2017 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 review
This van is efficient and comfortable. The four captain chairs up front are very comfortable with great visibility and a smooth ride. The rear sofa bed can be very harsh on bumps but the family enjoys touring in this van. Easy to drive for a 24 foot vehicle. Handles well and gets 18MPG at speed limit cruising

There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. He explains everything clearly and ensures that I understand my options. Steve excels at his job and at building a positive relationship with me. He also keeps me updated by texting while my car is in service. Additionally, the dealership recently underwent a remodel and looks fabulous. They even have a chef who prepares breakfast or lunch when it’s ordered—how great is that? Cooked to order and it’s FREE! My sales representative, Bill Harris, is honest, knowledgeable, and patient, truly an all-around good guy. He even calls me to remind me of important dates related to my car and my birthday, which is such a nice touch. I'm going to be a customer for life! Great job, everyone!
