Seattle Mini review
I had a great experience working with Russell and the finance manager at Seattle Mini. Russell was extremely helpful throughout the entire process by being knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure everything went smoothly. The financing portion was also surprisingly easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. Overall, the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back for my next Mini. Thank you to the team for making this such a positive experience!

Friendly and approachable all the way thru. I called with an engine noise and Erika Adams told me on the phone what to watch for before my appt she set up. (I couldn?t have been more impressed with her knowledge and her help on a phone call) so 5 stars right there. I believe she is highly under paid. ?? Then I brought the Tahoe in that I bought 6 years ago from LJ. Tim handled me and got a loaner car for me and had everything fixed by the next day. Great service. I couldn?t be happier.

2024 Mazda CX-90 PHEV review
Bought this at Modern Mazda in Watertown ct from Steve Duffy…car is great, better than expected. Glad I waited for the new model, the console and feel of the car is better than Cx-9. I dont regret , haven’t been disappointed with a thing. Captains chairs, ventilated seats, HUD and console are why I bought this, plus the extra mileage from phev. I’d recommend researching the install of charger at home before purchasing, charging is where you get the real bang for buck. This car is a tremendous value!

The whole team was efficient, cheerful and accommodating! Made the whole experience very pleasant from drop off to pick up
2024 Mazda CX-90 PHEV review
Bought the CX-90 in early Feb. 2024 and immediately drove across the country and back. No issues at all. After 4,000 miles, the actual performance was consistent with all of the video reviews. Very comfortable interior with high end feel.Apple Car Play worked seamlessly with GPS system Waze. Hands free controls was smooth and prompt. PHEV experience was solid. Love the charging prioritization feature while driving. Takes about 2 hours on the highway to reach a full charge so that at destination you can operate on EV mode. At home, Level 1 charge takes about 10 hours (overnight) Wish the 26 mile EV range was more like 50 but maybe in future models. Combined MPG with 98% highway driving on the road trip was 25.5 mpg. Overall, so far so good. Vey happy with the purchase.

2024 Mazda CX-90 PHEV review
Great car love the sophisticated and upscale exterior and interior First time hybrid plug in purchase and seeing fuel savings, would like to see greater electric range. It would be nice to have more information on how to get the most out of the phev, from dealership, I know that this is a new model and there will be undoubtedly more information coming Our dealership was excellent in all phases of helping us procure our Mazda thankful for them Excited to drive this more!

Lee Johnson Mazda of Seattle review
Hi ! I am a pretty old guy - and I remember when I was younger, there seemed to be greater efforts at customer service than there is these days. I mention this because excellent customer service is a big deal for me - and very much appreciated! Some years ago, I had to get my car towed, and that was my first visit to Lee Johson of Mazda - service at Roosevelt NE and 47th Street, Seattle -- because it was nearby. Ryan, who is one of the guys at the front desk helped me with my old Mazda 626, which had a dead alternator and battery. He was really helpful and clearly made an effort to get my car going again as quickly as possible. He is also a very friendly guy - easy to talk with, a great listener - and goes out of his way to get your Mazda fixed and back on the road. So, is it any surprise that I have become a regular at Lee Johnson Mazda of Seattle, repair. Everyone there has been nice and helpful, but Ryan is my go-to guy, and I am confident I am getting the best possible assistance. It's also nice that when I go there, there's someone who recognizes me and welcomes me with a warm smile. Maybe that's TMI - in modern parlance: but I am happy to give kudos when kudos is so well deserved. -Eric D. PS- When I recently finally needed a newer 'older' used car, a Mazda3, I went back to Ryan at Lee Johnson service, to find out what options I might have. Ryan helped me with that, too. So, he continues to be my go-to guy, and it's a good feeling to be able to get my "new" used Mazda repaired - and know it, too, now goes back on the road in (relatively) great condition. -Eric D.

Doug's Hyundai review
I just purchased my 2nd (almost) brand new Tucson from Doug's in Lynnwood. My first experience was 7 years ago and fairly stressful, however this time was amazing. My sales rep was Michael Wilson. I had a certain deal in mind with my trade based on research and with very little back and forth I got my car! I've bought several new cars over the years and Michael by far is the best sales rep I've ever dealt with. He has a very kind, calm demeaner and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend him! Also Sonny (sp?) in warranty was great and very quick and efficient.

My sales people were Edgar and Will. From the first phone call to the dealership, they were our stewards through the entire process. They were knowledgeable and helpful. They made my family and I feel like our time was valuable. They did their best to make the process efficient and worthwhile. All the staff there helped each other. It made buying a new car easy. I will recommend them to all our families and friends.
2024 Mazda CX-90 PHEV review
I really do love my CX-90 PHEV but, as anyone will tell you as an early owner of a brand new model of anything, there are kinks to work out. I can get most of my driving done on battery without having to transition to the gas engine which is awesome. The amount of time it takes to charge is not awesome. I would schedule all of my charging to happen late at night when power is cheapest but the charger it comes with takes 11 hours to fully charge. I bought a level 2 charger which takes closer to 8 hours. An improvement but not what I was hoping for. The infotainment system randomly but consistently disconnects from my phone without explanation or warning. It reconnects quickly but it is very annoying. Finally, the engine will sometimes have hiccups when I'm driving on either engine. I will feel a weird surge of power which worries me a bit. Other than not being able to get the color I wanted (I was told "soul red" isn't popular on larger, "mom" cars) I am very happy with the car. It is stylish, fits my whole family very comfortably, and it was a wonderful upgrade from my 2020 CX-5 (which I also LOVED). I can't wait to see what the future holds with PHEV vehicles. What a wonderful bridge between gas and electric - makes it feel totally reliable!

CarMax Vancouver review
I was wanting to go to a simple newer v6 Ram from a diesel Ram and they had this red one! Quick contract signing as promised. Easy sales that let the Ram sell itself WITHOUT PRESSURE to buy! Christina was great to work with! Same for Grace in the signing paperwork. Took me 6 1/2 hours with local dealer(auto row off Mill Plain) on prior purchase. Not here! Quick nice and efficient. Hey, try their coffee! Good too! 😂 I’m impressed!
