I cannot say enough wonderful things about Karol Powers at Mercedes-Benz South Bay in Torrance. This is the second vehicle I have purchased with Karol, and once again, she exceeded every expectation. What I appreciate most is that she is honest and straightforward. There is no endless back-and-forth, no pressure, and no feeling of being taken advantage of. She truly listens to her customers and works to make the process smooth and stress-free. Unfortunately, I recently had to purchase another vehicle after being involved in a serious car accident. It was a very stressful and traumatic experience, but Mercedes-Benz made a difficult situation much easier. Within literally seconds of the accident, after both the upper and lower airbags deployed (I didn't even know my vehicle had a lower airbag), Mercedes-Benz contacted me through the SOS feature in the vehicle. The representative immediately checked on my well-being, asking if I was hurt, bleeding, breathing okay, and ensuring I was alert and responsive. They also informed me that emergency services had been dispatched. The speed, professionalism, and genuine concern they showed during such a frightening moment meant more to me than words can express. Experiences like that remind me why I continue to choose Mercedes-Benz. Knowing that the company genuinely cares about the safety and well-being of its customers provides a level of comfort and confidence that is priceless. Karol's extraordinary customer service is the reason I will continue returning to Mercedes-Benz South Bay for future vehicle purchases. I will also gladly refer my friends and family to her because I know they will be treated with the same respect, honesty, and care that I have received. When purchasing a used vehicle one of the greatest concerns that I had was vehicle maintenance. You never how the previous owner treated, drove and serviced the vehicle regardless of what the Carfax tell you... I went to take a look at a Honda Civic because it's a reputably reliable vehicle and didn't think I'd have any issues at all. It was also fairly priced against the market so I decided to drive over and move forward with my inquiry. I was met by a sales rep at the front named Aaron and he promptly assisted me: he pulled the vehicle to the front, let me take my time to look inside and out of it, and to toggle with the infotainment and climate control. Once everything checked out I took the car for a test drive, got presented with the numbers until they met me at a comfortable place, and moved on to the finance manager Mohamed! I was surprised to hear that they offered warranties for vehicles that weren't under the Mitsubishi name brand. Naturally I picked a package that made sense to me and left with a reliable vehicle and peace of mind knowing that if anything goes wrong with my vehicle it is completely covered under warranty.

The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!
