Sapaugh GM CountryReviews
Sapaugh GM Country review
I felt they were honest 1st of all. Can't say that about very many dealerships. They gave the best trade-in value on my 2015 Tahoe (by far). I searched Missouri and Illinois for about 8 weeks and Sapaugh was the best experience Hands-Down. My ONLY fault with my whole experience was getting my paper work finished. It was a cash deal with a trade-in. NO financing needed. But it was a holiday weekend (01/02/2026) only one guy doing the paperwork processing instead of two. NOT a giant deal.

Mercedes-Benz of ChesterfieldReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Chesterfield review
I recently purchased a Mercedes GLC 350e from Rob, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, Rob was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the features of the vehicle thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the process from start to finish. What I appreciated most was his honesty and genuine care?there was no pressure, just clear communication and a commitment to making sure I drove away happy. The GLC 350e is an amazing vehicle, and I couldn?t be more satisfied with both the car and the service I received. If you?re in the market for a vehicle and want someone who goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable buying experience, I highly recommend asking for Rob.

D-Patrick Motoplex review
I was met at the door by a very nice gentleman who asked if he could help and guided me to the service department. The guy in service was equally helpful, explained the process, and offered things to assist with my wait. All this was greatly appreciated as this was my first trip with my Audi for service. I could have taken advantage of the drop-off/pick-up service, but I chose instead to just walk to the mall. While there, I was given text message updates, received a video showing the inspection, and was called to inform me of service completion. Upon returning, I was given the opportunity to ask questions, was guided to the cashier, and was thanked by everyone I encountered, including the guy doing the video, for my business. Very pleasant experience!

CarMax Kenosha review
I would highly recommend Carmax Kenosha. We setup an appt and test drive on their website, and Sergio reached out right away and put the vehicle on hold for us. When we arrived the car was ready for us to test drive, and while we were test driving they looked over our current trade in. We got a fair value on our trade in, a fair price on our new vehicle, and we were in and out in under 2 hours. Thanks Carmax and Sergio for the awesome experience!!

I am very happy with my new purchase. BUT. The Braking system is jerky when applying the brakes and when sitting at a stop light if there is a small incline the vehicle rolls backward. A little unnerving to say the least.
