Very well mannered and tame when you wanted it to be. Turned into a growling beats when you change drives modes. My edition was the AMG S Model with 585hp and drove itself with DISTRONIC activated.

2014 Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class review
Bought is with 5700 miles and 10 months young. Mint in every way. Now at 4 1/2 years old and at 27,500 miles it is wonderful. Smoothe ride, jet fast, beautiful inside and out, sporty, so much nicer inside than current models. They no longer make the 8 cyl. Great large s Dan and it always turns heads. It is the special order designo mystique blue which is a dark blue/purple with gold and silver flake paint..like 3D in the sun. The designo leather and dark ash wood interior and steering wheel. The designo interior is black and white. Perfection.

I wanted to pay cash for the car, but they talked me into financing by saying no interest would be charged if I paid it off as soon as I got the statement. Well I got the statement on 4/17/26. I called Fifth Third bank on that same day to initiate payoff. The processed the pay off but I was charged almost $400 interest because the interest starts accruing the day the loan is approved. I was upset about this because I was told no interest would be charged. Warning to others who intend to pay cash for your vehicle. Don?t let them talk you into financing!!!

Love this car, tons of power for a heavy car. Feels like you're driving a much smaller car. AWD is seamless as is the transmission. Air suspension is creamy smooth. Timeless looks, many often mistake it for a new model, as the styling is non traditional and they aren't a common sight. I think its a beautiful and very comfortable, as well as capable machine. Often receive comments praising the car.

Also the sloping roof looks awesome and sexy! Fortunately for me, my vin number was number 290 , German Model and fully Badged! I picked up this Bad Boy in Grobespach for $258,000.00 in 2008! Value today this Badged Series is worth around $96,000.00 ! Pleasant to look at and a head turner! Color, Platinum Silver outside and Black inside ! Half roof is Carbon Fiber, Pillars and panels! 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class review
2014 CLS63 Type S. I’ve owned maybe 50 cars in my lifetime. Never a car like this. Bad to the core. (In a good way) The engine is second to none. The handling bests my mustang. The interior is clean, classy and feels quality. The car is fast. And I don’t mean hey look at me fast. I mean, hold on and maybe I should let off the throttle a bit, fast. No problems mechanically so far. But I am well aware of the potential cost of maintenance. That would be the only draw back. Very happy with this vehicle. Love the look. Love the feel. Love the power.

2015 Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class review
I am now 3 years into ownership of a 2018 CLS 550, which I purchased new. The motivating factor to buy was that this was to be the last year that the big twin turbo V8 would be offered and it is a wonderful powerplant. I have not had one moment of regret since the day I picked my car up at the dealership and this includes MB service, which has been superb. I have done a few minor upgrades to the car, such as adding CarPlay, eliminating the engine shutoff feature, adding a rear spoiler and swapping out the standard front grill for an AMG vertical bar version. I haven't owned a car for 3 years+ in 50 years of driving, but every time I start to look at replacing my CLS, I can't find a vehicle that I would be satisfied with over the CLS, without spending well north of $100k. I love the power, the handling, the luxury features and the gorgeous lines of this car. In my opinion, at its current used car price, if you could find a 2015-2018 model year, (pretty much the same car) with low mileage, its one of the best used cars available. Strongly recommend.

2013 Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class review
If you are a Car enthusiast and enjoy driving muscle car that is fast and resonabily reliable then look no further. The styling and agressive lines of MB CLS550 are both breathtaking and practical. I am Enjoying every single moment of my MB and its power on the open roads. Absolute economical in gas consumption giving me an average of between 24-25 MPG on a mix of Freeway and street with my aggressive driving style. You will not regret the decision of buying CLS 550. Best car ever. BMW M is over priced and over rated. My 0-60 is under 4 sec on a stock car.

2012 Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class review
Without a doubt the most fun luxury car I've owned. Everyone has warned me about how much it costs to fix. I'd like to confirm or dismiss their predictions, but nothing has broken. Other than expensive oil changes and different sized tires that can't be rotated, I haven't done anything but put gas in it.
