The car was virtually in "brand new" condition, and was a local Newport Beach lease car. I love the sound of the engine, the ZF 8-speed automatic, the aromatic leather, and the modified U-Connect infotainment system. Car is totally up to date. Does it have some of that Italian quirkiness? - of COURSE it does. If you want a uninspiring tomb, get a Lexus This car has SOUL. It drives like no other 4-door luxury offering. Honestly I have no idea why people hate on this car, it is very reliable so far for our experience and Sounds amazing and is a pleasure for the ears. The car is comfortable and the screen has no glitches. If you want to keep up with reliability you will need to keep up with maintence, so its not that bad. Please give the car more love because when its gone, people will realize how good the car truly was.

April 17, I contacted your dealership about a Toyota 2006 4 door. Brett called me that night to talk about the vehicle I wanted. I called him the next day with a request about certain maintenance had been jdone. He called me back and told me, but i told him I wanted to see the maintenance tickets, he said he could send it to me, but he would have to block out customer name and address. I received it and call Brett letting him know that I have a 2006 Toyota Tundra SR5 just like what i was looking at, and I would be trading it in. I told him Iwas not interested if he was going to low ball me , since mine had only 145,000 miles. He ask me to send in pictures of my vehicle and he would let me know somewhat a trade might be. I knew would the trade would only be a ballpark price until you had a chance to look at it. We live in Paris Texas and told him I did not want to drive two and one half hours to get there and the trade was going to be low. I wanted the 4 door since I have a 4 door access cab. I had to call him on the second day after sending pictures to see if he had to receive. Brett said he would let me know. It is Thursday and I still have not heard from him. If he did not think we could trade, why not call customer and let him know. When he thought he had an easy deal he contacted me. I am an old man and I do not mind be told no. I have purchased 4 Lexus from Sewell down the road from you, they have the greatest salesman, they will call you regardless if you can make a deal. I donot believe I would ever say buy from Sewell Cadilac to another person

They say the most loyal customers come from ones who have an issue and the company makes it right, even if it wasn?t their fault. This couldn?t be more true with the service department at McKinney GMC. They took an issue that was not their fault, and fought alongside us to get it rectified and ensure a positive outcome for us and I will be forever grateful for John, Rob, Amanda, Caleb, and Victor for putting in the extra work to help get this resolved successfully. We just picked up our vehicle after it being in service for 5 months, to no fault of the dealership, but due to an issue with the insurance adjuster. Our vehicle had shut down due to what was later determined to be contaminated fuel, but the insurance adjuster made a mistake in his findings, and denied it. The service department answered every question, provided every document, picture, and detail I requested as I was fighting this with insurance, and let me tell you, I requested a lot. And they did it with grace, even on the days I sat in their dealership for hours on end collecting things. We had also contacted GMC/GM customer service and the McKinney service department did all they could to work with them, and helped us to have the claim resubmitted to insurance. After a long and painful process, we finally have our vehicle back, insurance rightfully covered the work, all because of the dedication of this team. McKinney GMC will have a customer for life in me. Thank you again team for all you did!

Gorgeous Pininfarina body with Ferrari built engine and Maserati history makes it pretty compelling as a second hand purchase... a steal imho. My wife wanted my exotic to be an automatic this time around and I still have a tallish 13 year old at home so I needed real rear seats. The interior is on par or better than my Ferraris of old. Performance betters my Lamborghini Countach 5000QV in all categories (I had the rear wing which slows top speed) and it rides great unless you hit the 'sport' button which opens the baffles for great exhaust music but also tightens the suspension a bit. Due to COVID19 I have yet to take it on a long road trip, but pleasure rides have been fun. It is a 'GT' and not a full on sports car, so the high 4 sec 0-60 is plenty fast. I love the trident inspired wheels as well, subtle and stylish. It is a pretty big car being based on the Quattroporte's wheelbase. That makes it nice to drive on our freeways too. I think it is a great combination of grace and speed. I also think as the last of naturally aspirated Ferrari built V8s they will eventually be worth more than I paid. Originally I was looking at used Aston Martin V8 Vantages but their auto-manual was too jerky despite that car's gorgeous shape. The added useable 2+2 seating and true ZF auto with paddle shifts sealed the deal. I have not had any mechanical issues so far, but also haven't driven it very much due to COVID19 lock down. That said, my Ferraris in the past never gave me much trouble, so I expect it will be a non-issue.

Clean, organized, and knowledgeable I started to believe the reviews of this place, more and more with every passing minute. This place is managed by the friendliest and honest couple, "Don't mistake the accent as rude or unfriendly" with a staff that emulates their ethic. They value their reputation more, rather than selling cars for a quick buck. My parents were very skeptical on any used car dealership, doubting the safety of the vehicle, and the integrity of dealer. But after meeting George and Melanya, they helped put their minds at ease. George goes above and beyond to make sure the car you are interested is safe, and at an amazing price. He makes sure to answer any questions, and informs you of things you wouldn't know. He took the time to explain the functions on my BMW, while his wife offered me and my parents a beverage. He made the process worry free, and gives you confidence on his already good quality vehicle. His wife Melanya made the check out process quick and hassle free while explaining every detail on forms that needed to be signed, as opposed to other dealers that make it very tedious. George even got my car an oil change before purchase without a charge, but the mechanic unfortunately made an error by forgetting to tighten the cap to the oil. As I was pulling out, getting ready to go after completing my purchase. George stopped me from leaving, because he saw that my car was leaking oil. He got my car to a mechanic right away to reassure everything is ok, and even offered me and my family dinner for the inconvenience. Instead of letting me drive off and deal with that problem myself, he made and effort to make sure everything is ok. He and his wife care about their reputation of their business so they will go above and beyond and will help you solve any problem, "If it should arise which in this case wasn't necessarily his fault." I highly recommend any parents if they want an honest sales rep team with good quality cars for their kids, or anyone looking for a good quality used luxury car this is the place.

Most comfortable car I’ve owned. Maybe it isn’t the most powerful car on the road but the combination of style, performance and power is more than enough for me. Sounds like a beast, especially in sport mode. Waiting a few years to buy at a reasonable price instead of the ridiculous six figures they command brand new makes this car a great value.
