I really appreciated the honest and straightforward service. There was no pressure to fix or buy anything, and I felt that my needs truly came first. Except that after I got home, oil was leaking onto the floor of my garage.

2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
This has been my 5th MB, and is one of my favorites to date. It is an E400 4-matic coupe. Looks great, and even though 6 years old, most people think it is new. performance is not track-worthy but perfect for touring and everyday driving. Has been bulletproof mechanically and i consistently get 22-24 mpg average with spirited driving. Having the old screen is cumbersome, but I'm sure they have fixed it with newer models.

2016 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I bought a 2016 Red E400 4Matic coupe with 49K miles on it in Dec 2023. I've had no problems with it and have only brought it in for it's once a year maintenance (I drive less than 10K a year). My only other expense was slapping new tires on it. The vehicle has the right amount of tech on it, and it's a smooth on the road and quick on the pickup when I need it. This is my first Mercedes (lifelong Toyota and Lexus owner) and can definitely say this will not be my last Mercedes.

I have 2019 450 4matic coupe with the bells and whistles. Fantastic luxury sport car. Super smooth, powerful, beautiful, reliable, and good highway gas milage (32mpg) at 80. Originally leased then liked so much I had to buy. Nothing but routine maintenance for 75k miles.

2021 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Owned for a month so far. Aside from a slight rattle occasionally in the passenger door everything is great. Still on the 1000 mile engine break-in but it is very quick. Gas mileage is running about 20 MPG in town and 29 on the highway. Very comfortable and feels very much like a luxury car. Traded in a 2016 Audi A6 which was also a very good car. The E450 just feels more luxurious and quicker. Slightly better steering feel as well.

From the moment you walk onto the lot, you are greeted with a welcoming, stress-free atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The facility is well-organized, and the staff is completely focused on helping you find a vehicle that fits your goals. The standout feature of this dealership is their absolute commitment to transparency. They walk you through the vehicle’s condition, history, and financing options with total openness. There are no hidden fees or surprising last-minute adjustments, making the entire paperwork phase straightforward and honest. A major reason for this seamless experience is Ali, who provides top-tier service on the showroom floor. He takes the time to listen to your preferences without applying any of the annoying, high-pressure sales tactics common in the automotive industry. His patience and deep product knowledge ensure you feel confident in your choice. The financial side of the transaction is handled brilliantly by Zee, the manager. He works efficiently with various lenders to secure excellent interest rates tailored to your budget. His clear explanations ensure you understand every aspect of your agreement before signing. Additionally, Jason ensures the vehicle preparation and final delivery details are handled with extreme care. His thoroughness guarantees the car is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition when you drive it off the lot. The attention to detail from the entire staff showcases their commitment to quality. Ultimately, Zarvo Motors treats its customers like family rather than just another transaction. Thanks to the incredible teamwork of Ali, Zee, and Jason, the entire process is smooth, reliable, and actually enjoyable. They come highly recommended for anyone searching for a dependable luxury or premium pre-owned vehicle.

2018 e300 4matic sedan luxury package w premium package 1.2 & 3 This car is a pleasure, the 4cyl jumps and at 75-80 you feel like you are doing 50 in regular car. Bought w 45,000 have 88,000 on the clock. Only costs were brakes and rotors, and thermostat at 75k. Great acceleration super comfortable ride. Sold a 2014 e350 convertible to get the sedan. Drop top was awesome but kids appreciate more space in sedan. In the snow it is a beast, in the rain it’s a monster, riding on 18’s and switched out the tub flats for fat diaper tires, but the ride is a dream. Looked at 2020 740 Bmw and believe it or not the drivers cabin felt bigger in the eclass?!? Big enough but not unwieldy, it Moves to 100 mph really easy can’t imagine what the e400/e500 is like. The self driving is a gimmick heads up display is ok but not needed, heated seats are a must, and the mb-tex seats are a disappointment on a $75+ car Navigation blows… other than that it’s a 10/10. Changed drive belts as a precaution use liquid moly oil, it makes the direct injection motor idle quieter. Run regular gas not super

Zarvo Motors review
I drove five hours to purchase a vehicle from Zarvo Motors, and the outstanding service I received made every single mile worth it. Traveling a long distance for a car can feel like a gamble, but this team proved from the very beginning that they are entirely trustworthy and professional. From my initial inquiry to the final handshake, Zee and Jason provided a level of service that went above and beyond. They understood the logistics of my five-hour trip and took complete ownership of the process to ensure everything would run smoothly.Their communication and attention to detail regarding the vehicle's condition were flawless. The accuracy of their description was spot-on, and the car was in the exact condition they promised over the phone, with absolutely no surprises or hidden issues. Before I even hit the road, Zee and Jason worked behind the scenes to streamline the paperwork and logistics. They took care of every pre-arrival detail so that I wouldn't have to spend my day waiting around a dealership lobby after a long drive. When I finally arrived, I was incredibly impressed to find that they had made sure everything was completely ready for me. The vehicle was perfectly prepped, fully detailed, and parked out front, while the final documents were neatly organized and waiting for my signature. The entire signing process was incredibly fast, transparent, and hassle-free, allowing me to get back on the road in record time. Their immense respect for my time turned what could have been a exhausting long-distance errand into a celebratory and exciting purchase.I cannot recommend Zarvo Motors, Zee, and Jason highly enough for their integrity, efficiency, and top-tier customer service. If you are considering buying a car from them—even if you have to travel hours to get there—you can do so with absolute peace of mind.
2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Overall a great car. The service is on the expensive side but the car is a pleasure to drive and really make long trips enjoyable. Compared to other cars I have owned the annual cost will probably be even or slightly higher but I expected it when purchased.

I have owned my 2017 E 300 for 5 years. It has been the finest car I have ever own. It is enjoyable to drive. It's a baby S class. I searched and purchased the 2017 e300 with P3 package. The lane keeping assist is the most advance in 2017. The engine is a 4 cylinder but it handles like a V-6. This car is leader for luxury, driving and durability.

Zarvo Motors review
I recently purchased a vehicle from Zarvo Motors, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted with a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Buying a car can often feel overwhelming, but the team here has managed to strip away the typical stress associated with dealership visits, replacing it with a customer-first approach that is hard to find these days.I had the absolute pleasure of working directly with Zee Ali, who guided me through the vehicle selection process. Zee was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to what I was looking for in a car. He took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured to make a hasty decision, ensuring I found the perfect match for my needs.Once the right vehicle was selected, Jason handled the financing and paperwork side of the transaction. Jason made what is usually the most tedious part of buying a car remarkably smooth and straightforward. He explained every document clearly, broke down the financing options in simple terms, and worked efficiently to get me through the process and on the road in no time. What stood out most about both Zee and Jason was their commitment to complete transparency. There were no hidden fees, unexpected charges, or sudden shifts in the deal. Every detail discussed from the beginning remained consistent through to the final paperwork, which gave me immense peace of mind and built a high level of trust. In addition to the stellar customer service, Zarvo Motors offered a good price that was incredibly competitive. I had done my research beforehand, and their upfront pricing beat out many other options in the market without the need for stressful back-and-forth negotiating. Getting a great deal alongside premium service made the purchase feel like a true win.Overall, my time at Zarvo Motors was outstanding thanks to the exceptional teamwork of Zee Ali and Jason. Their blend of fair pricing, absolute honesty, and professional care has earned them a lifelong customer. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle stop by Zarvo Motors for a seamless and refreshing car-buying journey.

Mercedes-Benz of Tysons CornerReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Tysons Corner review
Khalid is good, but Tyson Mercedes is greedy. Khalid wore a sharp tailored suit which is unheard of in the dealerships where I am from. He was very professional, pointing out flaws in the paint he offered to fix before I could point out the ones I saw. He respected my time which was less than ideal for making a purchase today. We made a handshake on a good deal, but it's been over 6 hours and I still haven't seen my "deal" in writing with an out the door quote. As far as Tyson Mercedes, the vehicle which was just "front end aligned" last week had one tire about 5-6 pounds low, and this was not noticed with the yellow light on the dash when it was pulled around for me earlier in the day. The test drive was not safe to conduct other than around the corner and back at slow speed, so I have no idea how it really handles. The biggest issue I have is the dealership assessing a "non-negotiable" sky-high processing fee which is nearly $1000, probably among the highest in Virginia. It doesn't cost $1000 for the 15 minutes of work it takes to process the sale and send the documents to DMV, etc. If they want this kind of fee, they should be selling vehicles $1000 below market value, and not even bothering marking them up $3000 over market value! Be prepared to negotiate $3000-4000 down just to get to the market price on a used vehicle! After you get to market price, make them take off some of the $1000 processing fee from the sale price or walk off the lot and go buy the same thing from another dealer who only charges $500 or less in processing fees. Merlex Auto Group review
Buying my car here was actually a really smooth experience. The team didn’t make things feel stressful or rushed. They worked with me, not against me, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward. I’m glad I chose this place and definitely a solid dealership.
2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Have 40k and only maintenance has been annual oil changes and a new set of tires. Ride is super comfortable, interior is total luxury. First Mercedes we have owned, owed BMWs and Porches, and would definitely buy Mercedes again. Get compliments from anyone riding in the car. Only nit is navigation, but we use Apple CarPlay so no big deal

Just watch out for the “PZEV” versions of fuel pump that is built in inside the fuel tank !!! You need to replace the whole fuel tank $2k just replace the fuel pump which is price only for $200 +/- !!!’ You will know by reading the ID CARDs located both by driver door and when you open the hood

Straightforward guys. What you see is what you get. You have all the time in the world to check and decide. There is a zillion cars good and bad. They sell used cars at affordable prices. Issued my tags while treating me to a coffee. An extra guarantee is provided for a fee. Bought a car, and a friend that I recommended got one too.
2003 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Best car I have ever owned(my first car). Great quality interior and very good suspension at the back. No squeaking at the back which is very good. Car does very quick speed when accelerating and brakes working fine. Headlights look epic when full beam. Didn’t fill gas in the car since I’ve purchased it, very reliable and good suspension in the back.

convenient and easy experience. I needed a quick get around car and platinum auto sales made it happen. They showed me walk around videos and everything I requested beforehand so when I came, it was just a matter of driving the car and signing the paperwork.

This E55 looks great with the E63 front end. I changed my 2005 E55 front end as well. Nice touch! This car has a panorama roof with black interior which is a rare combination. These cars are very reliable and durable. A solid investment. I plan to keep mine for many years to come.

great experience selling my car to platinum. I got a lot more money than franchise dealership across the street and way quicker
2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I have never owned a Mercedes-Benz I’ve always owned a BMW. I have to say I really love this vehicle. It rides smooth, the seats are very comfortable, it has so many functions for a 2010, I was extremely surprised. The color of the vehicle was listed as arctic white however it’s more of a cream color vehicle. If I could change the color I most likely would. But it’s still very beautiful. The vehicle only had 13,562 miles. The interior looks and smells brand new. The exterior is extremely designed well. It’s a beautiful car. I’ve only driven it one day because I’ve only had it one day. As time goes on I will then be able to make an accurate review. My younger sister will purchase my vehicle if I choose to sell.

2011 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I mistakenly sold my 2012 E350 in 2023 thinking I should upgrade to an SUV. I regretted selling the wagon, though the 2020 MB GLB was a very nice vehicle. So I found a 2011 E350 wagon and couldn't been happier. Maintenance is key, yes. But the leather (not MBTex) wears very well, and the exterior is flawless.

Auto Deal MakersReviews
Auto Deal Makers review
I had an excellent experience with Auto Deal Makers when purchasing my 2015 BMW! From start to finish, the team was professional, transparent, and extremely helpful. Buying a used car can sometimes feel stressful, but they made the entire process smooth and trustworthy. They provided all the details about the vehicle, answered every question patiently, and made sure I felt confident with my purchase. The BMW was in great condition, clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of the cars they sell. If you’re looking for honesty, great service, and a good deal—especially on premium vehicles—this is the place to go. I highly recommend Auto Deal Makers and will definitely return for future business. Thank you for the great experience and for getting me into a car I truly love!
2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership, etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.

CarMax West BroadReviews
CarMax West Broad review
First time I went in, was just looking to see what was on the lot and was greeted, and after that, not another contact with anyone. When I came back to test drive a few vehicles, got a great sales guy. Overall selection of vehicles is quite nice, and most of the vehicles are almost new to very good condition. Though Carmax likes to display the image they sell cars that have or haven't had any issues, you'll find you'll need to look closer. Most are bought at auction after coming off lease or from being a fleet vehicle. Which is a good thing, as you the regular maintenance was done on them and often the vehicles have original warranties still in effect depending on what vehicle you are looking for and what year. The sales guy was low pressure, and when I came in the next day to buy, I was given another one since he was completing a sale on another customer. Wasn't an issue, as he or the guy that took over were truly "car" guys. The liked cars, had sales experience, but weren't "car" guys. The experience was good overall, but the highlight was completing the deal. Paperwork was done quickly (I had preapproval from my credit union with EFT) and finished the paperwork in about twenty minutes. Amazing, got the vehicle at just an average price, but go the mileage I wanted, with original warranty and extended warranty at the price I was willing to pay. SO overall, win for me, and though I was never a Carmax fan (still rubs me the wrong way their colors are almost best buy colors when their parent company was circuit city....). But I will say my mind was changed.
