Best experience and fastest total transaction I’ve had in my car buying experience. From the easy access to the dealership off the West Side Highway, to the amazing environment they’ve created inside, to sales consultant Gregory Gazzola’s expertise and ability to read a customer and deliver the vehicle I wanted, at the price I could afford, expeditiously, it was absolutely the best experience. I emailed Gregory this morning, he found me a vehicle, presented a deal, and gave me a pick up time for earlier this afternoon. 2021 Mercedes-Benz GLB 250 review
I love my GLB but two months and ten days, after the purchase, the engine needed a repair which was covered by the warranty. However, we were planning a lengthy trip and was thankful this did not occur while we were a few thousand miles from home. Me and My Mercedes are still trying to figure our communication out. I prefer Waz or Google Maps to their GPS system. Advance notifications of turns and such are better. Other than these issues I love driving her, Gilby.

2022 Mercedes-Benz GLB 250 review
Seeing that the used car market was so strong I traded in my 2017 SL 550 for a 2022 GLB 250. Actually, it wasn’t as difficult of a transition as I thought it would be. Of course I left the dealership with a brand new car and a check for $9k so that was nice. It has been an adjustment to go from 449 hp to 221 hp. Overall, I am extremely happy with this car. I think it is an unbelievable value. It is priced $5k more than the smaller GLA and $5k less than the GLC. It has a somewhat boxy styling but I think it definitely looks unique. Although I didn’t get it - I like the idea of a third row even if it is small. I absolutely love the giant tech screen in this car. The interior is very nice and the space in the back of the SUV is plenty big. This car drives smooth and I am very pleased with the stock stereo system. I definitely recommend this SUV.

2022 Mercedes-Benz GLB 250 review
I planned on waiting another few years to purchase this car I really wanted because a year ago I bought a GLA at Mercedes Benz St Louis in Hampton. It was much smaller than what I was used to previously owning two M classes and an X5 (larger SUVs) but I had a budget I wanted to firmly stick to. I had awful experiences at dealerships prior and had bought most vehicles private party because being a woman I would be treated a particular way or have my time wasted sitting around etc. Lesa was my salesperson and was amazing and as a business owner my time is limited I told her what I wanted what I wanted to pay etc and I was in and out and treated with the utmost care and respect by her. SHE is the main reason I upgraded before my timeline because she kept in touch knowing I did want and need a larger vehicle and again she made the process quick fast and smooth and I absolutely love love my GLB! Her service to a client and being impartial to me being a woman didn’t matter she just knew I was only buying a car if I got the price and color and extras I wanted and I did. Love my new car and experience dealing with her. In and out and not wasting my time. Highly recommend this vehicle and Lesa was amazing if in St. Louis go there use her period

Fantastic vehicle all around ! I enjoy being able to customize the interior. Very comfortable. For a smaller SUV I did not expect to have so much room, there is plenty of leg room for a six foot man to comfortably sit in the back seat.

Sansone Hyundai did the right thing. My son and I purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Hyundai Tuscan on July 15,2024. During the courtesy oil and filter change in January 2024, the service technician indicated that all four tires needed to be replaced. Instead of reacting, a second opinion was sought that confirmed the tire tread was deteriorating or wearing. Noting that the vehicle mileages at purchase was approx. 23,000 miles and had approx. 27,600 miles in January, plus quality tires should last 50,000 to 60,000 miles assuming normal driving conditions, the tire condition seemed abnormal. Another fact was the second opinion revealed the tire’s manufacturing date in 2020, which also does not seem proper. Upon contacting Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Service, another set of tires were installed and aligned at no cost.
2023 Mercedes-Benz GLB 250 review
Love my GLB! Feel like its stands for "Great Lil Benz." :) Drives more like an SUV than a car and that's what I wanted. There is more cargo space due to the square-ish boot. Dynamic mode gives you everything from Econo to Sport. The dash is beautiful, the ride is excellent and the price is fantastic. A win all the way around.

I have the greatest experience at Generation Nissan. I never been in a dealership that care about me making the right decision and that make sure that I was happy and certain with my choice instead of just pushing a vehicle like other dealerships. From the moment that I got there I was welcome by the General Manager Luis Martinez, he make me feel welcome like if I was just visiting a friend. He redirect me to a sales staff member Nicole, which she was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and went thru all my options to choose features of the cars and why should I choose any of the types of the vehicles depending on my needs. One thing that I was blowing and so thankful. It's that she treated me like a human, I was currently struggling with some personal issues and probably was reflecting in my face, but she was making sure that I was ok and happy with any choice that I made if I yet to choose a car, and not just trying to just push a car to me to make the sale. Meanwhile Luis was working with the financial team to provide me multiple options according to my financial situation and best deal since I was trading in my 2018 chevy Equinox. He worked with me to make sure that I got what I wanted in terms of how much I want it to pay monthly and not go over my budge. He worked great rewards to me my needs and I was able to choose a beautiful Nissan Rogue Rock Creek. Another asked from me was that I need it the SUV to have a hitch, so he say that was no problem that they will order it and installed there. They ordered that day and after 2 days I was called to bring the vehicle for the installation. The service staff member Eric took care of me, and besides that they said the installation was going to take 3 hours, I was in and out before 2 hours. I don't know how this dealership was before Luis Martinez took over since he mentioned that he just have been there for a couple of months, but I can say that my experience thru leasing my new Nissan Rogue was great, I never been in a dealership that took care of me like they did. I was not just a client that they were trying to push a car to it, I was a person that they walk me thru making a choice that I was certain and happy with, regardless if I got a car or not. 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLB 250 review
My Glb is probably the nicest suv I have ever driven. The ride is great, very little road noise. The info screen is huge and easy to use. The interior is luxurious and comfortable, big enough for 4 adults and I child or 3 large dogs. The 4 cylinder with a turbo is peppy and can step right up to pass.

2021 Mercedes-Benz GLB 250 review
The GLB 250 is a solid modern stylish commuter. 7 passenger seating with generous legroom for driver and middle seats, the 3rd row seat is perfect for children 5'5" and shorter. When 3rd row is down the rear cargo space is just as roomy as its GLC sibling. The 2.0L 220HP turbine 4 cylinder powerplant and dual clutch transmission compliments each other so well on the road. Standard safety features on our base model is ample for our conservative leisure driving habits. Entertainment and state of the art MBUX information system is supported by 2 10.25 inch displays with 3 user friendly ways to view the driving, performance and entertainment via steering wheel controls, touch screens and center console controls. We opted for the no panoramic roof so we can enjoy our leisure travels supported by crossbars and a cargo box. Overall we love our chosen new Mercedes Benz.

2020 Mercedes-Benz GLB 250 review
Purchased the 2021 GLB because I was looking for a compact-sized SUV with third row seating for kids. The GLB also has a modern interior, I like the turbine-style air vents and the "surfboard" infotainment and instrument cluster. Despite what others have said about navigating the infotainment, I don't find it hard or cumbersome to use. However, one nuisance is having to scroll to the radio presets every now and then on the instrument display, sometimes it doesn't save the last setting. I also like the large panoramic sunroof although that's a $1500 option. The engine is peppy and the car is nimble (for an SUV) and has great class gas mileage. There are a few annoyances though: 1) The 2nd row seats don't fold all the way down IF the seats are moved to the front most position (the headrest hits the front seats), this makes it even more difficult to climb into the 3rd row; 2) Android Auto and Apply Carplay doesn't take up the full 10.25 inch infotainment screen, Google Maps only displays 7 inches; 3) the dual exhaust tips are fake. The GLB isn't very stylish, isn't very fast and performance-oriented, and it's not the most luxurious Mercedes; however it offers the perfect practicality. The only competitor is the Discovery Sport which is also a compact, luxury SUV with a third row.

2020 Mercedes-Benz GLB 250 review
I love the car so far but I’ve only had it for two weeks. I had a 2015 Equinox before getting the GLB250. I looked at the GLA and GLC, as well as other manufacturers, but really liked the GLB. I must say I was smitten with Mercedes-Benz and always wanted to own one. So my thought process was rather jaded. I got the AMG package that offered a few other options that I like as well. I was concerned about it only being a inline 4 instead of a V6 but it seems to have the pickup and drive to soften that concern. The only thing that is stupid is the easy exit seat. It does not function as to what your definition of easy exit would be. Other vehicles have what I would consider easy exit. This vehicle does not. Even the sales associate was dumbfounded by it.

My only complaint is that the vehicle comes with run flat tires and no spare. The run flat tires don't allow for the best ride, but when it comes to everything else, the GLB is very good.

If you know your price ahead of time this is your place. They got me out the door in less than 2 hrs. Those of you who have purchased cars that could be an all day affair. Everyone was friendly . I can’t say enough good things. There’s no dealership that could compare to carmax. This place met my expectations.
2021 Mercedes-Benz GLB 250 review
Ordered my GLB250 with all the right equipment - Spendy as my car topped out at over $52,000. Beautiful styling. I get compliments all the time - I had my car de-badged so there is an air of "What is it?" A few things I wish were standard equipment was the driver assist (radar based cruse control) and 360 camera system - all extra cost. The upgraded stereo was a must - I wish it had more low end sound. The Air Con seems weak - takes time to cool down on HOT days. My car is black with pano roof. I have a co worker who has a GLB and at less than 10,000 miles blown his cyl heads - OUCH $7,000 repair covered by warranty. Seems to be a common fault. The ride is graet - the milage is OK - I average around 21 in town and 30 on the highway. My previous GLA250 got excellent milage of 34 on the highway and 25 in town. I have the 7 passenger and love it - it is great for the kids 5.5 and under but it is not for adult seating. when not in use it has ample storage room. I have the Black w/ night package, advance lighting, pano roof, AMG styling package, Burmister stereo, Prem Package and the 19 inch 5 spoke AMG rims. Just a beautiful car with lots of curb appeal.
