Beautiful facility, shows great promise and still head and shoulders above the other local Jeep dealership (Galeana) but 6 contacts and an about hour to only schedule the appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and them to see if something qualifies for a warranty issue.... unacceptable. No appointments available for at least two weeks out and no way to confirm appointment time online or even by phoning the dealership directly. They can???t even tell you who your service advisor is... once I arrived I found I didn???t even need an appointment after all because they dont handle that type of warranty work for Mopar Service Plans. I have to call Chrysler direct to schedule. Service advisor seemed nice enough but not very knowledgeable and pretty stressed. They???re new so I???ll cut some slack, but guessing management needs to do some better training. Still not sure about why it took 6 contacts to schedule an appointment.. there must have been 15 girls in a bullpen area that handle scheduling who were seemingly just sitting around and chatting. Not great, but not as awful as Galeana. Will give them a second chance and re-review.
Great service department very knowledgeable and friendly service advisor my service advisor listened to what I was talking about and understood my concerns best experience I have had in any service department
Pleasant young man. When I go shopping for cars I hate high pressure sales pitch people. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no pressure but lots of helpful information. He has called to follow up and still no pressure, but wanted me to remember his name so I wrote it down. I'm not ready to buy now however I'm impressed by his courteous demeanor. I will definitely be back when I'm 100% ready to buy a car. In a way I feel bad I'm not ready to buy the car so I wanted to at least leave a good review, I know most of the time the only reviews are the negative ones and I try to make it a point when I receive good service to point it out and let management know a good impression was made. Thank you
We bought a used Toyota from starling yesterday . Everyone was nice , professional ,helpful and knowledgeable. We went to two different dealerships before starling and it was horrible . Starling was wonderful they made buying a car an enjoyable process. They were so organized I was able to drive my new car home the same day .I would recommend them highly.
I lost my '95 purple Corvette to hurricane Irma. After moving to Lee County I saw this beautiful '95 Candy Apple red '95 Corvette on their website with low mileage and Ray Matthews explained the history of this car and got me the Car-Fax on it. I made an offer and the manager countered with a great deal. Everyone there was so friendly and when I got home I got a call asking me how my experience there was. As a double Purple Heart veteran, I miss my purple Vette but I love this red Corvette. I hope to go back there one day and but one of those Buick SUV's. Ray also got me in and out and on my way pretty quickly. Larry also helped get me on my way
We were greeted by Edens at the front door and he welcomed us to sit down and discuss what we wanted. He was very attentive and helped us select the right model for us. He had us test drive the car and explained the interior workings. He answered any questions we had. He was very knowledgeable about the car and we felt very relaxed . We had been to several other dealers but Edens was the best salesman that we had we encountered. The whole process was exceptional.
Kris Waskowski was awesome..I bought my Mercedes 2 weeks before I started north from Florida and I had to call him 2-3 times because I wasn’t familiar with the car. He always walked me through the situation with absolutely no hesitation. His kind personality and always there for you if you run into problems is something I had never received from other dealerships. I would and have recommended Kris to friends. Thank you Kris.
STRONGLY DISAGREE WITH TIRE ASSESSMENT. SOMETING WRONG WITH $350 PIRELLIS ALMOST IN NEED OF REPLACEMENT AT 20 K MILES!!! EITHER MERCEDES GOOFED INTALLING THESE TIRES OR PIRELLI SCEWED UP.

My 550GT is 7 years old , the rear suspension had a slow leak, they installed new units at a competetive price to non BMW dealers and gave me a loner while the work was being done. Car came back cleaned like new !
