Napleton Palatine Hyundai review
To Hyundai of Palatine : it’s our first time owning a Hyundai an we had such a good experience, especially with our knowledgeable sales representatives name Daniel Merritt. He really made the experience so much better. He explained all the features of the ioniq 9 car that we liked and ended up leasing. He guided us thru the whole process and was very hands on. He is an excellent salesman for Hyundai. He especially worked hard to meet our budget and the car we liked. It was a great pleasure to have Daniel as our salesman.
2015 Mercedes-Benz M-Class review
Previously owned an ML and wanted another one. It was hard to find because they stopped making that model in 2015! It was well worth the wait.

We bought this SUV used and I dare say that if at all possible, I would never go back to any other make. It is super reliable, I have had no major issues ( it had 109K miles on it) and it goes through snow like no other!

I had a great experience at Windy City Autos! As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I appreciate how clearly Aun explained everything to me in a way that was easy for me understand. The process didn’t feel overwhelming! Great customer service.
2012 Mercedes-Benz M-Class review
Finally found the car I'd been looking for with BLUETEC diesel. Performance - top notch - still has passing gear/power available at 3 digits +! Interior is spacious and appointments with details are what I expect from Mercedes. Owned a '86 300D and sold it with 365K miles six years ago...it's still running smoothly for that 2nd owner. And, we got 29.8 mpg over first 500 miles today!

Dart MotorsReviews
Dart Motors review
We purchased a car from Dart Motors for our daughter. We walked in, they let her drive whatever she wanted & were very pleasant to deal with, not like your typical used car salesman that stalks you on the lot. They had no problem with us taking it to our mechanic to have it checked out. It coded on a few items & they repaired those items & even items that we didn’t ask them to fix. They also give a 3 month power train warranty as a bonus as a standard practice. The paperwork process only took an hour. They are wonderful here. They really care & they have some pretty cool cars. It was a pleasure working with them. We will consider them 1st on our next purchase. We appreciate you Dart Motors!

MR FLEETReviews
2015 Mercedes-Benz M-Class review
I first learned about the ML350 4matic from a best friend who purchased one back in 2009. He had returned from Iraq and bought one used his first day back in the U.S. He still has that car and it has 325K miles on it and it's running great still. That completely sold me on their reliability (at least for the gasoline engine, not the bluetec diesal). I've met several other ML owners who've experienced the exact same thing with their cars well over 200K and running strong. It's like an inside secret that they're one of the most durable SUV's ever made. Besides being extremely reliable (haven't had even a single issue go wrong), this car is a complete joy to drive everywhere (highway/city) in ANY kind of weather. I live in Denver and travel up to our mountains regularly, and this handles ice, snow, DEEP snow like it was nothing. It makes driving on icy snow-packed roads actually fun due to the confidence it inspires with it's AWD. In short, this is truly one of the best SUVs ever made by ANY manufacturer, and I've driven them all. I can't give it enough praise as it just does everything exceptionally well.

Easy working with Robert at Lux. Transaction was smooth and relatively quick. Only there about 2 hours from test drive to driving away with new used car. Very happy with purchase although I traded my car with 3/4 tank of gas for one with less than an 1/8 of a tank. Thought that was tacky. Not the norm when buying used cars from a dealership.

Karl was very helpful. I know we paid a little more for the CRV but it had very low miles and the CARFAX showed a well maintained vehicle from the previous owner.

This is a well cared for used Mercedes ML350. While the paint displayed some of the effects of Hawaii sun, Autosource took the time and care to repaint the hood. Everything ine would expect from a Mercedes is still in this vehicle and should serve any new owner well for the length of time they desire to own it.

2009 Mercedes-Benz M-Class review
I've owned this truck/SUV for over 5 years now and spent 2 years trying to find one. I will replace it with a newer version shortly so I can add a factory towing hitch package. The diesel engine is tremendously strong (torque) and a lot more fuel efficient that the comparable gasoline engine. I've personally put almost 74,000 miles on it with negligible problems.

My experience was extremely positive. Roman was very professional and easy to work with throughout the process of buying my car.
2014 Mercedes-Benz M-Class review
Have a 14' ML 550, car was 70K new, this one with 65K miles was 27k pre owned. The vehicle is comfortable, deceivingly fast, and feels solid at highway speeds. I had been with BMW 15 years, but these M Class vehicles are more reliable overall and check more boxes with daily drivability. While BMW is certainly a driver's car, the cost to keep up is more. Tires that last only 25k, brakes @ 30k, oil leaks and so on. Audi Q5 is an inferior vehicle, smaller and has a choppy ride, especially on long trips and has a 4 cyl turbo which is loud, unless you get the SQ5. This is the 3rd M Class we have owned and had great reliability out of them into the 200k mile range. I don't see why this one won't as well. Very good ride on trips, has lane assist, active steering, collision avoidance, side cameras, parking sensors, and many other safety features. The 550 has a 4.7 twin turbo V8 that will run with the best on the road, a real sleeper with performance. Very smooth acceleration. Has a lot of features standard that are up charged on the ML350. These are a little hard to find since 75% that were sold were ML 350 V6 models. No substitute for engine size and power out on the highway. If you can pick one up, you will be satisfied, for sure.

I purchased a 96 Caprice from this dealer.....buying experience was top notch. They answered all of my many questions about the car, negotiated price with me and had the car delivered in record time. The vehicle arrived in an enclosed trailer, was clean and ran perfectly. There were no issues with the car that I found. Normal wear and tear for a 21 year old car but very clean and taken care of. All systems worked as advertised. Top notch vehicle and dealership

2013 Mercedes-Benz M-Class review
I bought my car sight unseen, Clean Carfax and was someone’s corporate car so it had extremely low mileage for the year(80k) and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! Had never driven the ML other than a friend’s 2005 but the 2 don’t compare. I will drive this car until the wheels fall off and would definitely but another one

This vehicle is large inside to carry just about anything. Luxury all the way. Comfort. Seating for both driver and passenger power, excellent. Handles like a charm. Safer than most cars. Easy view from inside to outside. Large fuel tank, awesome. Mechanically sound. Maintenance is very reasonable.

Previously owned an ML and wanted another one. It was hard to find because they stopped making that model in 2015! It was well worth the wait.

2008 Mercedes-Benz M-Class review
Bought this car with 106000 mi used and have not been disappointed. The V8 engine is high performance and 0-60 is 5.7 seconds with the high mileage. When I bought the car the interior was like new, the seats are comfortable enough that you can travel for hours without discomfort. Only downside is cost of repairs, as you get charged more for brand even outside of Mercedes dealership that you wouldn’t on other German makes like my VW rabbit.

INFINITI of Clarendon Hills review
I recently purchased a 2018 Infiniti QX30 and had the pleasure of working with Ali Abdulla. From the moment we connected, Ali’s positive attitude and professionalism stood out. He was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all my questions with confidence and care. His knowledge about the vehicle and the process was impressive, and he truly went the extra mile to make sure I got the right deal that worked for me. I never felt pressured—just supported. If you’re looking for someone who is genuinely committed to helping you, I highly recommend asking for Ali. Outstanding service from start to finish!
2012 Mercedes-Benz M-Class review
The 2012 used ml350 Bluetec that I purchased is a dream to drive. The small turning radius makes u-turns carefree. The Diesel engine purrs as quietly as a gas engine. It’s the 10th Mercedes that I’ve had, and the 2nd diesel. I plan on driving this car for many more years. It’s an Arizona car, 8 years old,and still like new. 61,000 miles and lots of life left.

Hi Line MotorsReviews
Hi Line Motors review
Hiline Motors, located in Dallas, Texas, provided me with one of the best experiences I have ever had with a car dealership. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The car I purchased, a Mercedes SL 63 AMG, was in perfect condition and impeccably clean. Gabe and his team went above and beyond all my expectations. Despite having to fly in to make the purchase, I left the dealership feeling confident and secure in my decision, knowing I was in the hands of a completely competent and professional staff. Thanks, Hi Line Motors From soup to nuts this was an easy transaction.
2015 Mercedes-Benz M-Class review
We looked for a smaller replacement for our 2000 Navigator (16 years and 234,000 miles) and finally chose a 2015 ML350. This is by far the best car we've owned in our 60+ years of existence. COmfortable, decent mileage, all the bells & whistles we need and the perfect size. Quick to freeway speed, cruises well at 80. Not looking to replace this one for a while. One caveat - maintenance is not cheap.

Mercedes-Benz of Westmont review
I purchased a 2023 EQE SUV from a luxury used dealer and have made MB Westmont my dealer. From setting me up as the primary owner (at no charge), updating software, and repairing an at-purchase existing issue under warranty, they have been exceptional. Harry in the service department has been a pleasure to work with. On each visit, I have been able to get a loaner when needed as well, which was setup in advance. The time I didn't need one, they provided an Uber to get home and back to the dealer. Great experience.

Luxury Automax review
Good people and Jason was great to work with. Work to get us a great car for a great price. Thank you again Luxury AutoMax.
2013 Mercedes-Benz M-Class review
Very comfortable car, good for all uses, i own the ML-350 AMG Sport and its got very good acceleration for a heavier suv, the diesel engine is quite pokey but smooth at the same time, its very capable of cruising at high speeds comfortably but still manages to handle well in comfort mode, the gear changes arent the fastest but still fairly quick, i assume they would be for the ML63, had a issue with the rear suspension, one of the better equipped cars on the road if you own one with a high spec of optional extras, amazing styling and interior center console is a bit of a pain when you drop anything small on it such as crumbs, the gaps are quite big so alot fall in them and is hard to clean out, good car would definitely recommend buying if your looking at one

2011 Mercedes-Benz M-Class review
This is an update. I have had the car for nearly a year now and it's excellent! I bought it was $256,000 MI, replace the suspension, didn't oil change, and started using Chevron premium gas which took care of the catalytic converter light. Handles like new with four new tires. I also did a transmission fluid and filter change. Lots of power and at 60 MPH I get almost 20 miles per gallon. Not bad for the v8!
