495 MazdaReviews
495 Mazda review
I admit it, I've never liked car shopping. The research, hours at the dealer and the usual endless negotiations have never made for a fun experience. When I went to 495 Mazda to test drive a CX-5, I was expecting more of the same. The first surprise was the dealership itself... there wasn't one! They're in the process of having one built so the building in place right now is more like one of those trailers you see at construction sites. Instead of a showy inside, it was just round tables, a TV and a very comfortable vibe. And the cutest French bulldog named Whitney greeted me on arrival and slept in my lap during lease negotiations! My salesperson, Ben, took a great test drive with me covering both highway and back streets so I could get an in-depth feel for both surfaces. He also covered every feature in detail and helped me set up everything from the radio to how soon my doors will lock when I get out of the car. Mike, the Finance Manager made the paperwork a breeze. Everyone was really nice and made the experience a positive one. Best of all, I LOVE my car!

Hertz Car Sales Lynn review
I drove down from Vermont to purchase a 2015 VW Beetle. The car was in showroom condition, Jonathan was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The sales process was handled quickly and I was soon headed back to Vermont. Great price! No comparison to going into a new car dealership. I will return for my next car.

Liberty MazdaReviews
Liberty Mazda review
Today I leased a 2023 Mazda CX-5. I am very happy with this vehicle. The salesman, Paul Denning did an outstanding job in presenting the new features of the CX-5. I was very impressed with the auto start of the vehicle from an app on my phone. Paul took care of all the registration and demonstrated a lot of patience in getting a "binder" from my insurance company so I could get the CX-5 within 24 hours. I strongly recommend Liberty Mazda for your next vehicle and you are in good hands with Paul Denning.

Upon entering IRA MAZDA my service advisor , immediately scanned my 2024 CX 30 and then in a welcoming tone wanted to know any concerns . New to the state , and this dealership , Norllin proceeded with the same courtesy I received from the Mazda dealer in RI where I purchased my car . . Norllin personally came out to assist with a technical navigation issue . It was explained the necessary services needed and how long it would take . I was shown to the comfortable waiting lounge where courtesy coffee and snacks were provided . Besides given a detailed inspection form my service advisor went through the report explaining each item . Norllin brought me to my washed car and proceeded to personally assist with the necessary touch up marks that were of concern . Completely satisfied with the attention and service from IRA MAZDA I feel confident that I will return for next maintenance service .

Worked with service advisor, Bryan. He was Professional, helpful, and listened patiently as I explained the problem. Went out of his way to accommodate my situation and provided a courtesy vehicle. Very positive experience. Would highly recommend.

I got there they checked my car in the truck it away. We discussed what I needed to have done and told them to do whatever they needed to do to fix it and hour and 10 minutes later it was all set to go. I was impressed with the video That they sent me explaining what they did. I thought that was pretty interesting.
