Dear Chris Murphy, General Manager I have been a very satisfied customer over the years. My main desire to remain a customer of Hoehn is because of my very positive experience working with Mike Shaffer who is an extremely knowledgable, thorough and friendly service advisor. Mike is very focused on customer satisfaction. Every time I bring my car for service at Hoehn Mike is always able to make the experience seamless with the check-in, overview of the work to be performed and his excellent follow-up communication. My wait time from dropping off the car, reviewing the repairs with Mike and obtaining a loaner car is always less than 15 minutes. I appreciate the free loaner car. Mike is the only reason I will continue to purchase or lease cars from Hoehn. Kindest regards, Kent Hytken

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Mercedes-Benz of El Cajon, especially thanks to Alyssa! She worked tirelessly to help me transition out of my previous lease and get into a brand-new CLA 350 on terms that worked perfectly for me. Alyssa and the management team demonstrated real integrity, stood by their initial quotes, and made sure every detail was handled before I drove off the lot. Exceptional customer service from start to finish—ask for Alyssa if you want someone who truly looks out for you!

2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
Bought it as certified used with 14,000: miles and 3 years old. Absolutely love the car. Now have 60,00 miles on it. Only cost other than routine maintenance has been tires. One dislike is run flat tires. They make no sense. Also did not like the engine shut down at stops ostensibly to save fuel, but I was able to over ride that. And I bought a spare tire and wheel another major issue for me is you cand buy a trailer hitch for a C 400. You can for other C cars, but not the 400.

CarMax Phoenix-Gilbert review
CarMax is much smoother than any other car buying experience you will ever find. Their salesman Matthew Johnson is a great guy. He was very patient and helped me find the perfect car after I spent months researching. He really knew what he was doing and gave me a wonderful experience. I would recommend CarMax to anyone!

Certified Benz & Beemer review
This dealership doesn’t negotiate price. I randomly walked in one day and Michel helped me out, he sent me different car options over a few days and ultimately helped me purchase a great car. It was a quick and easy process which I appreciated and also a no pressure environment which was nice.
2023 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.

Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel review
Sales customer service was the best experience ever ! Candace could not have been nicer, more accommodating and made the process painless. Alex facilitated the transaction and the same. we are very happy and would continue to buy from her and Alex! You can buy a car anyplace, why not where they take great care of you instead of the stress normally associated with buying a car. 10 stars....

Fletcher Jones Motorcars review
This is my first experience with Fletcher Jones and it has been a good one so far. Buying a car long distance, sight unseen is always a bit of a challenge and potentially a risk. I feel very good about the responsiveness and customer care provided by Fletcher Jones staff. As car delivery is still in front of us, the jury is out on this experience, but I anticipate a very positive outcome. Fletcher Jones reputation provided a lot of confidence.

Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch review
Highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Foothill Ranch! This dealer makes me feel comfortable since I step in, they had customer focused approach and an awesome coffee machine. Albert was extremely professional, patient, and transparent throughout the entire process. He helped me find the perfect used Honda CR-V at a very reasonable and fair price. The whole team made everything smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for great service, honest dealing, and good value, this is the place to buy your car. Thank you Albert and the team!
