Kenny Ross Ford South review
I brought my Ford Fiesta in for service. Kayla in the service center was very professional, knowledgeable and kept me informed. I thought the service was expensive....but that is not on the Ford Dealership...that is the way parts are these days. I was a little angry because I had to bring the car back for service within 3 days, but was very happy at the treatment received from Kayla and the dealership. All is now fixed and I received what I always get from them, customer service that is professional and friendly. Thank you!

2024 Mazda CX-50 review
Keeping it short and to the point… Negatives: Front wiper leaves large area on passenger side untouched. Panoramic moon roof only opens to halfway on the front section of roof. No audible alert for rear camera No remote start option on key fob - only on Mazda app. Engine heat is felt down between steering column and peddles - will check with dealership during first service as this seems more than expected. Apart from what is mentioned above, this car is great to drive and I’m happy with everything else so far at 1600 miles

I called on 8/3/2023 for service to my 2022 Encore GX- specifically for an oil change and issues with my front right tire being low. Nathan took my call and I told him I was going to be taking a 2.5 hour drive Friday evening. He was able to get me in Friday morning. Arrived for appointment and only wait about 30 minutes. They even washed off my car! Thank you Nathan/Service Department.

2025 Mazda CX-50 review
My tenth Mazda since 2010. Good looking vehicle, interior is well done. My only issue is road noise from the tires. It is a Turbo Premium Plus but louder than my 2019 CX9 GT. Not much wind noise or any other noise but just the tires.

We were very satisfied with our Mazda car purchase experience. Our salesman was friendly and knowledgeable, with absolutely no pressure, which we really appreciated. The Financial Advisor was also extremely helpful and made the process smooth and easy. We would definitely purchase another vehicle here, and highly recommend the Mazda Wexford facility. CarShop CranberryReviews
CarShop Cranberry review
This is the 2nd car I've bought from CarShop Cranberry within 8 months. I love CarShop!!! Outstanding experience at every turn. Shane was my initial contact to get the process started with trade-in valuation. Totally easy going process - no stress at all! Nice hand-off to Ryan on another day as they worked around my work schedule. Ryan was fast and efficient to get me through the purchasing process and get me in my new car. It was all fast and easy no stress no pressure process. Cars are beautifully presented on their web-site, easy to line up for a test drive, clean and detailed when you get there. There are NO negatives with this process. I encourage everyone to take a look and give it a try. I think I'm a fan for life :)

Ben our salesman was great. The finance department was below average. It took them 2 hours to complete the paperwork and we were paying cash.
2023 Mazda CX-50 review
Overall, enjoy my Mazda CX Premium. Pros: Great Handling and solid stance, prefer the lower to the ground/wagon feel, priority on driving vs tech. Google maps and streaming and I am happy Cons: Short driver seat lacks support. Fabric seats in premium have developed a few snags, Infotainment bugs (I like the knob): can add same station to favorites multiple times, statelite always starts at beginning versus current station, and screen dimming auto dim required reading online forums to see the dashboard buttons override the infotainment vehicle setting. Lastly the IP plastic/crystal had to have replaced due to scratch and replaced one still seems low quality. 24 MY upgraded the suspension to make softer and the steering is not as heavy.

had the best experience buying my new CX-5 Carbon edition at #1 Cochran Mazda North Hills. I found a vehicle I loved on their website and was very pleasantly surprised to stumble across a great financing offer! I reached out Friday afternoon and worked with Ben Schuster to set up a test drive this morning and was able to come home with it by this afternoon. Ben was outstanding to work with, very knowledgeable, understanding, and had a very non intimating approach. Everything was seamless from the test drive to the paperwork. I also appreciate the dealership’s clear and straightforward approach to pricing and financing. I had an estimate of the car payment in my email within 30 minutes of reaching out Friday…made it much easier to move forward with the process knowing exactly what I was getting into ahead of time. All in all I highly recommended Cochran as a dealership and Ben as a salesman!
2024 Mazda CX-50 review
Other than an error code that was fixed about a month after purchase. The CX-50 has been a pleasure to drive. Very responsive and once you get used to the safety feature built into the cruise control that is fine as well. It will slow down automatically when approaching a slower moving vehicle. If you change to passing lane it will then speed up until set speed or you approach another vehicle. Gas mileage is 24 city and it seems like 28 to 30 highway. Not actually calculated that but miles oer tank increases. Love the car but for me back seats seem to sit too straight. Not sure if they can recline or not.

Cochran Volkswagen North Hills review
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my brand new Volkswagen Jetta from Cochran Volkswagen, and I must say that the experience was truly outstanding. From start to finish, the dealership staff made the entire process incredibly smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. First and foremost, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere at Cochran Volkswagen. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and a willingness to assist, creating a positive first impression. Their professionalism and knowledge were evident, as they patiently answered all my questions and provided me with valuable insights into the various Jetta models available. One aspect that stood out was the dealership's commitment to understanding my needs. They took the time to listen attentively, ensuring they recommended the right Jetta model that aligned perfectly with my preferences and budget. Their expertise in guiding me through the different features, trims, and packages was commendable, making the decision-making process significantly easier. The purchasing process itself was a breeze. Cochran Volkswagen went above and beyond to streamline the paperwork and minimize any potential hassles. The finance team efficiently guided me through the necessary documentation, clearly explaining every detail, and ensuring I understood all the terms and conditions. They also presented various financing options, working with me to find a plan that suited my financial situation comfortably. Furthermore, the delivery of my new Jetta was an unforgettable experience. The dealership's attention to detail was exceptional, ensuring my vehicle was meticulously cleaned, serviced, and ready for the road. The sales representative took the time to demonstrate the Jetta's features and provided valuable tips to enhance my driving experience. Even after the purchase, Cochran Volkswagen continued to exceed my expectations. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in their follow-up calls and emails, checking in to ensure that everything was going well with my new Jetta. It truly showcased their dedication to fostering long-term relationships with their customers.

Rohrich MazdaReviews
Rohrich Mazda review
I buy a new car about every 12 years, so I do not have a lot of experience haggling / dealing / etc. Purchased CX5 from Rohrich about 16 months ago. The purchase process / trade went smoothly. I've had it in for routine service (oil changes), a repair (paint damage, my fault, not Mazda's), and a minor recall. Never had a problem. From what I can tell, always quality work, done on time. What else can I say? EXPECTATIONS MET.
2025 Mazda CX-50 review
I am very happy with my purchase. I already owned a 2018 CX-5 and it never gave me any problems so I had no qualms about purchasing another Mazda. I went with the CX-50 Turbo Premium Plus for the horsepower and the extra perks (i.e. automatic folding mirrors, and I like that the side mirrors also turn down to see the curb when parking, front AND rear cameras, panoramic sun/moonroof, speed display in windshield, heated and ventilated cooling seats, and a 12-speaker Bose Stereo system). I love the extra power of the Turbocharged engine that my CX-5 doesn't have. The things I don't care for: 1) the retractable cargo cover (a $250 addl charge) doesn't attack to the lift (like my CX-5 does. It's much more convenient if it's attached so there's no pulling it out each time you need to put something in the trunk; 2) I don't like that I have to turn off the automatic shut off of the engine at stops and that I have to turn it off every time I get in the car. I'd like there to be an option to turn it off indefinitely unless and until I want to turn it on; 3) I would also love it if the driver and front passenger seats raised a bit higher. I'm not short but I would feel more comfortable if the seat height lifted another couple of inches. Overall, I really love my car. The steering is tight and the ride is more comfortable than I expected, and the inside of the cab is quiet and the stereo is premium. The seats are attractive with the light colored stitching to accent the seats. Because of all the features in my model, I got a lot of bang for my buck as opposed to a more expensive car costing $20K more for all the same features with Mazda reliability as well as more reasonable/affordable maintenance costs. I had a BMW several years ago and, once out of warranty, the maintenance is ridiculously costly. Additionally, the service department at the dealership where I purchased my car is top notch and the transparency for maintenance is appreciated! In the last 7 years of owning a Mazda, I have never had a bad experience.

The entire staff at Rohrich was extremely helpful and professional. We are from Wheeling, WV and were at Rohrich for the first time. We met Jay on the internet and he was incredibly helpful through the entire process. There were some health issues with one of the staff and the other employees did their best to make the process work smoothly and efficiently. We really appreciate everyone at Rohrich and we will definitely be back.

We just bought a used Mazda 5 from this dealership on Febuary 10. We had been in contact with Craig via the Internet and made arrangements to see the car. Since we were driving in from Cleveland, it was important that the vehicle would be there for us to see. We were so impressed with Craig and the other staff members. Their professionalism and friendly manner helped make the buying process enjoyable. Craig walked us through every detail. They even replaced the front end worn tires. To anyone looking for a new/used car and are not too far from Rohrich, definitely check them out. You will not be disappointed. To Craig, thank you so much with all your help. It was a pleasure working with you. We would highly recommend you to anyone looking for a new car. Thanks again for all your help.

Rohrich Mazda review
just now After many new car experiences, I can say firmly that Jeff Rullos was the most knowledgeable, kind, caring, forward thinking, and understanding car sales professional I have ever met. Even more impressive, his General manager Jeff followed this through completely with every detail of our purchase consideration. He happily showed my family numbers on several vehicles and never made us feel like we were wasting his time to get a price. If given the choice to save $1000 or go to Rohrich for their Difference, I would choose the best experience there is and go to Rohrich Mazda on West Liberty Avenue. Don't worry, you won't pay more at Rohrich! You will actually save money over their competitors and receive lifetime engine warranty, lifetime pa state inspections, lifetime oil changes, and a 3 day return policy! Who else would do this? No one! They know that when they show you the care necessary to meet your needs you will be a customer for life. Go to Rohrich Mazda and tell them Leon, Megan, and MacKenzie Grace sent you! Did I mention their finance guy CJ was totally awesome and respected us fully? ! He answers any questions you may have with kindness and a joyous presence.

2023 Mazda CX-50 review
Have the 2025 CX-50 in white premium addition. Often think whether I should have bought the turbo as I wish I had some more power, but I didn’t want to give our insurance a reason to hike rates. It gets the job done and in style. Interior is nicely finished but I’ve experienced many little rattles from instrument cluster, A pillar, mounted Bose speakers, etc. lots of felt tape was needed to mitigate. Technology is the major con here. Constantly have to reconnect Bluetooth so I just plug it in now all the time. Wireless phone charger never works - it overheats seemingly after two minutes and stops working. At times the tailgate buttons seem to get confused and don’t know what you’re asking it to do. And the way the doors all lock / unlock together can be frustrating and I’ve learned that it depends on how many times you hit the disarm / unlock button on the key fob. Finally, memory seats never worked since buying it new, and I’m too lazy to bring it in all day for that. I like the car but I’m not sure I’ll get into another one after my time is up with it.
