This SUV replaced a 2009 Saturn Outlook we owned, and it has excelled in everyway over that one! Luxurious interior better performance and gas mileage .Handles like a sports car and plenty of standard options! Cant say enough nice things about it! Only one thing and we knew that before we bought it that cargo space with third row seat was limited, other than that I am totally satisfied! Good warranty also! It only had 23000 miles on it, came off a lease so it was like new! Great used car buy! It's my daily driver.

Had a tough start with my purchases of the 2 cars I planned to purchase as salesperson Luis Moreta was very non responsive as time went on and numbers changed as far as my trade in values on my 2 cars. He started at one number and the next day that number went down when I asked for number to possibly go up. First time I?ve ever had that happen. So I was done dealing with him and was planning on going to another dealership. Then I figured I?d give them one more shot and Amy Rodrigue and Nancy Vega made my experience as I would have expected. They were super responsive and listened to me explain my issues with original salesperson. They made the purchases of 2 cars extremely easy and from start to finish everything was put together in just over 24hours. I like the interior features and the CX9 drives well, more like a sedan than SUV. I like the reliablity. It's the first non-Toyota I've purchased in over 20 years. The Highlander is a great SUV but for the money the CX9 is the better option. The features, cost, reliablity and driving performance made it more compelling to me.

I was missing 5 screws from an oil change my wife took to an Oil change establishment. My sales rep showed and identified the problem. I felt good that were going to take care of it. What I didn?t know each screw was going to be $10 each. Not a good look to take care of your new customers.

MY FIRST MAZDA! I absolutely love this car! I traded in my terrible 2018 Honda Odyssey for this. While it is smaller than a Minivan it's much better in every way! I purchased the touring which is just above the base model. But it has everything I need. The adaptive cruise control works flawlessly, it gets up and goes with no lag, it's easy to park, and I got the dealership to add Apple Car Play. I love walking up to this car and getting into it. The car isn't a large SUV so I don't feel like im still driving a Minivan. It fits our family of 4 comfortably. The car only has 25,000 miles on it but with Mazda being rated the number one brand for reliability by Consumer reports, I don't have any doubts that this car will last us for years to come!

My experience at this dealership wasn’t too bad, if you have patience for the people there An the staff you should be good. I got there at 1:30pm an since I didn’t schedule I had to wait but it was only for like 15mins or so till I saw a sale rep. 1:50pm they called me to talk to a sales rep, got my 13 Honda Civic appraised, waited 25mins for them to approved it, then went to the lot picked out my car I wanted. 20mins went back we talked numbers An gave them my down payment An was out in like 45mins after signing an them washing n vacuuming your car, you have the keys An you out the door!! I definitely recommend Marlo if you ever go to this car max. It goes by pretty quick in my opinion, don’t let this other reviews discourage you.
