Vel is a great sales guy. Very responsive and will work with the customer. We drove from MI with a trade in and they honored their offer. There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. Small headliner plug interior for convertible top was missing. Other than that it was a smooth transaction.

2012 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter review
I have 1100 miles on this vehicle. Fuel economy is outstanding 20-21 mpg. Lots of torque, more than enuf power around town. I have a 2500 hi roof, 144". The radio is only fair. My biggest gripe is the left armrest on the door, it actually hurts your arm! Remedied by gluing a hunk of 1/2" hi density foam to it. My other gripe is the central locking system, annoying, confusing, I wish there was a way to defeat it. Having said all that it was expensive, I did get the extended warranty because of issues I have heard about years earlier with other Sprinter lines. 2019 Mercedes-Benz Metris review
I seek it out. Since the corona virus hit, there were very little inventory on new ones. I looke3d around and to no avail. One dealer called me and said that she has a 2019 Metris with only under 400 miles that they use for customers to drive around the lot. I liked it because it fits my needs. I gave up a 2016 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 truck for it. I miss my big boy but no regrets.

2020 Mercedes-Benz Metris review
Purchased new a month ago, very active weather since. Driven to NYC in snowstorm and over the mountains to Pittsburgh in ice storm. Handling and stability were awesome considering such a high profile vehicle. A lot of active safety and stability features. Interior appointments and infotech could be more up to date, but the basics (Bluetooth and USB) are there- acceptable as its mission as a cargo van. Plenty of payload and towing capacity for its size- quite maneuverable and serviceable with rear wheel drive. Low end torque for confident acceleration. Cloth seats with manual adjustments are comfortable, a lot of hard plastics-as expected in a work van. Got a good price, great trade in offer, and a low APR with MB Financial. MB is making a push to promote their truck lines in the USA with their new Charleston plant, they will give Ford a run for their money.
