Volkswagen of OcalaReviews
Volkswagen of Ocala review
We had an awesome experience at Volkswagen of Ocala! Shawn did a phenomenal job helping us find exactly the right vehicle, walking us through the different models, and helping us get the best discounts available. The finance team was great, and Jackie made the closing process easy and enjoyable. She was friendly, helpful, and helped us choose the warranties that were right for us without any pressure. My wife absolutely loves her 2025 Atlas SEL! This was one of the best car-buying experiences we?ve ever had, and we will definitely recommend Volkswagen of Ocala to anyone looking for a vehicle.

2024 Mazda CX-50 review
Keeping it short and to the point… Negatives: Front wiper leaves large area on passenger side untouched. Panoramic moon roof only opens to halfway on the front section of roof. No audible alert for rear camera No remote start option on key fob - only on Mazda app. Engine heat is felt down between steering column and peddles - will check with dealership during first service as this seems more than expected. Apart from what is mentioned above, this car is great to drive and I’m happy with everything else so far at 1600 miles

Island MazdaReviews
Island Mazda review
Just purchased a Mazda cx50 from Island Mazda on Hylan blvd and they are a fantastic auto group. Everyone at the showroom made us feel very comfortable and didn’t pressure us as other dealers do to intimidate you. This dealer is aiming to please and are more than fair and are willing to negotiate with you and give you what you ask for. We first met with the salesman Raheem who gave us our space and information to help our decision. Then Efrain another manager was helpful and tried to negotiate our price we were looking for They truly aim to please and give you the best possible deal they can. And oh the finance manager Joe gave us a break on additional coverage and we are very happy with the whole process. Thank you everyone who made our car purchase a huge success I would definitely recommend island Mazda if you looking for a beautiful moderately priced reliable vehicle at a very professional and nice dealership! Everyone who works there is aiming to please

Doug's Lynnwood MazdaReviews
Doug's Lynnwood Mazda review
After having mediocre and disappointing experiences with upwards of five other dealerships, Matt, Luke, Glen, and team at Doug’s were a serious breath of fresh air! I knew what car I wanted and I just wanted to make sure I got the best deal possible and the team at Doug’s were the most fair in my opinion, and the easiest to talk to. This is my first time buying a new car and it was nerve-racking but they made it go so smoothly and I was able to drive there after work and just pick up my car after filling out paperwork since I was able to text with Matt throughout the day. The team at Doug’s are professional, no pressure, friendly, and entertaining! Another dealership sold a car out from underneath me that I was willing to put a deposit on, and with no deposit, I showed up to the car parked out front with a sign with my name on it! Special touch! I was greeted with cold water bottles and they stayed late to help me finish the deal since I had to come late after work! Thanks guys!

Route 9 Mazda review
Recently I brought my Mazda3 into Poughkeepsie Mazda for some part replacements, as it is now exceeding 200K miles. My experience with the service team could not have been more positive. Dan communicated issues regarding my car in a timely manner, Scott was extremely helpful, and it all made sense after interacting with their service manager, Tom DiFiore. In keeping this short, please communicate with your service techs any concerns you have before running to social media. Treating them with respect builds a relationship with the people keeping your car on the road, and you might be pleasantly surprised at their flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile when you approach them with respect and patience.I am grateful for Poughkeepsie Mazda and Tom's team specifically.

Had extensive work done to our 2011 BMW 328i. My congratulations to mechanic Grant Gombash who performed the work. The 4 wheel alignment has proven to be the best alignment I've ever seen. All the work he did to our car was very professional. I will return for more service for what ever the car needs. LM Plymouth In

I had a very pleasant and positive experience with Passport Mazda. My sales Consultant was Tonya Mickey. She was excellent…friendly, professional, knowledgeable and above all…very patient. Just when I thought I would be unable to purchase my Mazda CX-5, she and her team worked very hard and made it happen. I am now a proud owner of a Mazda CX-5. If you’re looking for a hassle-free, great deal on your next vehicle, I suggest you contact Passport Mazda and ask for Tonya Mickey. You will not be disappointed. Tell Tonya that Linda sent you. 🙂

Piazza Mazda of West ChesterReviews
Piazza Mazda of West Chester review
I must give thanks to Sheila, the lady who answers the phone and many thanks to Andy Macedo for handling this lease return with Chase bank. You see, my husband died in January and the lease was in his name. Chase bank jerked me around for a week and a half, had me in tears, before telling me my only choice was to buy out the vehicle lease or return it to a Mazda dealer. Sheila and Andy listened to my dilemma. Andy said come on down and I will take care of this for you. And he did. I told him all the things Chase told me I had to do and he said “you don’t have to do a thing, I will take care of this for you.” And he did! I didn’t have to do a thing and he was so nice and kind, and professional. Andy, Thank you so much for handling this for me. I just wanted to let this Mazda dealership know what amazing and kind employee’s they have in Andy and Sheila.

Purchased a CPO Mazda3 from Cochran Mazda and had a very good experience with them. I had never purchased a car before but went to a few other dealers and Cochran made me feel like a priority, not just some random person looking at one of their vehicles. I did all of the research and the process went smoothly. Worked with Shane and he was able to answer all of my questions during and after the buying process.

I found my new ( used) vehicle online. Made an appointment for test drive. No pressure. The purchasing experience was easy and they worked with me to get as close as possible to my desired payment. Marc was one of the people I worked with. I recommend checking them out.

McDonald Mazda WestReviews
McDonald Mazda West review
My wife and I recently purchased a new car from McDonald Mazda in Lakewood. I’ve purchased 7 cars in my lifetime from dealerships, and this was by far the easiest and most satisfying car purchase I’ve ever made. Customer service was EXCELLENT, and even the finance manager (Johnny) was super easy to work with and not pushy at all. I was so surprised at how open and transparent everyone was with buying a car. AND it didn’t take countless hours to make the purchase. Yaay!! Our salesperson was named Santiago, and he was extremely helpful in answering our questions, and showing us all the details about the car we ended up buying. I was expecting some type of dealer fine print to pull the rug from under us, or some excuse about why the price was going to be higher, but everything was clear and accurate (I like to research cars before I even go to a dealership to look at them). We got way more than I expected for our trade-in, we were able to take advantage of Mazda’s financing deal AND special discounts, and Santiago even took our photo with the new car once we were done (and put it in a frame for us). Seriously?! I’ve NEVER had a dealer/salesperson come anywhere close to this level of customer service. 10-stars for McDonald Mazda, Santiago, and Johnny. You know they made a lasting impression because we still remember their names a month after buying our car! :-)

LaFontaine Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM FentonReviews
LaFontaine Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Fenton review
Our Salesman, Jeremy Becklehamer, did a great job to make the process easy, the gentleman who took us through the signing process was also amazing. We wanted to keep the newer tires from our older Jeep that we were trading in on the deal and LaFontaine service went above and beyond to make that happen.

Recently bought a Jeep Rubicon. First contacted Ali via email, and he responded immediately. Drove up that afternoon and purchased on the spot. Pricing was very competitive and straight forward. Ali could not have been more professional. Made the deal very smooth. Highly recommended.
