Mike was knowledgable, easy to work with, and he made me feel very comfortable throughout every step of the process. The customer service is excellent and the work was done efficiently and at a fair price. This is the cars third service, and, with low mileage all it needed was an oil change. They do not try to sell you anything extra.

After connecting with the Tony, the sales manager, I set up an appointment to see the car. The sales team was friendly and welcoming. I will disclose that I take an extremely detailed in my approach to buying a used car. Tony and his team accommodated my request to put the car on a lift, talk to his service manager, and get the car inspected in Maryland because the requirements are different state to state. In addition, Tony was flexible and straight shooting about the cost of his car and extremely transparent when discussing terms. Tony went the extra mile and addressed my concerns regarding specific items that caused the car to fail Maryland inspection. What I valued the most, was Tony's honesty during the process. Don't get me wrong the sales team are salesmen because they need to sell a car. But the experience was good because Tony went out of his way to be creative in order to make a deal. All in all it was a good experience.

I was initially concerned about some of the reviews on the 14’s & 15’s. I ended up buying a 2018 Ghibli SQ4 GranLusso. We are very happy with the car. It has been reliable and extremely fun to drive. I have the red interior with Bowers Wilkens stereo. I could care less about some of the concerns with the info system being too rudimentary...looks fine to me. I will find any excuse to drive the car. Enjoy.

Even though I'm all the way down in Arkansas, Alberto was extremely kind and helpful during the entire buying process. He was never rude or pushy at any time and even made the time to message me during his day off. I cannot express enough how efficient and considerate he was and am saddened that I was unable to give him the sale due to being unable to get approved for the loan. Anyone would be lucky to deal with Alberto, and I'm sure any other of the salesmen found at Criswell Maserati. Came to the dealership interested in a test drive and purchase of a used car I found on Carfax. It was exactly the vehicle I wanted, and it was in exactly the condition the listing described. The price they gave me was exactly what was listed online. The test drive and purchase process was relatively quick, and very easy with a lot of digital technology instead of the endless paper forms like the days of old. The office was clean and comfortable. They gave us significantly more for our trade-in than KBB estimated. Overall no complaints, they are a straight shooting dealer. If you like the price they list online, and you like the vehicle in the condition listed, go talk to them and buy it. Can't get any easier than that.

Car commands supreme attention wherher Im driving or is parked as people stop and fawn over it…. On the interstate its a rocket second to none! Our experience on June 6, 2022 it was a great one. Robert the sales manager and our sales consultant Murad Qazi. Were absolutely fantastic. The customer service received rivaled and surpassed any that you would receive at any Big brand luxury Dealership. Our purchase was reasonable and at fair market value. All of the cars are in pristine condition, so the search for one vehicle could have you challenged in selecting just one. We purchased a 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 4 Matic that had just been received and had several inquiries already. The experience with Murad was wonderful, a true salesman who put us at ease with his cheerful and comical personality.
