Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. I bought my car in 2014 with 5 miles on it. I changed the oil, had the CVT fluid changed at the intervals recommended by Nissan and I never had any problems with my car. Someone hit me and totaled my vehicle the end of September 2023. My car had 159,999 in the odometer at that time. I was trying to make it last as long as possible. I know what others say about this car but it was a great car and I’ve never had any issues or problems with it. Sad to see it gone.

It’s currently summer 2025, I’ve owned my 2020 Wrangler Sahara since spring 2021. I LOVE my jeep and have had ZERO issues with it. This is my 2 nd Wrangler, first one was 2915 New. No issues with it at either. Mine is a 4 cl turbo. I didn’t want that I wanted a 6 cl. My husband convinced me to buy it and I’m glad I did. I have 59,000. Miles currently and I haven’t had to replace anything besides general maintenance.

Every Jeep I've owned has been great. I never could understand where the negative reviews come from... I'd buy a Grand Cherokee Limited before any European SUV. The quality surpasses anything the Europeans sell at this price point. So does the service.

I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

I purchased many different trucks over the years and landed recently on my new to me 2017 Ram Laramie 4x4. It does everything well and tows like a semi 5.7 Hemi with 3.92 rear gear and the 8-speed transmission.

Still shopping and may yet purchase from this dealer. They are an impressively large dealership. Yet, I felt welcomed and comfortable there.

I bought 2014 Premium AWD used w, 30k miles and odometer now reads 179k. The car has been very reliable , I have replaced the water pump, timing belt, and done brakes and oil changes, I also fixed the manifold/valve cover issue. These were all normal Repairs . I am pretty good with maintenance, so that is key w this car. If you just drive it, don’t change oil or fluids then like any car you will have problems . This one has been very good .

Still have one with 193,000 miles . Cha ge your trans fluid and keep that baby running . No major issues just usual wear and tear from my experience if I didnt need to drive as much I would still use it to commute tonwork and back and errands with no issues but any car with so many miles should start thinking of retirement and take jt easy fir the rest of its life 😊

Good gas mileage. Turbo model is peppy & surprisingly responsive. All wheel drive great in upstate NY winters. Very comfortable interior, enjoyable to drive, especially long trips.

I've had my 2019 Bolt Premier for a month now and it's really a clever little vehicle. Nimble and fun to drive with lots of room (can fit two mt bikes in the back). Coming from a VW GTI I expected the Bolt to be a substantial step down, but it's not. Granted the GTI is leagues ahead in both interior and exterior build quality, but the Bolt is no slouch in terms of what a fun-sized EV hatch should be. With a low center of gravity, loads of "O" torque and a decent suspension, the Bolt doesn't embarrass itself while performing it's appointed tasks around town. Sure, the steering could benefit from taking a communications class and the brakes are less than linier but the single pedal driving dynamic is outstanding (I could seriously go on for a while regarding how intuitive the one pedal regen system is on the Bolt, kudos to GM for their work on this feature). The rest of the gripes about the Bolt (plastic interior, uncomfortable front seats, low res screens, odd styling) I think miss the mark regarding the sum of it's parts. At the end of the day, does the Bolt deliver a satisfying experience and leave you with a smile? Absolutely!

Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

If you are after comfort and looks, this is the car for you, but, and here's the big but, be prepared to spend more than normal for maintenance. It is a Jaguar, and that is a small company, and there are not that many dealers to take the car to, and when you do, bring a full wallet or a very good credit card. Not a sports car. This is a grand touring car, and not something for the race track. It is pretty quick for what it is, and it does handle well.

CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.
