Went in today to test drive a 2013 Alpina B 7. I would have to say from the moment I walked in the door I was given the 5 star treatment. Didn't make a purchase yet, still weighing other options, but that isn't a reflection of the buying experience.
The dealership were professional in answering my 101 questions, and I never felt rushed or pressured, the perfect environment for car shopping in my opinion. When I asked if they would be ok with me taking it to an outside mechanic if I were to return to purchase, Mike the Sales Manager told me:
"Sure, that's ok with us. Matter of fact, why don't you just tell us which mechanic to take it to and save yourself the drive here?"
That right there blew me away. I have bought lots of cars before, and never has a dealership offered to do that before. Great customer service.

This is the 6th car I have bought from this dealership I feel confident and trust the people I have dealt with, I consider Haig and JD friends of mine along with other team members as well Kevin in service has been awesome as well to my family. No pressure or stress just the way it should be.

Looking to upgrade my wifes’s 2005 Mercedes e350. Found a 2010 ml350. Beautiful car and working with Ray was very easy. They made sure the car was perfect when we received it and have done the repairs ever since. Always there to make any situation work for you. Never had better service. They make you feel like family.
