We became frustrated with their lack of customer service. We went into Royal Moore to ask for assistance. We were met by Isaha, the most charming young man, very helpful. Isaha went out of his way to help us determine the problem and understood what my husband was saying. He determined the problem, set us up with an appointment to have it fixed and the rest is history. We are having our brakes done there, our a/c recall taken care of and will be using Royal Moore service department in the future. April, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with purchase of our used Honda. Within a day or so discovered faulty VTC Actuator. We are from out of state and had to remain in area for repairs during the worst of the wildfires. But the amazing service manager Celine ( who was also covering jobs for absent co- workers) seemed to be able to make magic happen!!!! Within 30 minutes determined it was a repair that had to done at a local Honda dealer, arranged a ride to our RV for us, had our car taken to the Honda dealer. Knowing we could leave town and the awful smoke when the car was fixed she said she'd try her best to get our car back to us the next day which was a sat.( and her day off). Gave us her personal cell no. and set up in computer the details for our return ride to Carmax. Sat. was moving on but one call to Carmax for an update, they saw Celine had arranged everything for us to get our car on Sat. and BAM, magic happened!! Had our car within an hour, repairs completed, and we headed home to Florida. Yes, Carmax was great with fulfilling their warranty policy but it was Celine who put the efficient, professional, friendly face to implementing it. Thank-you Celine for being great at what you do!

Absolutely amazing experience!!! For starters I had a very late appt (6pm they close @7) to accommodate my work schedule & Went in there with questions that were patiently answered with help & reassurance, but also walked out of there was an absolutely amazing vehicle. Not 1 time did I feel rushed or pushed for time either. I am truly thankful for all of Jose & Brandon's experience and help. I typically try an avoid car lots because in a lot of cases you have people that just come out and make the whole experience feel like "lets make a sale" but not here. Here its about what you are looking for and how can they help you find that.
