It was a great day when I chose to stop by Mercedes Benz in Long Beach. Ali helped me get into the car of my dreams. I truly enjoyed the car shopping experience because of his hassle free approach. I will definitely be back to pick out another vehicle for my husband.

Mercedes-Benz of Long BeachReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Long Beach review
We purchased a used 2016 Toyota Corolla from Mercedes Benz of Long Beach last night. From my first email interaction with the online sales contact, Isabel, through the sales process over a few days with Steve, they treated us like royalty as if we were purchasing a brand new $60K Mercedes from them. I would highly recommend this dealer for a professional and pleasant buying experience!

Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas review
I cant say enough positive things about MB of Calabasas. The car is beautiful. I flew in from out of town and they set up everything for a smooth purchase experience. They lined up the financing at reasonable terms. They weren't to aggressive on warranties and did a nice job explaining the value of a product/service. Everyone i met at the dealership, from the Gen Manager, to FI Manager and sales woman were professional and articulate. The best car perchase experience ever.

Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas review
I had an exceptional experience working with Sally at Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car?not just making a sale. Sally took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all my questions with patience, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. If you?re looking for someone who is honest, responsive, and truly cares about her clients, I highly recommend asking for Sally. She made what can often be an overwhelming experience feel easy and even enjoyable.

Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas review
Mona (Sales) was very helpful, friendly, informative and answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. David (Manager) helped to fill in the gaps and provide me with better photos than were online?so appreciated. Wael (Finance) topped off the purchase by explaining all of the finance (yawn) info in a much less boring way! All in all?I was very hesitant to purchase online and then go pick up the car that I wanted. This team made my car purchase a very pleasant experience. Thank you!

I saw a Subaru outback onyx edition on car gurus. I message that I was interested in the car and. Danny Nguyen called me right away. I made arrangements to go the next day. He gave me a price for my car to trade in. He answered all my questions and didn?t give me the runaround. He was very polite and didn?t try to push me into the sale. Everyone there was really nice and helpful. I would definitely go there again.

Mercedes-Benz of Long Beach review
Excellent treatment I personally care so much about customer experience And I was not disappointed I came as a referral from a friend to buy my first Mercedes-Benz from Ali Mosavi and I’m very pleased He was able to negotiate prices for me without any pressure, making sure I was comfortable with the agreement The car it self it’s amazing, him and his manager David Gonzales went out of they’re way to find me a great deal I would definitely continue recommending them

Mercedes-Benz of Long BeachReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Long Beach review
I had the best and worry less experience with this dealership, it took only 2 hours since I stepped in till I left wit my brand new Mercedes Benz, Ali, the sales representative is wonderful, He is so welcoming and kindly found the exact car to my taste and an awesome test drive experience over the best view of Long Beach and ocean, found a GREAT deal and negotiate pricing and conditions, David, the sales manager was really generous, he generously added an extra deal and made it even greater for me, the whole process of documentation and contract went so smooth and fast and they clearly described and clarified all terms and numbers, car delivered clean, shiny with no detailed missed and Ali went trough all features and described them patiently, the other five star thing was that they DIDN'T try to sell any additional non sense and I REALLY appreciate that, I'm so happy with my new Mercedes Benz and highly recommend all my friends and family to go to Mercedes Benz of Long Beach for their next car buying,

Mercedes-Benz of South Bay review
Buying a new car should be fun but often now it has become a boring chalenge .... Noticeably Mercedes Benz of South Bay is still highly selective for its Sales and marketing team . My experience with Monika T. and Chris M. was simply remarkable ; Courteous , professional and straight forward very rare qualities nowadays . Thanks to them buying a Mercedes is still a special treat .

Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale review
Great Service, I was told in other dealerships to wait between 6 and 12 months to get a GLE, Phil from Mercedes of Scottsdale found a brand new GLE in 30 minutes, not only the one I was looking for, but also with AMG accessories. When I picked the SUV, Phil also included all weather mats for me. Definitely a great purchasing experience!
