I had a very positive experience at Concord Mazda! We went on test drives with both Alex and Luis and they were both very knowledgeable and helpful in making a decision between several vehicles without putting any pressure on us to purchase - a very enjoyable experience! The sales manager was also very helpful and pleasant - Thanks guys!

Concord Mazda review
Good dealer . No high pressure sales tactics . Nice people . Bought a used Mazda with low miles . Considering the crazy used cad market , not a bad price .
2026 Mazda CX-30 review
I owned a Mazda 3 Touring for 9 years, and due to an accident needed a new hatchback vehicle. Initially I was trying for a hybrid, but the hybrids made by Mazda were too big for my garage, so I tried Toyota and Honda models that would fit. Having been spoiled by my previous Mazda, my expectations were high, and all these cars were a disappointment for various reasons. And given I drive low mileage, it would have taken many years to recoup the cost of a hybrid vs whatever fuel savings they could provide. So in the end, I went back to Mazda and tried the CX30-Preferred AWD. Fell in love with it the moment I got in. For the money, it offered the most features, safety and otherwise, as standard, for a price that was truly affordable. Lots of bang for your buck. The vehicle design, construction, interior materials and organization just shout quality, excellence, reliability and safety. Mazda truly lives up to its reputation for amazing attention to detail throughout the vehicle. The unique Mazda design and AWD solidly hugs the road around curves, giving a great sense of control without feeling heavy. The car is about the same size as my Touring, on the smaller side, so it's an easy fit into the garage and small parking spaces. AND there is the crossover height and power front seat, making it easy for getting my old bones in and out of the car. I love the central display position and operation either by voice command or using buttons on my console rather than touching the screen. There is a learning curve, but once mastered, works very well on Android Auto with my phone. The only drawback is that my phone doesn't seem to charge - the dealer said that can happen with Androids. But that's a minor point for me. The cargo area is slightly narrower than in my Touring hatchback, but with the back seat down, it's comparable and more than adequate for my needs. Plus, Mazda has these wonderful soft cargo mats you can purchase that protect the back of the rear seat and the rear bumper when you are loading up. Sturdy and well made, the materials are great quality, and the mats are easy to install. And then there is the easy to use and well organized 'My Mazda" app to customize functional settings, perform all kinds of things remotely and check the status of various items about my vehicle, manage maintenance schedules, etc. I've had the car now for almost 4 weeks and have taken a couple of long road trips - and I have to say, every time I get in it, I am absolutely delighted with my choice. I feel really safe driving it, am loving the quality, ride, common-sense design and organization of the central and operational displays, AND the moonroof which was also standard. If this review sounds over the top, it's because this vehicle deserves it, believe me....it's a great vehicle for seniors like me especially. No reservations at all in recommending the Mazda CX30 AWD, Preferred.

Fremont Mazda review
Great experience. I actually made a deal, signed the papers, and was ready to leave when the finance guy stopped me, told me I had a lower rate and saved me a ton of money !!
2026 Mazda CX-30 review
The 2026 Mazda CX-30 is the intersection of driving comfort, performance, and style. But the best part? Value. Mazda continues to push the boundary of delivering an exceptional vehicle for the price. From the interior to the exterior, this vehicle drives circles around the competition. The premium Bose sound system, AWD, Skyactive Engine, 360 degree camera, rear folding seats, and power lift gate only scratch the surface of what the CX-30 has to offer. Additional features such as heated seats, heated steering wheel, turbo, and premium interior materials, this vehicle can suit any style. Built to deliver an engaging driving experience, the CX-30 is a blast to drive. The CX-30 is more akin to a sporty hatchback than an SUV, so if ample room for rear row passengers is what you're looking for, the CX-30 isn't going to fit the bill. However, if rear seating room doesn't concern you, this car should be #1 on your list, as it doesn't get much better.

Please give my thanks and appreciation to your wonderful sales staff starting with Mr. Michael Barrilleaux,"internet Consultant, Mr. Reyes Garcia,"General Sales Manager" , and last but not least "Big Mike" ... These gentleman made it their mission to ensure our buying experience was met with true professionalism, courtesy and just all around enjoyable!! As my wife and I approached your lot we were met with smiles and great attitudes, this instantly put us at ease being we haven't looked or bought a vehicle in almost twenty years. We definitely were apprehensive, your wonderful team made the whole process easy and tolerable..I would have to say it all started with my phone conversation with Mr. Barrilleaux, he returned my call immediatly and instantly put me at ease.. No pressure whatsoever, It was all worth the hour drive to purchase my used 2006 Dodge Ram 1500.. I definitely would recommend your dealership to my friends and family who are interest in buying a vehicle in the future.. Again please extend my thanks and appreciation to the gentlemen i have noted above for their awesome service to me and my family!! Thank You A Happy and satisfied "Dublin Mazda Customer" Jose Maanao

I had been to this dealership a couple of times to see a used vehicle, each time i met a different salesman and noticed all were very polite and never forced me to buy, but had good product knowledge or tried to get me the info. Though i have seen better used cars of the same model at other dealership i would decide to buy from here, because i think if their sales guys are this good their management should be good if that is so, so will be their after sales service.

From the very beginning, Ashley Flores exuded professionalism and warmth, making me feel comfortable and confident in my decision-making process. Her knowledge of the vehicles, coupled with her patience in answering all my questions and families questions, truly showcased her expertise in the field and if she didn’t know, she quickly admitted and went to get us the answer. I cannot thank her enough for taking the time to understand my needs and guiding me towards the perfect car for me. She went above and beyond to find the best deals and negotiate on my behalf, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. What stood out was her genuine care and concern for me as a customer. She made me feel valued and listened to, which is a rarity in today's world. Her friendly demeanor and ability to build rapport made the entire experience enjoyable. I will undoubtedly recommend anyone in need of a knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable salesperson to Ashley or to DGDG Team Mazda

CarMax Clackamas review
I have never bought a car so easy as I did here. The process was quick and painless just the way I like it. The finance part for the car took like a 10 minute process. The no haggle price is the price and there's no back office person dictating the sales rep to get more money more money on the sale. It's all done at the desk you sit at drone start to finish, just you and the sales rep. I rolled out in my new car in a half hour total.. Loved it(and car is awesome too)
2026 Mazda CX-30 review
So far the car is great. I do like the design of the CX30 more than the CX5, however, I love the full sunroof on the new CX5. I didn't think I would be able to get that in the CX30 but come to find out I could but I would miss out on the Bose speakers. I went for it and the standard speakers are good enough. They lack base is about it. As far as the shopping experience goes it was the best I ever experienced. I purchased the car from Hamilton Mazda in Hamilton NJ and the salesman was on point. Easy peezy. Mike Rees is the best salesman to date. I wasn't there all day, and he really worked with me. My credit isn't the best and the finance office did what they could to make it happen. Thank you for your professional services Mr. Rees and the Hamilton Mazda crew.

We went in on Saturday 8/26/23 to look at a used vehicle. Jakelin greeted us upon entering the sales office and quickly provided us with her assistance. Once we informed Jakelin which vehicle we were interested in she provided us with the pertinent background of the vehicle. She then brought the car to us and accompanied us on a test drive. We ultimately purchased the vehicle. Jakelin then sat in the vehicle and reviewed all the vehicle’s features with us. She then provided us with her business card abusing us to contact her with any questions we may have. Thank you Jakelin for a great car buying experience!!!

Capitol Mazda review
My shopping experience at Capitol Mazda was smooth and stress free. Casey Dawes was very helpful in explaining every detail about the vehicle and the purchase. He was very friendly and patient with the bombardment of questions/concerns I had all throughout the purchasing process. At no time did I feel pressured into purchasing the vehicle. Going through the Costco Auto Program helped in saving a couple hundred dollars, and a quicker than usual purchase. To top it off, there's no markups on the vehicles. I would definitely recommend Capitol Mazda to everyone, and would definitely return at some point in the future for a second purchase.

Tony, our sales rep, did not pressure us into a sale. He let me test drive two different vehicles to see if I really wanted the turbo engine. He found a vehicle which had the features we wanted and saved us money. I highly recommend working with Tony Vo when you are looking for your vehicle.

I sincerely appreciate how easy and enjoyable the purchase was. Mike Wynne ⭐ treated me with professionalism and grace, sparing me all the typical stories. The vehicle was very clean on the inside and out. For a first-time car buyer in the US, Mike provided helpful advice quickly. I'll return, naturally on my own, and with references! Cheers.. 👍🏼😊

Stevens Creek Mazda review
After a rear-ending accident left my car totaled, I needed a new vehicle and the first place I went was Stevens Creek Mazda. I have been a customer at this dealership before, and once again - I wasn't disappointed! Albert met us in the lot and was very helpful in finding us a vehicle that matched everything on our list. From there he was extremely helpful and low pressure in making sure we got the best deal possible. He even offered options that helped shave down the price to exactly where we were comfortable. Overall it was the easiest, most stress-free car buying process I've ever experienced! I would absoultely reccommend coming to Stevens Creek Mazda for your next vehicle purchase, and when you do - ask for Albert! He was fantastic and I look forward to working with him again in the future.

Stephen at Stevens Creek Mazda was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and the best thing of all… not pushy! He was an absolute joy, and was comfortable to take a test drive with. He answered all of my questions patiently and he worked with me to make the financial end work for my needs. In addition, Ricky in Finance made the process of dealing with the contract simple and easy. I’m super grateful for the whole experience and would absolutely recommend Stevens Creek Mazda and Stephen in particular to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car!

Stevens Creek Mazda review
From start to finish, this was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Sepesi, my salesperson, and Bomdad, the sales manager, truly went above and beyond in every sense of the phrase. Their professionalism, transparency, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful, risky process feel seamless and effortless. Coordinating the purchase and shipping of a vehicle across the country is no small task, yet they handled every detail with precision and constant communication, ensuring I was comfortable and informed at every step. Jesus, the finance manager, was equally outstanding—efficient, respectful of my time, and laser-focused on getting the deal done quickly and correctly. No pressure, no wasted time, just professionalism and follow-through. The entire team took customer service to another level. I was never left guessing, never felt rushed, and always felt that my satisfaction was their top priority. Their willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference and completely changed my perception of buying a car out of state. If you’re considering Stevens Creek Mazda, do it with confidence. Sepesi, Bomdad, and the entire team have earned my highest recommendation. Absolutely exceptional experience! Kudos to the team and going above and beyond for a customer they never got to meet face to face. This is what true customer satisfaction is all about. We cant thank you enough!
