I had the best and worry less experience with this dealership, it took only 2 hours since I stepped in till I left wit my brand new Mercedes Benz, Ali, the sales representative is wonderful, He is so welcoming and kindly found the exact car to my taste and an awesome test drive experience over the best view of Long Beach and ocean, found a GREAT deal and negotiate pricing and conditions, David, the sales manager was really generous, he generously added an extra deal and made it even greater for me, the whole process of documentation and contract went so smooth and fast and they clearly described and clarified all terms and numbers, car delivered clean, shiny with no detailed missed and Ali went trough all features and described them patiently, the other five star thing was that they DIDN'T try to sell any additional non sense and I REALLY appreciate that, I'm so happy with my new Mercedes Benz and highly recommend all my friends and family to go to Mercedes Benz of Long Beach for their next car buying,

Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Karol Powers at Mercedes-Benz South Bay in Torrance. This is the second vehicle I have purchased with Karol, and once again, she exceeded every expectation. Within literally seconds of the accident, after both the upper and lower airbags deployed (I didn't even know my vehicle had a lower airbag), Mercedes-Benz contacted me through the SOS feature in the vehicle. The representative immediately checked on my well-being, asking if I was hurt, bleeding, breathing okay, and ensuring I was alert and responsive. They also informed me that emergency services had been dispatched. The speed, professionalism, and genuine concern they showed during such a frightening moment meant more to me than words can express. Experiences like that remind me why I continue to choose Mercedes-Benz. Knowing that the company genuinely cares about the safety and well-being of its customers provides a level of comfort and confidence that is priceless. Karol's extraordinary customer service is the reason I will continue returning to Mercedes-Benz South Bay for future vehicle purchases. I will also gladly refer my friends and family to her because I know they will be treated with the same respect, honesty, and care that I have received. The CLE is the Perfect blend of luxury, style and performance. Only negative is premium fuel and higher insurance due to the automobile being a luxury sport coupe.

2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

2011 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I mistakenly sold my 2012 E350 in 2023 thinking I should upgrade to an SUV. I regretted selling the wagon, though the 2020 MB GLB was a very nice vehicle. So I found a 2011 E350 wagon and couldn't been happier. Maintenance is key, yes. But the leather (not MBTex) wears very well, and the exterior is flawless.

2022 Mercedes-Benz AMG SL 63 review
Awesome power, incredible braking, unbelievable handling and a fantastic exhaust note!!!! This car is absolutely amazing! The interior is gorgeous and the seats are incredibly comfortable. The Burmeister sound system is terrific. I never want to get out of the car. If you can’t ever seem to get enough power, it’s worth the money to get the SL63’s engine over the SL55. The extra 100+ horsepower gives you an experience you won’t believe.

2023 Mercedes-Benz AMG SL 43 review
This is the most awesome car we have ever owned. First, you can't help but be captivated by the overall good looks. This car is beautiful from every angle. Ours is white with optional Macciato Beige interior. Don't overlook the 4 cylinder engine in this car. It's rated at 375 HP plus the hybrid boost. This car will run 13 flat in the quarter mile! It weighs 350 lbs less than the V8 models and the weight reduction contributes to outstanding handling. I pinch myself every time I walk out into the garage. If you can afford it, it's worth it!
