Adams North Charlotte review
We went by to look at one car but it was out for repairs. Our second choice was available so we took it for a test drive. We were so pleased with the salesman, Amir, who was so calm, helpful, and honest with us about our car options. We thanked him for facilitating such a chill car buying experience.
2014 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
Truly great car driven it 20k miles over the year, no issues whatsoever (with proper maintenance of course). It gets Great gas mileage, some trips up to 28MPG!

Mercedes-Benz of South CharlotteReviews
Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte review
We recently purchased a new Mercedes EQE from Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte and had an outstanding experience. From start to finish, Raj was incredibly attentive and accommodating, working around our tight timeline and busy schedule. He went above and beyond to make the process seamless and stress-free. The entire team contributed to making this such a pleasant transaction. A special thank you to Darius Brown, Pat Oberer in Finance, Jeff Gourd the New Car Manager, Astrid, and the product specialist who patiently walked us through setting up our car. Everyone we encountered was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure we were taken care of. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend Raj and the entire team at Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte.

Drove almost 3hrs to purchase from Rockhill Nissan. They had the best pricing and phenomenal service. Most of the interaction was via phone so they had everything ready for me when I walked through the door.

We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.

CarMax Independence Boulevard review
On yesterday, April 24, I had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle I had been wanting for quite some time. Working with the team at Carmax on Independence Blvd in Charlotte, NC was worth the short drive from Columbia, SC. Everyone from Shakiyah (New Sales Consultant), Neil Petersen, Sales Consultant, Caleb (Sales Manager) and my absolute favorite, Kahlil, made my experience one of a kind! Thank you for your professionalism and for making my experience a great one!

Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte review
They say in life, there are two stressful purchases that most people may do. One is to buy a house and the other is to buy a car. Today we had the opportunity to purchase a car at Mercedes Benz of South Charlotte. We had the full Mercedes experience. We were warmly greeted as we entered the facility and had little wait time before meeting our sales consultant Raj Madan who was awesome. He make sure we had an opportunity to meet and greet the team that he would be working work with. We came in, we saw the car that we wanted and Raj and the team made it happen. Everyone was personable and professional. They were able to answer our questions and address any concerns that we had. Because Raj was so detailed the hubby and I go to bed tonight stress free. We are now a part of the Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte family.

Hendrick Motors of Charlotte review
Miguel Chirinos, this is the name that you need to remember when you visit Hendrick Mercedes! Miguel restored our Faith in car dealerships. An outstanding salesman whom I have the upmost respect for. We sincerely appreciate his work, hospitality and advocation for us as his customer. We had been searching for vehicles for a long time and experienced consistent disappointment with prior dealerships. Then one day Miguel took my call and immediately I knew something was different, he actually cared about his customer. We located a car at his dealership and he made a way for us to have this vehicle within the guidelines that we requested with the options that we wanted and providing matching numbers for our previous quoted trade-in values and he did this with the utmost respect and pleasure. He was always happy to take my calls and prompt to reply on all messages and emails, Lord knows I gave him plenty of those. We were so impressed with his service that we went ahead and purchased a second vehicle from him the following week. This dealership is quite a distance away from where I live, but there’s no other dealership that I would consider buying a car from and it only goes through the effort of Miguel. I do want to say that everyone else that we came in contact with at Hendrick Mercedes was phenomenal from the sales to the finance department to the leasing department all the way through. everyone was top-notch and honestly, I would recommend noone else. Miguel, please know how impressed my family and I are with you and how we deeply appreciative all the hard-working efforts to provide us with two wonderful vehicles and as I mentioned before restoring our faith in the business of car sales, negotiations, and most importantly you are a fine men that stands up to his word. Thank you so much, Paul.

This hands down was the BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had. My salesman Julian was all of amazing. He communicated with me every step of the way. He was not pushy nor did I feel pressured into anything. I was there all of 2 hours. I left with my X5 and I love it!
2014 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
GREAT VALUE - Bought the C300 4Matic Sport 4 years ago with 55k miles for my wife. Highly optioned with full leather, NAV, panorama roof, illuminated door sills, AMG wheels, blind spot indicator - nearly every option that the dealer did not know how to price! Very reliable and fun to drive on curvy roads. Only repairs are new battery and one tire pressure monitor. We follow the service guideline that the MB dealers suggest but usually at an independent ASE certified repair shop that works on German cars. Third Mercedes (all used) and one new 5-series that was highly unreliable - thankfully under warrant!

Adams North Charlotte review
Bought a 4 runner. Agreed on a price went to pick up Luz went up $1000. After discussion with Chance he dropped it back to the price we were told. We knew front lower bumper was gone and it needed new tires before buying. I feel like Liz tried to pull a fast one but I was prepared to leave without it. It had been for sale over a year so I figured the extra $1000 would be taken off. All in all we are happy with the purchase. I did wait until I got the title today in the mail before I wrote the review.
2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
Bought it as certified used with 14,000: miles and 3 years old. Absolutely love the car. Now have 60,00 miles on it. Only cost other than routine maintenance has been tires. One dislike is run flat tires. They make no sense. Also did not like the engine shut down at stops ostensibly to save fuel, but I was able to over ride that. And I bought a spare tire and wheel another major issue for me is you cand buy a trailer hitch for a C 400. You can for other C cars, but not the 400.

They were great but, unfortunately, the car did not have all the options I was looking for.
2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

We went by to look at one car but it was out for repairs. Our second choice was available so we took it for a test drive. We were so pleased with the salesman, Amir, who was so calm, helpful, and honest with us about our car options. We thanked him for facilitating such a chill car buying experience.
