Got a great deal on a used car, however they basically snatched my car from under me at a price that was laughable without even asking me. Gigantic misstep and poor practice on their end, but at least the car I ended up with was so vastly superior, I don't really care that much. Some of the best customer service ive ever dealt with. Any problem I had got taken care of immediately and went beyond expectations. They give you free popcorn with a car purchase, it would be better if they offered an option between popcorn or a t-shirt or some mazda gear or something for people who are allergic to ingredients or might just dislike popcorn. All in all the experience was excellent.
