It?s not often that I would give 5 stars to a car buying process nor call them honest and efficient!! Gillian was great at providing a lot of financial answers by phone. And they never deviated once we came into the shop. They only got better.

Fletcher Jones ImportsReviews
Fletcher Jones Imports review
I’ll be honest, car shopping isn’t something I typically enjoy, and I haven’t met many salespeople I’ve liked. That said, Michael Mondesi was a clear exception. I had visited the same dealership previously and chose not to move forward because of a poor sales experience. Mike completely changed that. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for before walking me through the available options on the lot. He provided detailed, thoughtful explanations of each vehicle, which ultimately helped me narrow my decision to a AMG GLS 63 SUV. We love it. There was absolutely no pressure, just honest guidance focused on helping me make the best decision for me and my family. When the time comes to replace my BMW, I’ll be going back to Michael. Thanks again for a job well done, Fletcher Jones is lucky to have you. I didn't use any financing and picked my vehicle up at the dealership. The process was super smooth--very impressive. I would give the entire team 5 stars.

Mercedes-Benz of OmahaReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Omaha review
Buying a car always makes me anxious because I'm worried I'll make the wrong decision, but the team at Mercedes-Benz of Omaha made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free. This was my second time buying from them, and I'd absolutely go back again. I really appreciate their no-haggle pricing because it takes so much of the pressure out of the process. Camrynn was amazing to work with. She was always quick to respond, answered every question I had, and made everything feel simple from start to finish. Nate and Kurt were also great—they explained everything clearly and made the paperwork quick and easy. At no point did I feel pressured, and I left feeling confident in my decision instead of second-guessing it. If you're looking for a dealership that's honest, professional, and genuinely easy to work with, I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Omaha. Be sure to ask for Camrynn—you'll be in great hands!

2022 Mercedes-Benz AMG GT 53 review
I'd been trying to place an order with my authorized MB dealer for over a year but not for this car; rather, it was for an E53 Cabriolet in the same colors and premium interior. Due to the chip shortage and the transition to electric cars there simply were few allocations available for the E53 Cabriolet so when my dealer received a special order model - Rubellite Red Special Edition - they offered it to me and one look and I was smitten. It's a far cry from a convertible but more than makes up for it by virtues of its own. I've owned the predecessor to the AMG GT 4-door (the CLS63S) but was surprised at the nimble and surefooted handling of this big and heavy car! While this new model is a hybrid with less HP than my old CLS63S, it is plenty powerful and fast enough for the kind of driving I do around town. The car I traded in was a 2018 C63S Cabriolet and even though that car was smaller, lighter and more powerful, I find the GT53 to handle better and accelerate almost as well so whatever difference there is in the weight/power ratio is negligible. The GT53 is more refined than the C63S so the exhaust is more muted and I'd prefer a little more of that sound making it into the cockpit but on the other hand, the GT53 makes for a smoother and quieter ride than the C63S which more than makes up for not getting all the pops and bangs from the exhaust during spirited driving and downshifting. My only gripe is that despite the plush look of the diamond-quilted seats, they are quite firm and I wish there were more cushion in the seat bottom. There is a lot to learn about the infotainment system but using "Hey Mercedes" certainly is helpful. I've only had the car a short while so I can't comment further just yet but so far, the honeymoon phase is in full swing.

Imd Motors RichardsonReviews
Imd Motors Richardson review
I went to buy a cash car. I had a price range to follow. I looked at a Lexus 07 LS460. I was helped out in getting a deal for this car by Jesse. I had some some request to be addressed first, to make me feel better about the deal. I saw they where all made. Maybe not to a high standard but they were done. The whole process felt easy with no pressure. I never believed Jesse was playing games with me. Ever. All in all he sold me a car I wanted and at the price I wanted. What more can you ask for? It's a 07. It's got issues. Yes. It's a used car but the buying experience was never an issue. Would I go back to buy another one? Yes. Will I tell a friend? Yes. I just recommend you do your own research on the particular car your looking at. I did not and still got a good deal. Ask for Jesse.
