows they're about fair and transparent prices even when others take advantage. The business/finance manager Nicholas Kimball is also a really awesome person. Zero pressure, straight forward and did everything he could to make sure I was happy with my purchase. These guys are real pros at what they do and are an asset to this company. I will certainly be back with family/friends and will recommend them to take the trip as well to avoid the hustling area I'm from. Thanks again Faulkner team, it was a pleasure.
2025 Toyota Camry review
Excellent gas mileage! The 2025 Toyota Camry LE model is a very smooth ride. Sporty get up and go and very agile. The driver's seat is difficult to find the best comfort for long drives. Storage space is minimal, but I found add-ons that were a perfect fit. Bottom line.... a car you can trust that pays itself off at the pump!

2018 GMC Sierra 3500 review
An overall nice truck but for a person at my size(5,11) the mirrors and posts really block the view. My tinted windows really amplify the problem. The hood also takes a bit of room for a short person. Its a comfortable ride and works well in my line of work in excavation. The sound muffler in the hood makes you think something is wrong but apparently its not.

I recently purchased a 2007 Honda CRV FWD LX at the Camp Hill location, with Barry as my salesman. He helped me purchase the vehicle as quickly as I needed, as I was in a pinch and liked this one a lot. However, I noticed it pulled to the right a bit while driving it. Barry offered to take care of the alignment issue, no questions asked. His mechanic Scott took care of everything and my car now drives better than any SUV I've driven in my short lifetime. A lot of these reviews I see are known issues for the type of vehicle they were buying, so I'm not surprised. I'd recommend this place and Barry/Scott anytime.
2019 Ford Flex review
I had a 2019 Ford Flex and I loved it soooo much! Once I reached 130,000 miles without any problems whatsoever, it was time to get another car. I found out that the Flex was discontinued! I loved it so much that I found a used 2019 Flex with 7,000 miles and I was so happy!! I am so disappointed that this model was discontinued! It was great in ND snow (never got stuck); great mileage; lots of room; comfortable; navigation; back up sensors, etc. Please bring the Ford Flex back!! In the 38 years since I was married and had 5 kids, this has been the BEST vehicle so far!!

2014 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter review
I bought this 2500 3 years ago with the intention of building out a simple RV for regular and stealth camping. It did not work out due to bed height but what a great vehicle. This is designed for heavy use and for a personal owner, should last generations. The power is excellent, especially considering the MPG: 20-25 MPG in real world use. The handling is also surprisingly good, I've actually passed rental cars on windy roads. The view is beautiful and it is built in Germany and very well. It is not a wonderful tow vehicle as it is not body-on-frame but is rated for 5000#. So you could tow some toys or a small trailer quite easily. These are pretty stripped with only original equipment and there are few of these. You really do want the rear camera and some other stuff. Like other German vehicles, it adds up. When it comes to maint, this bus is the bomb, the oil change is easier than a motorcycle. Get the 4 cyl.

Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!
2015 Cadillac ATS review
I previously leased a 2014 and was heartbroken when I had to return it end of lease in 2017. I picked up a used 2015 in 2020 and it has been as much pleasure to drive as the previous one. Both were 2.0L turbos, 4WD. I am in Canada, and it performs well, especially in winter, with winter tires of course. The ride is stiff but responsive. Comfort is great in the front. Consider this a two-seater unless you are only putting young kids or people you dislike in the cramped, unheated rear seats. Everything about driving this car is a joy. The acceleration, the handling, the sound system, the brakes, I could go on. Everything about the CUE system is of course abysmal. The design, the reliability, the fact that every once in a while it comes up with a nag screen reminding you to keep your eyes on the road, which you have to take your eyes off the road to dismiss. I bought the 2015 with a broken screen, knowing that I could replace it myself for 1/10th of what the dealer was charging, as I had to do this with my SRX - twice! Both side mirrors have failed and are now secured with epoxy. You would think that a company that has been around for 100 years or so would know how to make side mirrors? But I know that they also don't know how to make headlights, because (as already mentioned) I also own an SRX. If you can put up with the annoyances (which I can), this is a great car.

2015 Chrysler 200 review
PhilC: 2015 Chrysler 200 Lmt. (010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! Thank you to all involved...many more miles ahead with my 200 Lmt....

2025 INFINITI QX80 review
I recently purchased a 2025 Infiniti QX80 at an excellent price. Even at full price, it offers good value in the full-size luxury SUV market. After one month, here's my assessment. Strengths **Styling**: The QX80 features elegant exterior and interior design that outshines most competitors. The Navigator's redesign was disappointing, while the Wagoneer lacks refinement. Only the Escalade matches its presence, though with a more aggressive look. **Value**: Infiniti's current market position creates pricing advantages. Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. The third row comfortably fits adults with easy access, and cargo space is generous, especially with seats folded. **Towing**: All models can tow 8,500 pounds, above segment average. Only Wagoneer models with Hemi V8s offer more. Weaknesses **No Homelink**: Inexplicably lacks the standard garage door opener system. Instead uses "myQ," requiring compatible equipment and Wi-Fi. It works roughly 20% of the time for closing, 50% for opening. **Missing Trailer Brake Controller**: Despite strong towing capacity and pre-wiring, it lacks this essential safety feature that the cheaper Nissan Armada includes standard. **No Rear Sunshades**: A premium family vehicle should include this feature, common in less expensive SUVs. **Limited Storage**: Few interior storage options beyond a modest console and small pass-through. I was denied a warranty claim at another Mercedes dealer because I had my routine maintenance performed at an independent dealer. Sun was very good about supporting my claim, first replacing a turbo, then a full engine under warranty. I can't say enough, especially since I have had no previous experience with Sun. I have purchased 5 cars from the other dealer who refused to support my claim. Needless to say, the sales manager that I deal with has egg on his face.

2023 Nissan Titan review
My review may be a little early as I have only had the Titan for 2 1/2 months. However, the Titan performs! I have a SV 4X4 MIDNIGHT EDITION its exterior styling is eye appealing and it does not look like "Everybody Else's Truck"! The Titan's interior is a worthy compliment to the exterior in stying and functionality. Hopefully I will never need to avail myself to the 5 year/100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty, but it is nice to know that it is there. I would put my Titan up against anyone's Ram, Silverado, or F150 and be very confident of having the superior truck.

BEST CAR WHAT WE HAD !!! It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. I'm a big guy, 6'3" and big-boned, with two younger children that require car seats. There is still some room behind me with the seat backed up all of the way. The features and smart key are a nice touch.

2021 Toyota Tundra review
With 60k miles on my 2021 1794 edition I’ve had zero issues and has been perfect. I love the the old school soild build and less fancy electronics to screw up. Made to last and is in my opinion the last of the best full size trucks ever made.

2026 Volkswagen Atlas review
I am loving my new Atlas Peak Edition! The drive is smooth, and doesn't lag for a 4cylinder. There is plenty of room for all passengers & the foot space is great. The only few features I wish the car came with is 2 driver preferences, fold in side mirrors, and a better camera. The Camera seems like it is zoomed and the view isn't clear. Other than those few details, the car in my opinion is great!

Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!
2023 Lexus GX 460 review
I traded my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE450 4Matic for a brand new 2023 Lexus GX460 and could not be happier! I love how solid and substantial the GX feels and even thought it is not at quick as the MB with its turbo inline 6, I love how the V8 engine in my GX sounds and performs with its perfectly matched power train. The truck looks nice, rides nice and it a great place to spend time. I’m looking forward to many years of enjoyment since these vehicles are known for their legendary reliability.
