This was the 5th vehicle in 5 years, I buy from Royal Cadillac/GMC. I keep returning simply because of the attention and dedication to the customer experience. I have dealt with many other dealerships and brands in the past and since 2021 when I had my first experience with Royal I have decided to keep my loyalty to them, because they showed me loyalty first. This time around I simply text Mustafa in the morning and he took care of everything for me. He made this most recent purchase the best I have ever had. Got there signed and picked up my new Hummer. Mustafa?s knowledge and genuine passion for what he does is admirable. I like to work with people whom I can trust, I appreciate that he has taken the time to learn what I like and dislike, how he is always available for questions, and his advocacy for the customer. Mustafa delivers customer service in a genuine unscripted manner. He is by far the best. I?m already looking forward to my next purchase at Royal Cadillac/GMC with Mustafa.

S450 is a great value. Plenty of power. Very comfortable. Quiet and smooth ride. Don't need the big engine. Would definitely buy again. Very dependable.

We installed solar system in preparation of buying Tesla. We borrow the car from a friend for 3 weeks to try and that was the best decision we made. After driving an Merceds S-class in the past, Tesla is horrible, you feel every bump in the road. Nothing to compare with the smooth drive on Mercedes S-class. It worths every penny and actually the lease price is very similar.

Keith and Scott provided the most stress free, professional car buying experience that I have experienced. They were helpful to the point of referring me to a local shop capable of providing a detailed, third party inspection...then ultimately driving it to/from the shop. There was no pressure, even when we ultimately decided this wasn't the right time to make this particular purchase. The overall experience was refreshing. I will be monitoring their inventory, as there's a good chance I'll ultimately buy my next vehicle from them.

My 94 year old father-in-law sold his 2002 van to CarMax today. The experience was positive from start to finish. Every step of the way was accurately described and timely. And Denidra, who handled the sales paperwork may have been an actual angel. She treated my F-I-L with the utmost courtesy and respect. Due to his mobility issues Denidra went out to the vehicle in the parking lot to handle the required paperwork and then went back out to present the check. I meet Mike the collision manger pertaining to my car and although he did not work with the insurance of the other person he did refer me another dealer and the manger was able to help and will be doing the work. Vehicle was as described. No problems with the vehicle. They provide great sales service. My sales person was Misty and she did a great job working the numbers out, she was courteous and even picked me up from the airport to take me to the dealership. She had everything ready to go before I got there so that I wouldn't waste too much time. Overall it was great service.
