This past week and today i’ve been dealing with Miko Ramos, certified service advisor. He is THE BEST and I’ve been coming here for over 15 years. He’s quick and specific and explains things very clearly. He’s kind, charming and thoughtful. I wasn’t going to come back because of my treatment by the last people in the service department, but Miko was a game changer.

What gained my respect for carmax is that we bought a car a HYUNDAI ELantra 2012. DROVE THE CAR A LITTLE OVER A YEAR. Went to trade it in and we found out the car was in a bad car accident in the front, and that's why it was pulling to the right. We were never told that this car was in an accident. We were told that it never was. Immediately they paid off our loan and put us in another new car. That's a good company. Therefore in my opinion they are awesome

2021 Mazda CX-3 review
I recently traded this car in ONLY because we wanted more interior space. It served its purpose wonderfully for the 3 &1/2 years we owned it. It handled like a dream and was super easy to park and get around town. I cannot stress it enough that the ONLY reason we traded it in was to get more interior space mostly for cargo.
