Came in wanting to look at a used car on the lot, but after talking w/Kyle, thinking about what was in my best interest long term, ended up leaving with a brand new 2018 Mazda6! I absolutely LOVE it, and i would recommend Kyle and Keffer Mazda to anyone looking for a vehicle!
It was easy from online shopping to dealership experience. Our sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful. The car was delivered just as promised. The dealership was clean and up to date giving a great first impression of how Keffer Mazda cares about their image and the cars they sale.

Pleased with most of our experience we had at dealership. Only issue we have is that we were told by first salesman that the car was equipped with navigation, that Mazda puts the chip in once car is bought. When we came back to take possession of car we asked again about the navigation and was told this car didn???t have it nor could they add it because we were already getting a hell of a deal. We were told this several times by several people. While we understand that maybe we were getting a great deal it was supposed to have navigation and we had no reason to believe it didn???t. We were going by what the salesman told us.
Great customer service, and a huge selection of vehicles. A no pressure sales technique with a consultative manner. The facilities at this location are spectacular. If your looking for a new car, you won’t go wrong here.
Came in for a 4,000 mile service. John and Andrew were very efficient and pleasant. Had a nice read for 90 minutes and my CX-5 was ready, clean and shiny. I'll be back. I will purchase my next vehicle from your dealership.
