I honestly have never had a better sales experience at an auto dealership. In November of 2017, I originally bought an IS 350 AWD and was sold based on the level of care and detail John Irantos put into the process. He walked me through some comparative stats on the IS versus some other cars I was looking at (BMW, Infiniti) and explained the strong relativity of the resale value. I work in sales and do not respond well to overly "salesy" folks and McGrath does not use that approach. They instead make you feel like family and respect you throughout the entire process. Fast forward to October 2018 and I was no longer in need of my vehicle as I plan to move to NY. Matt Fenton and the team at McGrath made the buyback process super easy (30-minutes tops) and gave me a fair and equitable offer. I highly recommend working with McGrath!
My son and I leased a new 2018 Mazda CX-5. I live in NJ and he lives in Chicago. He went in and picked out a car and I negotiated the deal via email with Brian the sales manager. I advised him that I would be flying in for one day and when I got there the car was ready and all we needed to do was fill out the paperwork and off we went. Manny went over the car from top to bottom with my son and Bilal handled the paperwork. Couldn???t have been any easier. They also took back our 2016 CX-5 which was at the end of the lease. Great job all around.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I was looking for 2016 Mazda 6 GT in the area. I found the desired car at Continental Mazda of Naperville. From my first visit until the moment I bought the car, I was served well and the test-drive was very good and the dealership has their own drive track and was given ample time to test-drive the car. I was given the detailed demo of the car with all its specs, so that it gave me a clear idea of what am buying. I got the car for a fair price. On the delivery day, the car was given in a very clean condition with all the fluids filled and full gas tank. I appreciate their service. Dealt with this CarMax dealer over the phone and email. Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay!
