Gigantic misstep and poor practice on their end, but at least the car I ended up with was so vastly superior, I don't really care that much. My review is based on a recent purchase of a used CX-30. Overall, my experience was that the sales team was organized and knowledgeable and everything was well communicated and pretty seamless throughout all phases of the purchase process. All of the paperwork was straightforward and made sense and the finance guy, I forget his name, was great to work with as well. My salesperson Justin was very friendly and helpful as was the sales manager, Dan. In fact everyone in the dealership was super friendly and tried to make the experience as pleasant as possible. I had negotiated a repair of a scratch in the paint as part of the sale and it was done quickly and very professionally. I would recommend buying a used car from this group.
