I had the pleasure of dealing with Thomas Mauro to purchase my vehicle. He was knowledgeable, efficient and easy to deal with. As a woman, I appreciate being dealt with in a straightforward , professional manner and Thomas was exactly that. I also worked with Stephen Chung in Finance and appreciate his professional yet personable demeanor.
I went to Schwartz Mazda after a bad experience with a dealership in my home town. When I arrived I was greeted by Robert in service who was very pleasant and accommodating. I was waiting for my car so Robert walked me over to the customer lounge that was still in the works as the dealer is in the process of a beautiful overhaul.
Robert checked on me at least twice updating me on the status of my service and asked if I needed anything other then the refreshments and snacks the dealer put out for customers. He advised me of additional services needed and he walked me out to my car to show me what the issues were. After my service and repairs were done in less time then estimated Robert went over the items in detail and informed me of a recall I was unaware of that he asked the mechanic to take care of while I was in the shop. He gave me a free car wash and gave me $10 off my oil change without having to ask for it.
I left the dealer feeling like a valued customer. The service was great and Robert was absolute the greatest. I do not remember his last name as he stated he was fairly new to the dealer and did not receive his business cards yet. I will definitely be back. Good job Schwartz and Great job Robert.
I was planning on renewing my Jeep lease, but, after seeing what Mazda had to offer, George showed me a CX-5 and the price difference, and my decision to get a Mazda was made. Steve made the financial easy.

Family owned, personal service, no sales pressure and I mean no pressure, great vehicles with low mileage. I've never heard of a dealership that wasn't open on Saturdays and Sundays, but these guys arent. That to me speaks the highest about their sales, service, and success in the business. A car dealership that doesn't need to be open on weekends is obviously doing something right.

Leased a new Honda last month. Had the pleasure of working with Kevin Rosa at Open Road Honda in Edison. He was very knowlegable, and knew all the answers to my questions. He had excellent customer service skills, so good that I leased acar that same day. I would recommend my family and friends to him.

From the moment I walked in the door at Lester Glenn I felt at ease. NO high pressure. I knew what I wanted and Frank understood that. Frank A. was my salesman and had absolutely the best car buying experience. I had a million questions and they were answered without judgement (not always the case when a woman is buying a car alone) even though a couple of my questions might have been considered silly. We went out to the lot to look at what was in stock but the Lime Twist I had my heart set on was not available. He took the time to go through the computer to see when one in that color was going to be in. I was pretty lucky in that respect too! I picked up my new car today and even though it was raining it didn't dampen my experience in the least. I proudly rang that bell on the way out the door and was proud to have my pic taken with Frank with my cool new ride! Thanks Frank. I'll be sending anyone who asks for a recommendation to you.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Purchased a 2017 Honda Civic, R Title. Buying process wasn't so bad however I did notice that some things were missing from the car (skid plate, valve stem covers, mileage was a bit off from what the title stated (not much), only thing that was a negative basically was that I picked up the car and the gas tank was empty. Didn't get the title in hand right away either.
