Mazda of South Charlotte review
With vehicle safety as one of my priorities, I so appreciated Moe’s expertise and guidance in deciding on a CX5. He went above and beyond with his explanations making sure I was getting the right vehicle at the right price. I have to say, working with Moe, kept my buying process stress-free.
2024 Mazda CX-90 review
It’s been such a pleasure to own and drive the cx90! My only complaint is I wish it got better gas mileage. The AWD works very well, the inline 6 is more than enough power to drive the vehicle fully loaded with luggage and 6 passengers for 4 hour trips. Overall it’s been an excellent vehicle to own a drive. Driving is believing!

2024 Mazda CX-90 review
Purchased the PHEV a little over 1 year ago and put 12K+ miles on it so far, and I like it a lot. Its stylish, quiet and great on gas. I consistently get over 70+ MPG around town and 35+MPG on longer trips. However, I *strongly recommend* the L2 charger as it cuts charging time down to 2.5 hour with 29 miles range. Without it, the L1 charger takes forever. I went with a 30W auto splitter on my dryer plug for under $140 on Amazon. Its amazing! However, even if you switch to gas, the Hybrid system averages 26 MPG with standard driving. My only complaint so far is the connection to Google/Apple play sometimes drops for seemingly no reason 1-2 times a week and the reactive driving can be touchy. Overall, very reliable and fun to drive. I highly recommend.

2024 Mazda CX-90 review
Recently leased a 2024 Mazda CX-90 3.3 I6 Turbo Premium Plus. Love the vehicle so far. Considered a PHEV with huge discounts but was able to get a nicer 2024 I6 for around the same price, and it’s a much better vehicle. Love the interior and the styling. Drives great. No complaints. Highly recommend.

I felt no pressure at all during the buying process, it truly felt like I was talking to someone I knew, not someone with a fake corporate demeanor. 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Outstanding Service & Amazing CX-90 from Mazda of Orland Park! We recently purchased the 2025 Mazda CX-90 AWD from Mazda of Orland Park, and We couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional — professional, smooth, and stress-free. A special thank you to Chris Duer, who went above and beyond throughout the process. Chris was knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely committed to helping us find the right vehicle. He made sure every detail was covered, took the time to answer all our questions, and made us feel confident in our purchase from the moment we walked in. The CX-90 AWD is a phenomenal SUV — powerful, luxurious, and equipped with all the latest tech and safety features. 2026 Mazda CX-90 review
After owning several luxury SUV”s , the Mazda CX 90 with the inline 6 engine, is amazing and just as luxurious! The cabin is quiet the ride is smooth and have taken several road trips without any problems. We have been very impressed with the gas mileage on this AWD as well. The third row is ideal for anyone under 5.11, and it’s very convenient to have rear AC that can be controlled by rear passengers.

Mazda of South Charlotte review
I was in the market for a new car and was shopping around with different dealerships as I was not tied to a specific brand. When I met Ali Aznaurav at Mazda South Charlotte, we found that he was one of the most genuine salesman and we had visited several dealers before this. He patiently heard us, never tried to force us into a sale, never pre-judged us. We got a great deal at the end and we are very happy with the service. He also got us great discounts on the selling price and excellent value on the trade. He is the best and you can't go wrong with him. Thank you Ali.

we have bought 30 mazdas over the years from Mazda, and we have never had a salesman as fantastic as Mike Brooks. He was so personal, professional, and so caring about every decision we had to make. He was such a good listener to our concerns, and worked so hard to make the deal work. We felt like we made a new friend. we highly recommend him to sell a car to anyone!!!! Thanks so much to Mike and the entire staff of Independence

Independence Mazda review
George and Jack were great throughout the entire car buying experience! Very happy to have purchased a vehicle from here
2024 Mazda CX-90 review
If you're thinking about the PHEV version of this car, here's my take on it from personal experience: Pros: Quiet Ride: It's super quiet, which is great. Nice Interior: The inside feels fancy and comfortable. Fun to Drive: It handles well and is enjoyable on the road. Middle Row Seats: The bucket seats are comfy and make extra space for stuff. Cons: Short Electric Range: Even though they say it can go 26 miles on electric, I mostly get just 20 miles. And it takes forever (like 13 hours) to charge, sometimes not even fully. The 495 miles of highway that Mazda states seems very lofty and exaggerated Quick to Lose Charge: The battery drains faster than you'd expect. Slow Acceleration: It doesn't pick up speed as quickly as you'd think because of some lag. Wireless Charging Issues: The wireless charger is hit or miss and really slow. Sensor Problems: The car sensors aren't always right. They've mistakenly warned me of cars ahead when there weren't any, which is annoying. Infotainment System: If you've used Mazda systems before, you know they can be a pain. Simple stuff like pausing music or connecting your phone can be frustrating. And you need the most expensive version to get a touchscreen. Final Thoughts: I'm not here to bash the CX90-PHEV. Just want to share what I've found for anyone thinking about getting one. If you're considering it, maybe look into leasing to take advantage of any credits. Overall, it's not a bad car when things work.

From the time I walked into the showroom up to happily driving away in my wonderful car. John demonstrated excellent service and a wealth of knowledge regarding the Mazda offerings. He patiently and gently guided me to exactly where I hoped to arrive; a proud owner of a 2025 CX-5. John is an asset you, the dealership and a model of what the car buying experience should be!

Definitely one of the best dealerships in Charlotte. Khayri took the time to pull up service history, the Carmax report and explained the reliability data of the vehicles I was interested in. Recent fraud had my score in an unfavorable position, but Teondre the finance manager was able to work a miracle without pulling my credit numerous times! He skillfully knew which two lenders were a good fit for my situation. Overall, it was hands down the best, quickest, transparent and professional deal I’ve EVER encountered! If you’re in the market for a vehicle and want A honest, no xx, smooth, no pressure transaction, check them out! By the way, the place smells like a Spa, I didn’t get an opportunity to relax in the massage chairs, but my grandchildren and I enjoyed the snacks. :) Thanks again for the full tank of gas!

Hatcher and Dan were great to work with. Friendly, no pressure and very helpful. Communication from the dealership was great. My car had issues within the 1st 2 days of receiving it. They are already working to make things right. I have no doubt they will. I am a repeat Williams Buick GMC customer and will be back for my next car as well. Thank you for the easiest car buying experience in Charlotte!

Mario was very helpful & attentive. I ended up buying a car from a friend but if I hadn't I would definitely want to work with Mario again. BTW I've never been to the lot so I can't really rate that. I did notice that the prices were higher than other lots.
