We saw a car a 2015 Honda Civic on the dealers website. Then decided to go to right to the dealership. Max was are salesman. He helped us right away and got us the car we were looking for. He was patient and very knowledgeable. It was the best car experience I've had in a long time. I would recommend Automotive Avenues and Max any day.
The sales rep, Bob Simons, made the registration process and delivery of my XC60 trouble free. He gave a detailed explanation of the XC60's features and offered a follow-up orientation after I have the vehicle for a few weeks.

From the moment I walked in the door at Lester Glenn I felt at ease. NO high pressure. I knew what I wanted and Frank understood that. Frank A. was my salesman and had absolutely the best car buying experience. I had a million questions and they were answered without judgement (not always the case when a woman is buying a car alone) even though a couple of my questions might have been considered silly. We went out to the lot to look at what was in stock but the Lime Twist I had my heart set on was not available. He took the time to go through the computer to see when one in that color was going to be in. I was pretty lucky in that respect too! I picked up my new car today and even though it was raining it didn't dampen my experience in the least. I usually do not write reviews but felt compelled to do so after my experience with the staff of Island Mazda in Staten Island. For many years I have been leasing from Honda and had no intention of switching but after a stressful day of going from one dealership to another, I decided to stop by Island Mazda before calling it a day at the suggestion of my dad. I'm now very thankful that I did. Freddy Bosco was beyond friendly and personable. Both Freddy and the manager Mike are hilarious with big personalities. They are genuine, professional guys who made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I was given a great deal and am more than happy with the car I ended up with. Even after all the paperwork was signed and we were about to leave, Freddy got in the car with us to show us everything again and make sure no questions were left unanswered. This is my first Mazda and I couldn't be happier, not with just the car, but with the entire process. Freddy and Mike went above and beyond to assist me and they did it with honesty and integrity. I highly recommend them to everyone due to their impeccable service.

I was there yesterday changing the oil in my car for the first time. From the moment when I drove through the gates to the time when I got back in my car I felt like I was a very special customer there. Everyone there did their best but for the most part I must thank Steve Harris. He pointed out on an important safety recall that needed to be fixed in my car and I agreed to leave the car to fix it. I got it back on time no problems at all.Steve was there to answer any questions and for assistance from the beginning to the end. I had the best experience in Honda Service Center!!
