Rick provided a package of information about the SLK350 I was interested in purchasing in less then 24 hours after my initial contact. Subsequent email and phone conversations made me feel comfortable that the car and paperwork would be ready when I was able to get to the Dealership on a Sunday. This was very important to me since I was coming from Montclair NJ, a distance I did not want to travel again if there were any issues. Rick also handled a somewhat minor problem with the Service Dept car prep to my satisfaction.

I really enjoyed the communication they had with me and I felt that they really cared if I was happy which I was I felt like the dealership was the NY Yankees and I was their #1 prospect they were kind and I felt like I was the most important person in the room I told all my friends that the Dealersip was really first class and I would definitely recommend you I absolutely love the car and I feel the car was a great price
I and my boyfriend where shopping for a car my lease was up on my Acura I didn???t wanna purchase another one so we started looking. I just want to say shopping for a new car can turn into an unbelievable experience not in a good way. I looked at the Audi Q5 dealing with Audi I will never purchase an Audi car ever in my lifetime that said let???s MoveOn. My experience with competition Mercedes of Smithtown could not have been more perfect my boyfriend had purchased three cars prior from our salesman who had worked at Infiniti across the street competition let???s just say the salesman was top-notch honest from the beginning to the end with me working out with the car that I wanted Robert and finance was also great at his job everything was done very professional no hidden costs add a very enjoyable experience I recommend them highly on professionalism. We are enjoying our GLC 300 4 matic thank you very much Fritz we will be doing business again
Being in the hospitality business myself, I am driven by a level of service that creates both a memory and experience. Mercedes Benz of Huntington did not disappoint. Anthony Mastroianna was the sales associate that assisted me from start to finish. His approach was warm and welcoming and at no time during the process did I feel pressured.

The service at Mercedes-Benz of Huntington is wonderful. Unfortunately, I'm there too often. My 350E gets a flat or blowout frequently - a pot hole or change in weather can trigger. On Thanksgiving Day we got TWO flat tires at once, a trick to handle with only one spare. Tom Palermo handled our service needs quickly and efficiently and made it clear that I am not alone. As often as I get my flats, he assured me that other car owners get theirs far more frequently than me.
My dealership if choice for Mercedes Benz. Eric Grobert sets and surpasses the bar for service, professionalism and commitment to customer retention. He tries to secure an appt for you asap. Usually very happy with actual service, as I was this time; or so I thought. I was told it was a software issue and an oil change. $500+. As I write this review, car failed to go into gear & it is sitting at aamco for an intelligence module within the transmission, a rebuilt transmission. Estimated cost $5300! I'm not sure what MBHuntington missed, but in addition to $5300, lots of lost time & inconvenience for me.
Anthony was a terrific salesman who assisted with our sale. He was very helpful in all aspects of our sale, from purchasing to pick up. Would gladly refer any friends to this dealership and salesman. The staff are courteous and helpful. Anthony even gave us a follow up call to make sure all was well. 👍🏻
I have been debating buying a new (used) car for a while. Searched the Mercedes CPO website regularly. When I saw that Greenwich had an ML with every feature my wife and I wanted I still procrastinated. I waited till this past Friday afternoon to call Greenwich Mercedes. Receptionist put me in touch with Tim H. and an hour later I had agreed to buy the car and pick it up the next day. Now, I told Tim that I was coming from Jersey so I wanted to be sure the paperwork and car would be ready so we can just take it home that same day. True to his word, Tim ensured that Finance had all the papers ready to sign and that the car was fully detailed. We drove up Saturday around noon and were home before dinnertime with a new ML350.
